With a nebulizer mesh selection method it is possible to achieve optimal treatment which fits a medicine and a patient. A nebulizer mesh selection method includes a step of acquiring a medicine attribute, by a computer, a step of acquiring a patient breathing ability, a step of selecting a mesh that corresponds to the acquired medicine attribute and patient breathing ability based on a mesh selection table in which a predetermined mesh corresponds to a combination of a medicine attribute and a patient breathing ability, and a step of outputting the selected mesh.

Nebulizer mesh selection method, apparatus, and program

A folding hat that eliminates the risk of damaging the cloth by an elastic ring for a long life. The folding hat has the elastic ring sewn in an outer circumferential edge of a brim, and the elastic ring is formed by coupling both ends of a flat wire rod shaped by rolling spring steel round wire. Regarding the elastic ring, both ends of the flat wire rod are preferably coupled by: inserting both ends of the flat wire rod in both sides of a tubular metal stop, respectively; and crushing the metal stop. The metal stop has a pair of facing convex parts on which the tips of both ends of the flat wire rod can respectively abut at an inner center part that may be used.

The electronic thermometer of this invention includes a supporting portion which supports the vicinity of the periphery on one face of a vibration plate, and a buzzer cover having flexibility for pressing the vibration plate against the supporting portion by pressing the vicinity of the periphery of the other face of the vibration plate and further includes a mechanism which presses the vicinity of the center of the buzzer cover on an opposite side to a side provided with the vibration plate in the buzzer cover so as to flex the buzzer cover, thereby pressing the vicinity of the periphery on the other face of the vibration plate with elastic reaction force of the buzzer cover.

Electronic thermometer

A bottle unit () of a liquid atomizing apparatus is provided with: a bottle section () reserving a chemical liquid (L); a horn oscillating member () to whose a distal end the liquid (L) in the bottle section () is fed; and a mesh member () having a number of fine pores (), and mounted to an end surface of the distal end () of the horn oscillating member () in contact therewith. The bottle section () is constituted of a large capacity section (B) and a small capacity section (b) in communication with the large capacity section (B) through an opening (), and opposing to the distal end () of the horn oscillating member (). The small capacity section (b) is formed such that the liquid (L') therein is in contact with a point in the proximity of the contact section between the distal end () of the horn oscillating member () and the mesh member (). With such a construction adopted, there can be provided a liquid atomizing apparatus that is obtained at a low cost with not only increased reliability but enhanced durability, and whose operations such as maintenance can be performed with simplicity and convenience without a necessity for a special liquid feed means.

Liquid spray device

A nebulizer has a main body and an inhalator attachment which is detachably attached to the main body. The attachment has a tubular member including an receptacle. The tubular member has a medicament inlet for receiving nebulized medicament from the nebulizer, an inhalation opening which is opposite the medicament inlet and through which a patent inhales the nebulized medicament passed through the tubular member, and an air inlet through which air outside is introduced and passed through the tubular member. A brim member for guiding droplets of liquefied medicament and the user's saliva into the receptacle is formed partially around the medicament inlet. The air inlet is preferably formed by cutting the tubular member at the medicament inlet.

Inhalator attachment and nebulizer equipped with same

A spray sprays a liquid medicine from a spray part . When a liquid sensing electrode arranged on the spray part senses the quantity of the liquid stored in a storage part and determines that the quantity of the liquid decreases, a pin part is driven by a solenoid for feeding the liquid medicine from a liquid medicine bottle to the storage part of the spray part through a feed pipe , and the feeding interval is obtained when the liquid medicine is intermittently fed for adjusting power supplied to a piezoelectric element of the spray part so that the feeding interval is constant. Consequently, a spray capable of automatically adjusting the quantity of spraying per unit time to a constant level for spray liquids having various properties can be provided.

Sprayer

An atomizer has a liquid container containing a liquid to be atomized and an oscillator having a cylindrically shaped top part and protruding from the bottom of the liquid container. A pipe or a portion of the inner wall of the liquid container is sufficiently close to the outer surface of the top part of the oscillator so as to form a gap of 3 mm or less such that when the oscillator is caused to oscillate, its vibratory energy causes the liquid to reach the top surface of the oscillator and to be atomized. An inhalator is formed with such an atomizer made detachably attachable to a main housing. A coupling unit with two couplers connected with a cable may be used to attach the atomizer to the inhalator's main housing. A mouthpiece and a mask may be made attachable to the atomizer.

An atomizer includes a piezoelectric element,with comb-type electrodes having one electrode and the other electrode formed alternately at one side, a mesh member,having many small holes arranged in the proximity of a no-electrode formation plane of piezoelectric element,a liquid reagent bottle,storing a liquid L, and a solenoid,supplying the liquid L of liquid reagent bottle,between piezoelectric element,and mesh member,The vibratory wave of piezoelectric element,by an oscillation circuit is a bulk wave that travels within the piezoelectric element, not the surface wave propagating at the surface of the piezoelectric element defined by the comb-type electrode pitch. As a result, an atomizer can be provided improved in atomization efficiency and stabilized in atomization.

An apparatus is provided for making color comparisons between a test sample and a plurality of color samples. The color samples are arranged on a circle on a rotatable member and are successively moved into position adjacent a test sample. When an operator determines that a color sample adjacent the test sample is closest in color to the test sample he operates a switch which causes a stored numerical value associated with that sample to be read out and displayed on a display device.

Test piece coloration comparative decision unit

A test sample color comparison device is disclosed which has a casing unit with an insertion slot for inserting a color test sample therein, and a display section for displaying the color test sample adjacent at least one of a plurality of reference color shades, as the reference color shades are successively moved into position adjacent the color test sample by a manipulation wheel. When an operator determines that a reference color shade adjacent the test sample corresponds in color to the color of the test sample, he pushes a switch to cause a readout of stored information corresponding to the reference color shade then adjacent the test sample. Readout of the stored information is based on a bit pattern set by a plurality of converter switches which are turned on and off in different patterns which correspond to the different color shades as the reference color shades are moved into position by the manipulation wheel. An uneven pattern code section moves in association with the manipulatable wheel and actuates the converter switches. A preferred uneven pattern code section is arranged so that all of the converter switches are actuated roughly equally during a full rotation of the manipulatable wheel, and so that only one of the converter switches is switched on or off during incremental movement of the manipulable wheel.

Test sample color comparison device
