There is provided a vehicular seat capable of using an air supply fan having a relatively small capacity so that a thickness of the air supply fan does not become one of factors in determining a thickness of a seat in realizing the reduction of the thickness of the seat. A vehicular seat includes: an air supply fan; an air supply chamber which forms a passage for air supplied from the air supply fan; and a urethane pad which sandwiches the air supply chamber and has a plurality of portions in each of which a hole through which air supplied from the air supply chamber passes is formed. The air supply chamber is formed so as to cover in a planar surface shape a region of the urethane pad including the plurality of portions in each of which the hole is formed.

Vehicular seat

In order to make it possible to deal with the states of a seatback from an upright state to a fully reclined state without degrading performance of blowing air from a fan, attached to a seat cushion-side, toward the seatback-side, this vehicle seat having an air conditioning function, is configured to be provided with: an air conditioning fan; fan side piping which is connected with the fan; and seat cushion or seatback side piping which is connected with an air flow passage formed in the seat cushion or the seatback, wherein the fan side piping and the seat cushion or seatback side piping are coupled together slidably in a state where an end of one is partially inserted into an end of the other, and at least one piping of either the fan side pining or the seat cushion or seatback side piping is equipped with a bellows structure.

Vehicle seat equipped with air conditioning function

Provided is a seat-cover fitting structure capable of preventing a seat cover from accidentally separating from a seat main body. In a seat-cover fitting structure, a resin clipthat is fitted to an end memberattached to the lower end of a hanging cotton-cloth member of a seat cover and a metal clipthat is fitted to the exterior of the resin clipengage each other with gaps X, X, and Xformed therebetween. In a state where the metal clipis stuck to, by magnetic force, a main-body-side member that is embedded in the seat main body, the resin clipmoves with respect to the metal clipwithin the ranges of the gaps X, X, and X.

Seat-cover fitting structure

A vehicle seat including a seat cushion and a seat back is constructed such that at least one of the seat cushion or the seat back includes: a blower fan, a blower chamber defining a ventilation passage of air sent from the blower fan, and a urethane pad sandwiching the blower chamber and formed with a plurality of vent holes allowing the air from the blower chamber to flow there-through. The ventilation passage in the blower chamber is formed across the full width of the blower chamber, and the blower chamber is formed with through-holes having a diameter smaller than that of the vent holes of the urethane pad and in a manner that the plurality of through-holes are overlapped with one vent hole in the urethane pad.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat includes a pair of side frames, a seat back which includes a pair of connecting parts which respectively support the pair of side frames to be tiltable to a front side of a seat, and a seat belt which includes an upper body restricting part, which restricts an upper body of an occupant in the seat back, and in which the upper body restricting part is moored in the side frame. The connecting part which supports the side frame includes a base part which is fixed in a frame of the seat cushion, and a force limiter part which is interposed between the base part and the side frame and allows tilting of the side frame through a plastic deformation when a tensile force exceeding a predetermined value is loaded on the upper body restricting part of the seat belt.

A vehicular seat having a seat cushion and a seat back, which are configured to be provided with air flow layers capable of being formed by a relatively simple step, is configured to be provided with: the seat cushion on which a vehicle occupant is seated; the seat back against which the vehicle occupant seated on the seat cushion rests his or her back; a fan disposed below the seat cushion; an air delivery duct for delivering to the seat cushion and the seat back, air delivered from the fan; and a seat cover for discharging the air delivered from the air delivery duct, from the surface of the seat cushion and the seat back to the side on which the vehicle occupant is seated. A plurality of groove spaces through which air delivered from the air delivery duct is caused to flow are formed inside the seat cover.

A headrest device of a vertically movable type including a headrest body, a stay element and a lock mechanism provided on a seat back of a seat. The lock mechanism includes a lock plate movably disposed therein and a biasing means for normally biasing said lock plate in a locking direction. The stay element is slidably connected with the lock mechanism so as to be vertically movable and has a non-linearly profiled surface region defined in a surface portion thereof with which said lock plate is biased by said biasing means to frictional contact. Such formation of non-linearly profiled surface region is effective in preventing a friction noise from being generated between the lock plate and the stay element.

Headrest device for vehicle seat

A vehicle seat apparatus in which a seat is rotated around a rotational shaft to the rear of a vehicle in such a manner that a bottom surface of a seat cushion is made to face the inside of a passenger compartment so that the seat can be stowed in a recessed portion. The rotational shaft extends in a transverse direction along a front edge of the recessed portion to be fixed to a vehicle body at ends thereof. A seat cushion and a seat back of the seat are both divided into at least two in a widthwise direction. Respective seats so divided are rotatably supported on the rotational shaft individually.

Vehicle seat apparatus

Vehicle seat with seat cushion tip-up structure and lock mechanism for slide rail comprising upper and lower rails, wherein the upper rail fixed to the seat is locked and unlocked to the lower rail through the lock mechanism. An unlocking lever provided to the seat cushion is operatively connected via a first connecting link with a first arm element, wherein the first connecting link and first arm element are disposed at the seat cushion. The first arm element is connected with a second arm element disposed outwardly of the seat cushion, the second arm element being operatively connected via a second connecting link with the lock mechanism, wherein the second connecting link is disposed outwardly of the seat cushion. Operating the unlocking lever actuates the lock mechanism to unlock and lock the seat from and to the lower rail, irrespective of whether the seat cushion is tipped up or not.
