An endless track link that is able to reduce stress concentrations and to improve efficiency of an assembling process of the endless track link is detailed. A stress reinforcing part is formed in the region in which stress concentrations are generated in a window area. The reinforcing part extends in a direction apart from a track shoe and includes an extended part of a through-hole into which a track shoe connecting bolt is inserted. A female thread for engaging with the track shoe connecting bolt is formed at the extended part of the through-hole.

Integrally forged link for endless track

A main bearing case has a bearing holder for holding a bearing so as to support a crankshaft, and a crankcase mounting section at which it is joined to a crankcase. Rib walls are provided so as to surround the bearing holder between the bearing holder and the crankcase mounting section. The rib walls are formed in a side of the crankcase, and in a neighborhood of each inner side face of the bearing holder and the crankcase mounting section. These rib walls receive a force exerted in a radial direction from the crankshaft. Thereby, an improvement of rigidity of the main bearing case can be achieved, and also the lubrication to a valve-operating system can be always ensured by preventing an oil surface from lowering even when an engine is located with inclination.

Bearing case for engine

A scraper is provided in a large end portion of a connecting rod in an inclined type of overhead camshaft engine to lubricate a timing system by dipping a lubricating oil stored in a lower portion of a crank case up. The scraper includes a bottom wall and a side wall set up on the bottom wall, and have a substantially L-shaped cross-section. An angle between the bottom wall and the side wall is set in a range of 60&deg; to 90&deg;. Thus, the droplets of the oil can be splashed to the side direction of scraper also in three-dimensional inclined direction, so that oil can be securely supplied to and lubricate the timing system which is offset from the scraper in a longitudinal direction of the crankshaft.

Lubricating system for OHC engine

A ceiling surface of a rocker cover mounted on a top of a cylinder head has an oil guide groove and an oil dripping portion. The oil guide groove extends along a rotation direction of a chain and faces the chain for guiding lubricating oil droplets separated from the chain into a single flow in a certain direction. The oil dripping portion is continuous with the oil guide groove and protruding toward a valve-operating device for dripping the lubricating oil guided by the oil guide groove onto the valve-operating device. Oil droplets thrown off from the chain are collected by the oil guide groove and dripped onto the valve-operating device via the oil dripping portion. Therefore, it can effectively supply the oil to a position where the valve-operating cam slidably contacts with the slipper, thereby improving the frictional resistance of the valve-operating device.
