The herein described subject matter relates in particular to a control device () and a method for controlling a fuel injector () attached to an internal combustion engine to allow reducing the deviation of the fuel amount between different injectors/different injections in ballistic operation, the control device () comprising a control parameter calculation unit (), an injection pulse calculation unit (), an injection pulse compensation unit () and at least one memory (or). The control parameter calculation unit () is configured to determine a target closing time for the fuel injector () based on a fuel amount to be injected into the internal combustion engine. If the determined target closing time is larger than a maximum closing time of the fuel injector () in ballistic operation, the injection pulse calculation unit () is configured to calculate a pulse duration for the injector () based on a characteristic curve of the fuel injector (), and to output the calculated pulse duration to the fuel injector () for injecting the fuel amount into the internal combustion engine. If the determined target closing time is equal to or smaller than the maximum closing time in the ballistic operation, the injection pulse compensation unit () is configured to receive a set of parameters from the at least one memory (or), to calculate a pulse duration for the fuel injector () based on the determined target closing time and the set of parameters; and to output the calculated pulse duration to the fuel injector () for injecting the fuel amount into the internal combustion engine.

Control device and method for controlling an injector

A fuel injection device includes a nozzle element, an injection hole forming member, and a valve element. The injection hole forming member includes a seat part having the seat surface, and a suck chamber formed on a front end part of the seat part, the suck chamber being a recess denting in the direction of heading from the seat surface toward a front end part. The suck chamber has a suck chamber injection hole from which a fuel is jetted toward the ignition plug.

Fuel injection device

A fuel injection device includes a nozzle holder; a fixed core; an anchor; and a valve member. The valve member has a plunger rod and a spacer. The plunger rod is provided with a shaft portion, and an engaging portion that engages with the anchor during a valve opening operation. The spacer has an accommodating portion in which the engaging portion is accommodated and forms a predetermined gap between the engaging portion and the anchor when the valve is closed. Further, the accommodating portion and the engaging portion are in line contact or point contact.

An injection amount variation of a plurality of fuel injection valves is reduced regardless of a state of an engine. According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fuel injection control devicethat controls a plurality of fuel injection valves having a coil for energization, including a valve body operation time detection unitthat detects a valve closing completion time from an end of energization of the fuel injection valve to completion of valve closing of a valve body of the fuel injection valve, a drive current correction unitthat corrects a drive current parameter of the fuel injection valve based on the valve closing completion time, an injection pulse width correction unitthat corrects an energization time of the fuel injection valve based on the valve closing completion time, and a correction method selection unitthat selects at least one of the drive current correction unitand the injection pulse width correction unitto execute correction based on a state of an engine.

In a fuel injection device, a driving unit structure has a magnetic aperture, in which an inner diameter is gradually enlarged toward the mover side, provided in an inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core. It is possible to reduce magnetic delay time upon valve opening from the supply of the electric current to the coil to the rise of magnetic flux and magnetic delay time upon valve closing from the stoppage of the electric current to the coil to reduction of magnetic flux, by providing a magnetic aperture in the inner peripheral surface of the magnetic core. Thus it is possible to improve the dynamic responsiveness upon valve opening and valve closing.

For a fuel injection device, a configuration to improve fuel sealability when a valve is closed is provided. Therefore, the fuel injection device includes: a valve body that opens and closes a fuel flow path; a movable iron core in which a fuel passage hole communicating an upstream side and a downstream side is formed, and that operates the valve body toward the upstream side; a biasing spring whose one end contacts the movable iron core, and that biases the movable iron core in a valve opening direction; and a regulating unit that regulates movement of the one end of the biasing spring, in which the shortest distance between the one end of the biasing spring and the fuel passage hole is larger than a radial travel distance of the one end until radial movement of the one end is regulated by the regulating unit.

Provided is a control device for a fuel injection device capable of detecting a variation in valve opening start timing of the fuel injection device and stabilizing a fuel injection quantity. Therefore, the control device for the fuel injection device of the present invention is a control device for a plurality of fuel injection devices each including: a valve body that opens a fuel passage by separating from a valve seat; a movable element that causes an opening/closing operation of the valve body; and a stator that attracts the movable element by a drive current flowing through a coil. This control device includes a control unit that controls the energization time of the drive current by a pulse width of a drive command pulse. The control unit estimates a valve opening start timing having a correlation with a detected valve closing completion timing. Further, the pulse width of the drive command pulse is corrected based on the valve opening start timing.

Control unit of fuel injection device

An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid control device with an improved effect of suppressing blowhole generation. Therefore, a component for a flow rate control device of the present invention includes: a first component(A); a second component(B) fixed to the first component by a press-fitting portion; a butt-welded portionconnecting the first component and the second component; and a first gapand a second gapformed between mutually opposing surfaces of the first component and the second component. The first gap is provided on a side of the press-fitting portion with respect to the second gap between the press-fitting portion and the butt-welded portion, and is formed in a direction intersecting a press-fitting direction. Fuel injection valve

An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve that can be used in a gasoline engine and can take fuel into an injection hole with a small pressure loss near a seat portion on which a valve is seated. Thus, the present invention provides a fuel injection valve for a gasoline engine which includes: a plurality of injection holes; and a seat portion that opens and closes a fuel passage to the plurality of injection holes in cooperation with a valve. In a fuel injection device in which a fuel boundary includes two or more components, two components are press-fitted with an inner diameter and an outer diameter and are brought into contact at a butting surface, abutting welding is performed from a direction nearly parallel to the butting surface, an inner diameter side corner portion of the butting surface of a component to be fitted and press-fitted on an inner diameter side is chamfered longer in a direction perpendicular to the butting surface to increase a welding coupling length than a butting length, welding coupling length is less than welding depth, weld penetration depth is not less than material thickness, and the center of the weld is on a base material side, the outer diameter of which is larger than a joining face.
