A voltage detector of a battery module includes a flexible conductive member that is disposed for each of two electrode groups formed of electrodes arranged in a row of a battery module that is an aggregate of a battery cell provided with two equipotential portions each of which has a same potential with each of the two electrodes, and is electrically connected to the equipotential portion for each of the electrodes of each of the electrode groups serving as a disposition target. The flexible conductive member includes: a conductive portion for each of the equipotential portions having flexibility that is electrically connected to the equipotential portion and each of an arithmetic processing device of a battery monitoring unit that monitors a voltage of the battery cell; and an insulating portion having flexibility that electrically insulates the plurality of conductive portions from each other.

Voltage detector of battery module and battery pack

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars and a bus bar holder. The bus bar holder is constituted by coupling a plurality of holding portions in a chain manner via deformable coupling portions, respectively, the plurality of holding portions each holding the bus bar in a movable manner in predetermined ranges determined by restriction of movement of the bus bar by interferences with movement restricting members. Openings allowing two contact portions of the bus bar held by the holding portion to be exposed to an outside, the two contact portions being respectively connected to the electrodes of the two adjacent battery cells, are provided in either the holding portion or the coupling portion.

A conductive module includes a first conductive member electrically connected to at least one electrode terminal of a battery module, a second conductive member electrically connected to the first conductive member and an electrical connection target, and an accommodation member accommodating the first and second conductive members. The accommodation member includes an accommodation body having a first accommodation chamber that accommodates the first conductive member and a second accommodation chamber that accommodates the second conductive member, a lid body closing an opening of the second accommodation chamber such that the second conductive member does not come out of the second accommodation chamber, and a hinge body rotating the lid body, a first holding mechanism holding a side of the lid body opposite to the hinge body at the closing position, and a second holding mechanism holding the hinge body side of the lid body at the closing position.

Conductive module

A busbar module includes a basic busbar module assembled to an electrode terminal group arranged in a row of a battery module formed of a plurality of battery cells, and a holding member that holds the basic busbar module. The basic busbar module includes a plurality of busbars that is arranged along an arrangement direction of respective electrode terminals of the electrode terminal group and is electrically connected to the corresponding electrode terminals, and flat cable having a conductor portion that is electrically connected to the plurality of busbars, and an insulating holding portion that holds the plurality of busbars, and the holding member has a holding body that holds the basic busbar module.

Busbar module and battery pack

A conductor module for terminal includes a bus bar, a state detector including a detection conductor, and a fixing member fixing the state detector to the bus bar. The bus bar includes a connection surface to which the detection conductor is electrically connected, and two fixing holes formed with the placed state detector interposed therebetween. The fixing member includes a main body that the state detector is made contact with, and plastically deformable fixing legs. Each of the fixing legs is inserted in the fixing hole from the connection surface side and projects from the fixed surface. In a fixed state, when the fixing leg is seen from an axis direction of the fixing hole, a tip of the fixing leg is disposed on the outside in a radial direction than the fixing holes.

Conductor module for terminal

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars, a plate-shaped housing case, and a plurality of voltage detection conductors. Each of the bus bars is connected to two or more electrode terminals in an electrode terminal group. The housing case has a plurality of bus bar housing spaces housing the respective bus bars, and has insulation property. The voltage detection conductors are each connected to the bus bars. The bus bars are each disposed in the bus bar housing spaces while separated from the inner peripheral surfaces forming the bus bar housing spaces. The housing case includes a pair of support connecting sections that support the corresponding bus bar with respect to the housing case, in each of the bus bar housing spaces. Each of the support connecting sections has elastic deformation sections allowing elastic deformation in an arrangement direction.

