An electrolytic solution for an electrolytic capacitor contains: an electrolytic solution additive for an electrolytic capacitor (B) containing a polymer (A) that has a (meth)acrylic monomer (a) as an essential component; an organic solvent (C) having a hydroxyl group concentration higher than 10 mmol/g; and an electrolyte (D), the electrolytic solution for an electrolytic capacitor being characterized in that the content of a (meth)acrylic monomer having a hydroxyl group (a1) is 60-100 wt % of the total monomers constituting the polymer (A).

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrolyte solution for an electrolytic capacitor which has high withstand voltage. The electrolyte solution for an electrolytic capacitor that is used contains: an organic solvent; an acrylic polymer which has hydroxy group and/or carboxy group; and an electrolyte. A concentration of hydroxy groups included in the organic solvent is 10 mmol/g or less with respect to the weight of the organic solvent.

The present invention aims to provide an electrolyte solution for electrolytic capacitors and an electrolytic capacitor, in which the electrolyte solution has high sparking voltage and good heat resistance and does not readily solidify even at low temperatures, so that the electrolytic capacitor can be driven even in cold areas. The electrolyte solution for electrolytic capacitors of the present invention contains a solvent (C); and an electrolyte, the electrolyte consisting of a salt of a diprotic acid component (A) and a base (B), the diprotic acid component (A) containing two or more diprotic acids, wherein the two or more diprotic acids are characterized such that a mixture (E) of two or more acid anhydrides corresponding to a diprotic acid mixture containing the two or more diprotic acids is a liquid at 50&#xb0; C., with the molar ratio of the acid anhydrides being the same as that of the diprotic acids in the diprotic acid component (A).

Resin particles which are excellent in electrostatic property, thermal storage stability and thermal properties, and have evenness of particle diameter are to be provided. The resin particles are core-shell resin particles (C2) each comprising one or more film-like shell layers (P) comprising a first resin (a) and a core layer (Q) comprising a second resin (b). Provided is a photosensitive composition which can be cured with low energy consumption, even when a substance (such as a colorant) that attenuates or shades an illumination light is contained in a high concentration or even when the photosensitive composition is in the form of a thick film. Specifically provided is a photosensitive composition which comprises the following four components: (1) a radical initiator (A); (2) an acid generator (B) or a base generator (C); (3) a polymerizable substance (D); and (4) a colorant (E), a metal oxide powder (F), or a metal powder (G). Further, the photosensitive composition is characterized in that the radical initiator (A), the acid generator (B), and/or the base generator (C) generates an active species (H) through irradiation with an active ray of light; the active species (H) reacts the radical initiator (A), the acid generator (B), or the base generator (C) to form another species (I); and thus the polymerization of the polymerizable substance (D) by means of the active species (I) proceeds, said active species (H) or (I) being an acid or a base.

There is provided a method for producing a resin particle capable of unprecedentedly realizing both excellent heat resistant keeping property and melting property. The present invention is a method for producing a resin particle (X) comprising the step of treating a resin particle (B) containing a resin (A) composed of a crystalline part (a) containing, as an essential constitutional component, a lactone ring-opening polymer (p), and a noncrystalline part (b), with liquid or supercritical carbon dioxide (C), and removing (C), wherein a heat of fusion measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of the obtained (X) satisfies the following relational formula (1):0&#x2266;2/1&#x2266;0.9&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)[in the relational formula (1), H1 represents a measurement value of a heat of fusion (J/g) at the time of the initial temperature elevation measured by DSC; and H2 represents a measurement value of a heat of fusion (J/g) at the time of the second temperature elevation measured by DSC].
