An ophthalmologic apparatus includes a two-dimensional scanning optical system, a refractive optical system, and a concave mirror. The two-dimensional scanning optical system deflects light from a light source in a first angle range. The refractive optical system deflects the light deflected by the two-dimensional scanning optical system in a second angle range that is wider than the first angle range. The concave mirror includes a reflective surface in at least part of the rotational symmetry surface, and reflects the light emitted from the refractive optical system. The exit-side optical axis of the refractive optical system substantially coincides with the rotational symmetry axis of the rotational symmetry surface. The pupil location in the refractive optical system and the exit focus of the concave mirror are located at optically conjugate positions or in the vicinity of the positions. The exit focus is located at a subject's eye position.

Ophthalmologic apparatus

An ophthalmologic apparatus is disclosed. In one aspect, the apparatus includes an ocular fundus photographing systems for forming an ocular fundus image of the examined eye, based on a reflective beam from the ocular fundus of the examined eye, and an ocular fundus tracking controller for detecting a gaze direction of the examined eye by receiving the reflective beam reflected at a reflective region of an illumination region illuminated on the ocular fundus and for tracking the ocular fundus based on the detection results of the gaze direction. The ocular fundus tracking controller may include scanning mirrors for scanning an area to detect a reflective beam from the ocular fundus, tracking mirrors for controlling tracking to the ocular fundus, an objective lens disposed opposite to the examined, and an offset mirror Mfor adjusting a detection axis in a gaze direction.

An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an imaging system that illuminates a retina of an eye, and images the retina of the eye based on reflective luminous flux from the retina, an aberration measurement part that measures optical aberration of the eye, an aberration compensation device disposed in the imaging system to compensate the optical aberration of the eye based on a signal from the aberration measurement part, a first focusing device disposed in an optical path of the imaging system to perform focusing of the image of the retina of the eye according to a refractive property of the eye, and a second focusing device disposed in the optical path of the imaging system to compensate infinitesimal spherical aberration generated by the aberration compensation device after adjustment by the first focusing device.

An ophthalmologic apparatus is disclosed. In one aspect, the apparatus includes ocular fundus photographing systems for forming an ocular fundus image of the examined eye, based on a reflective beam from the ocular fundus of the examined eye, and a light receiving element for receiving the reflective beam reflected at a reflective region of an illumination region illuminated on the ocular fundus. The apparatus further may include a tracking detector having a scanning unit for detecting a gaze direction of the tested eye, and an ocular fundus tracking controller for tracking the ocular fundus photographing system to the gaze direction.

The invention is directed to an ophthalmologic apparatus. The user interface system provides a mouse for inputting a time segment by pointing to an arbitrary position of the display screen. Displayed in a window, the time segment has a position and length to indicate hours or days. The segment editor displays the segment according to the length which is designated by the mouse. Segments may be duplicated from one window to another. The database entry stores the position and length of the time segment. To avoid or lessen scrolling of time segment data, a window may divided either horizontally or vertically when desired data is located far apart. Multiple windows displayed on the screen may be scrolled synchronously in one direction and independently scrolled in the opposite direction. Windows with different scaled information may be display simultaneously and synchronously scrolled.

The user interface system provides the input means for inputting a segment by pointing out an arbitrary position of the display screen with the input unit such as a mouse for pointing out arbitrary positions of the display screen. The segment has a position and a length to indicate hours or days. The segment editor displays the segment according to the length which is designated by the input unit such as a mouse. The database entry stores the data indicated by the position and the length of the segment as entered data. Thus, data is entered by inputting a segment. Therefore, data such as a time and a date are not needed to be entered from a keyboard. Since data entry is made by drawing a segment by using a mouse, operation is easy. Furthermore, since the length of the segment shows the hours or period visually to a system operator, the chances of errors are lessened. The user interface system provides a system to input additional information for a segment displayed by the segment editor. Consequently, detailed information which cannot be displayed merely by the segment is coped with in case such detailed information exists.
