A vehicular door lock device includes: a housing; an electrical component that is arranged on the housing; a terminal that is electrically connected to the electrical component and made of a conductive thin plate including a connecting portion configured to connect adjacent conductive portions; and an electrical circuit related to the electrical component, the electrical circuit being formed by dividing the conductive portions from each other by shearing off the connecting portion, wherein the housing includes engagement grooves that are opened at right angles with respect to mounting portions on which the conductive portions of the terminal are mounted, the terminal includes the conductive portions and pins that are arranged at end portions of the conductive portions, bent at right angles, and configured to engage with the engagement grooves, and the pins are formed by folded portions that are obtained by folding end portions of the terminal at 180 degrees.

Vehicular door lock device

A door opening device for an access door includes an upper lock device, a lower lock device, and a handle device, the lower lock device has a first bias member for biasing a lower opening lever in an opposite direction to an unlocking direction, the handle device has a handle into which an unlocking operation is inputted, a first lever to which an upper cable and a lower cable are connected, a second lever which rotates in a first direction in response to an unlocking operation and transmits this rotation to the first lever, and a second bias member for restoring the second lever to an initial position, and the second lever has a play stroke defined between a point in time when the second lever starts to rotate from the initial position to a point in time when the second lever transmits the rotation to the first lever.

Door opening device

A door lock device includes: a latch; a ratchet; an outer lever; an open link; a first elastic member; an inertia lever; a second elastic member; a fitting hole provided to an acting piece protruding from the inertia lever; and a protrusion provided to the open link, wherein when an inertial force equal to or greater than a set value is exerted in a direction from an interior to an exterior, the inertia lever rotate against a biasing force of the second elastic member, the acting piece press the protrusion, the open link swing against a biasing force of the first elastic member by the protrusion being pressed by the acting piece, and the protrusion becomes fitted inside the fitting hole which achieves an inertia engagement configuration in which the inertia lever is kept at the blocking position and the open link is kept at the inertia engaging position.

Door lock device

A vehicle door lock device includes: a housing; electrical components including internal pins; and a terminal electrically connected to the internal and including coupling portions coupling conductive portions. Further, electric circuits of the electrical components are formed when the conductive portions are disconnected by cutting off the coupling portions, the housing includes: positioning protruding portions that protrudes at a right angle with respect to installation portions; and fitting grooves that are opened in a direction parallel to a protruding direction of the positioning protruding portions, and the terminal includes: the conductive portions; positioning holes into which the positioning protruding portions are inserted; connector pins bent at a right angle, and are fitted into the fitting grooves; and electrical component pins bent at a right angle, and are configured to be electrically connected to the electrical components when inserted into the internal pins of the electrical components.

Vehicle door lock device and method of manufacturing vehicle door lock device

A door lock device pair includes right and left door lock devices; each of the door lock devices including: a housing; a coupler wall projecting from the housing; a flat portion formed on the housing; and a waterproof seal fixed to the flat portion and being wrapped around the coupler wall, the waterproof seal including: inner and outer peripheral surfaces; and an inclined surface that forms an acute angle with respect to the inner peripheral surface and an obtuse angle at another end of the inclined surface, the inner peripheral surface being in contact with the outer peripheral wall and being in contact with the inclined surface, and the waterproof seals in the door lock devices having the same shape, and the waterproof seals being wrapped around the respective outer peripheral walls in the same direction.

Door lock device pair

An over-center spring of a vehicle door latch device has a coil part that is loosely inserted on a spring support shaft, and a base end side spring leg part. A leading end side spring leg part elastically holds an abutting pin and is paired with the base end side spring leg part. A lock lever is provided with a slot through which the spring support shaft passes. The lock lever and the spring support shaft are disposed to be superposed on each other in an axial direction of the spring support shaft.

Vehicle door latch device

A motor-vehicle door latch device having a latch releasing member and a stopper which are rotatably supported on a base member by each shaft. The stopper holds the latch releasing member so as not to rotate in a releasing direction by rotating from a regular position to a lock position, due to an action of an inertial force caused by an impact force which is received from a first direction corresponding to a direction in which a striker enters an entrance groove. The latch releasing member has a center of gravity which deviates from its rotation center so that another inertial force, caused by another impact force which is received from a second direction opposite the first direction, acts in an opposite direction to the releasing direction.

Motor-vehicle door latch device

A vehicle door latch device which prevents a theft component from getting into an operation-mechanism holding portion thereby improving an anti-theft performance of the vehicle door latch device, by a smaller and lighter arrangement. On a synthetic-resin body, a protection wall is provided that prevents a theft component, inserted in the door, from getting into the casing by covering a connecting part of an outside lever and an operation mechanism, held in the casing, from a vehicle-outside direction.

Actuator unit and door latch device provided with actuator unit

A vehicle door latch apparatus includes a meshing portion assembly and an operating portion assembly. The meshing portion assembly includes: a latch; and a pawl engaging with the latch for preventing a rotation of the latch. The operating portion assembly includes: a casing including a shaft portion and a slit; and an operation lever pivotally supported on the shaft portion and including a shaft hole. The slit is provided in a wall portion of the casing at right angles to a rotating plane of the operation lever. The operation lever enters the slit in a waiting position. A movement of the operation lever in a direction of a rotating axis thereof is prevented by loosely fitting the shaft hole on the shaft portion and by entering the operation lever to the slit in a state where the meshing portion assembly is not attached to the operating portion assembly.

Vehicle door latch apparatus

A spring includes a coil portion and first and second arms. The coil portion is supported around a support portion of a base member. The first arm includes a projecting portion that slides the engagement projecting portion in association with rotation of the rotating lever and presses the rotating lever in a direction in which the rotating lever abuts a first stopper portion when the rotating lever is in a first position and in which the rotating lever abuts a second stopper portion when the rotating lever is in a second position. The second arm abuts a spring stopper portion of the base member in a state where a load is exerted in a direction in which the coil portion is wound so that an inner circumferential surface of the coil portion is pressed against an outer circumferential surface of the support portion facing the engagement projecting portion.

Rotating lever position holding apparatus

A door lock apparatus, at both sides of a region interposing a second link lever therebetween, includes a sector lever shaft and an inside lever shaft that extend in parallel with a swinging shaft of the second link lever. The door lock apparatus also includes an inside handle lever swingably arranged about the inside lever shaft, and when an inside door handle arranged inside a vehicle is open-operated while the second link lever is disposed in a cancel position, moves the second link lever upwards by swinging about the center of the inside lever shaft, and when the inside door handle is open-operated while the second link lever is disposed in a non-cancel position, swings the sector lever in a locked position to an unlocked position about the center of the sector lever shaft, by swinging about the center of the inside lever shaft.
