A heat pump includes an electric motor driven by input electric power, a first compressor mechanically connected to the electric motor and compresses air, a first heat exchanger performing heat exchange between compressed air produced by the first compressor and water, and a first hot water outlet through which the water heated by heat exchange in the first heat exchanger is taken out. Thus, in the air refrigerant heat pump, it is possible to use only air and water to supply heating by applying part of compressed air energy storage technology to the heat pump.

Heat pump

A mechanical seal that prevents deposition of a degradation material generated on a sliding interface is to be provided. In a mechanical seal including a sleeve that rotates with a rotating shaft, a seal cover fixed to a housing, a rotating ring attached to the sleeve and a fixed ring attached to the seal cover and disposed in sliding-contact with the rotating ring via a sliding interface perpendicular to the rotating shaft scraping member is provided on the sleeve at a position close to an inner edge of the sliding interface so as to remove a degradation material from the inner edge of the sliding interface.

Mechanical seal

In a bearing constituted by a plural-layer slide member, the plural-layer slide member comprises a resin layer of polytetrafluoroethylene as a slide member and a backing strip to which the resin layer is bonded. A fitting hole having a depth exceeding the thickness of the resin layer is formed from the resin layer side. A temperature measuring metallic member formed of a white metal is fitted in the fitting hole. A temperature sensor is positioned within the temperature measuring metallic member. This bearing permits an accurate detection of its temperature. Further, in an oil cooled screw compressor having a bearing lubricating oil supply pipe, a slide surface of the bearing is covered with polyether ether ketone. Even if foaming occurs in the oil, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a mechanical trouble such as galling.

Bearing and screw compressor

A bearing comprising a resin layer, a backing strip and an intermediate layer which bonds the resin layer and the backing strip to each other is disclosed. The bearing undergoes a force from the resin layer side. A corrosion preventing layer is formed on each side face of the bearing so as to cover the intermediate layer. The corrosion preventing layer prevents the intermediate layer from being corroded by gas contained in an atmosphere and lubricating oil which are present around the bearing.

The oil-cooled type compressor A houses therein an inspecting flow passage branched from a discharge flow passage on the secondary side of an oil separation recovering portion and joined with a suction flow passage which is a lower pressure portion than the branched point, and an oil separating element capable of capturing finer oil particles as compared with an oil separating element within the oil separating recovering portion , and houses therein an oil droplet detection means for outputting a signal electrically showing a state change upon receipt of oil droplets dropped from the oil separating element , being provided with an oil separation detector interposed in the inspecting flow passage , and a calculating portion for receiving an electric signal from the oil droplet detection means to calculate the percentage content of oil of the compressed gas from the interval of the electric signal to output it.

Oil-cooled type compressor

A screw compressor capable of increasing a pressure receiving area of a balance piston, employing a thrust bearing having a large load capacity, and preventing an occurrence of a reverse thrust load state when started. The rotor shaft extending beyond both sides of screw rotors 11, 12 is rotatably supported by radial bearings 13, 14. An input shaft 15 serves as a rotor shaft on the suction side. A rotor shaft on the discharge side is rotatably supported by a thrust bearing 16 at a position farther away from the screw rotors 11, 12 than the radial bearing 14. A balance piston 17 is mounted on the rotor shaft at a position farther away from the screw rotors 11, 12 than the thrust bearing 16. A partitioning wall 31 is provided between the thurst bearing 16 and the balance piston 17. An equalizing flowpassage for directing oil from an oil reservoir of an oil separating and recovering unit provided in the discharge flowpassage without pressurizing it, is provided in a space adjacent the partitioning wall 31 of the balance piston 17.