Bus bar module

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars in which a plurality of battery cells of a battery assembly electrically connect to each other, a plurality of electric wires electrically connected to the plurality of bus bars, and an electric wire routing structure that accommodates the plurality of electric wires. The electric wire routing structure includes a plurality of electric wire routing grooves formed in an upwardly opening gutter shape and disposed along an overlapping direction of the plurality of battery cells, and a plurality of lids connected to first side walls of the plurality of electric wire routing grooves via hinges so as to be rotatable and covering the plurality of electric wire routing grooves so as to block groove openings of the plurality of electric wire routing grooves, respectively.

Bus bar module and power supply unit

A battery pack includes: battery cells arranged such that the positive terminals and the negative terminals are alternately arranged; bus bars electrically connecting the positive terminals and the negative terminals of the adjacent battery cells; an insulating cover attachable to the battery cells and covering the positive terminals and the negative terminals; a monitor substrate in which a monitor circuit is mounted; and detection terminals electrically connected to the monitor substrate and electrically connected to the respective bus bars. The monitor substrate and the detection terminals are disposed integrally to an inner surface of the insulating cover. The detection terminals are electrically connected to the respective bus bars in a state in which the insulating cover is attached to the battery cells.

Battery pack

An electrical junction box, which is intended to be miniaturized, has a plurality of electric components and an installing portion on which the plurality of electric parts are installed. The installing portion is composed of a plurality of divided portions, and has fastening portions for connecting adjacent divided portions to each other, while adjusting the positions of the adjacent divided portions relative to each other.

A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells each of which includes two electrodes and which are arranged such that two electrode groups formed of the electrodes arranged in a row are formed and are electrically connected in series or in parallel by physically and electrically connecting an electrical connection member to each of the two adjacent electrodes in the electrode group; a separator disposed at least between the adjacent battery cells to achieve insulation of the battery cells; and a restraint band holding a state in which the battery cell and the separator are alternately stacked. The separator includes a lid covering the electrical connection member connected to the electrode and the electrode as a connection target of the electrical connection member from a side opposite to the battery cell.

A battery state detector includes a main unit configured to detect a state of one battery assembly in a battery pack storing therein a plurality of battery assemblies each including a plurality of battery cells arranged in rows, a subunit configured to detect a state of a battery assembly in the battery pack other than the battery assembly that is a detection target of the main unit, and a first communication line that connects the main unit with the subunit. The main unit is connected to a controller configured to control the battery pack via a second communication line that is separate from the first communication line.

A busbar module includes a plurality of busbars that are connected to two or more electrode terminals in an electrode terminal group arranged in a row in a battery module including a plurality of battery cells, a housing case that has insulation property and includes a plurality of housing spaces that house the respective busbars, and a plurality of voltage detection conductors that are connected to the respective busbars. The voltage detection conductors are formed integrally with the housing case.

Busbar module

A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells each having two electrode terminals, i.e., positive and negative electrode terminals; a first housing case that houses a first battery cell group; a second housing case that houses a second battery cell group; and a fixing tool that fixes the first and the second housing cases by making the electrode terminals in the first battery cell group face the electrode terminals in the second battery cell group. The second battery group is housed in the second housing case while being inclined relative to the first battery cell group, connected to the negative electrode terminal of each battery cell in the first battery cell group facing the positive electrode terminal of the battery cell, and connected to the positive electrode terminal of each battery cell in the first battery cell group facing the negative electrode terminal of the battery cell.

Battery module

A conductor module includes a busbar, an accommodation case, and a fixing member. The accommodation case has two or more fixing holes that pass through a fixing body first surface and a fixing body second surface. The fixing member includes a main body and fixing legs. The fixing legs are associated with the respective fixing holes, and have a part of the busbar interposed therebetween. The fixing legs are capable of plastic deformation by external force, are inserted in the respective fixing holes from a side of the fixing body first surface to protrude from a side of the fixing body second surface, and, under a fixed condition in which the busbar is fixed to the accommodation case by the fixing member, have leading ends disposed on an outside in a radial direction with respect to the fixing holes as viewed in an axial direction of the fixing holes.
