A wiper blade extends in the longitudinal direction and includes blade rubber, a plate spring-like backing, and a rubber holder. The blade rubber wipes a surface to be wiped. The backing imparts rigidity and elasticity to the blade rubber. The rubber holder holds both the longitudinally intermediate section of the blade rubber and the longitudinally intermediate section of the backing. The rubber holder has a backing housing hole for housing and retaining the backing. The backing housing hole longitudinally extends through the rubber holder. A parting line is set at the longitudinal center of the backing housing hole.

Wiper blade and method for manufacturing wiper blade

A wiper blade includes blade rubber, a holder body, and a clip. The clip is pivotally connected to the holder body. The clip has an elastic piece and an engagement protrusion. The engagement protrusion engages with an engagement hole provided in a wiper arm. The elastic piece section has a long piece section, a turned-back section, a first bending axis, and a second bending axis. The long piece section extends through a position to a side of the engagement protrusion. The turned-back section extends so as to change the direction of the long piece section in order to connect the front end of the long piece section to the engagement protrusion. The first bending axis and the second bending axis extend so that the engagement protrusion is located between the first bending axis and the second bending axis.

Wiper blade and wiper

A wiper blade extends in a longitudinal direction and includes a blade rubber, a plate spring-like backing, and a rubber holder. The blade rubber wipes a wiped surface. The backing adds rigidity and elasticity to the blade rubber. The rubber holder holds an intermediate portion of the blade rubber in the longitudinal direction and an intermediate portion of the backing in the longitudinal direction. The rubber holder includes a backing accommodation slot that accommodates and holds the backing. The backing accommodation slot extends through the rubber holder in the longitudinal direction. The parting line is set in a middle section of the backing accommodation slot in the longitudinal direction.

A vehicle wiper comprises a retainer that is formed in an elongated shape open at the lower side facing toward a windshield, and that is provided so as to be capable of swinging about a shaft axis of a pivot shaft that is swung to-and-fro; a first nozzle member that is housed inside the retainer, and that is capable of ejecting washer fluid from an ejection portion; and 1 a retainer cover member that closes off an opening of the retainer, and that is formed with a window through which the ejection portion of the first nozzle member is externally exposed.

Vehicle wiper

A wiper blade includes a wiper strip, a backing, a blade holder coupled to the wiper arm, and two opposed cases arranged at two longitudinal ends of the blade holder. The blade holder includes a blade holding portion, which surrounds a base portion of the wiper strip and the backing at a longitudinally central portion of the wiper strip and the backing. The blade holding portion restricts movement of the wiper strip and the backing in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. Each case includes a case holding portion that surrounds the base portion of the wiper strip and the backing. The case holding portion restricts movement of the wiper strip and the backing in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.

Wiper blade and wiper for vehicle

A wiper for a vehicle includes an elongated wiper strip, a backing extending in the longitudinal direction of the wiper strip, and a blade holder for holding the wiper strip and the backing. The blade holder includes a pair of side surfaces that face in opposite directions. The wiper also includes a coupling member and a wiper arm. The coupling member has a pair of side walls, which face the corresponding side surfaces, and is attached to the blade holder. The wiper arm has a distal coupling portion attached to the coupling member. When the distal coupling portion is attached to the coupling member, side cover walls of the distal coupling portion are each engaged with the corresponding side wall of the coupling member.

A wiper blade assembly which includes a blade, at least one backing which is fitted into an attachment groove of the blade, and an elongated holder member which is interconnected to the blade.

Wiper blade

A wiper blade includes a wiper strip having an elongated retained portion, a backing, and a case, which retains therein the retained portion and the backing. The cap is attached to at least one of the ends in the longitudinal direction of the backing or to at least one of the ends in the longitudinal direction of the case. The interior space of the cap communicates with the interior space of the case. The cap has a rubber insertion hole that opens to the outside of the cap. The retained portion can enter the interior of the cap via the rubber insertion hole.

A wiper blade includes a main lever, a movable member, and a rubber blade. The main lever can be coupled to a wiper arm. The main lever includes a longitudinally intermediate portion, a first end defined by at least one of two longitudinal ends, and a first holding portion. The first holding portion is arranged closer to the first end than the longitudinally intermediate portion. The movable member is pivotally coupled to the first end and includes a second holding portion. A rubber blade is held by the first holding portion and the second holding portion. A coupling portion between the main lever and the movable member is located outward from the first holding portion in the longitudinal direction of the main lever.

In a connecting member, a base member includes an installation portion, to which a hook of a wiper arm configured into a U-shape form is adapted to be installed after installation of the base member to a wiper blade. A lock member is rotatably connected to the base member and is adapted to be engaged with an arcuate outer peripheral surface of the hook after installation of the hook to the installation portion. The lock member includes an engaging portion, which is adapted to be engaged with the arcuate outer peripheral surface of the hook to exert a resilient force against the arcuate outer peripheral surface of the hook. The resilient force of the engaging portion is exerted as a rotational force in a locking direction of the lock member against the arcuate outer peripheral surface of the hook.
