A contact switch includes a case, a first contact provided in the case, a second contact provided in the case, an actuator for causing the first contact to contact the second contact, and an oil-repellent agent applied to at least one of an outer edge of the first contact or an outer edge of the second contact The oil-repellent agent includes a fluorine-based polymer. The switch has a simple structure and connects between the contacts reliably.

Contact switch

A switch provided with a fixed contact and a movable contact coming into contact with each other and separating from each other. The surface of at least one of the fixed contact and the movable contact is provided with a plurality of recesses whose edges are overlapped with each other, and also provided with a plurality of projections. The projections formed on the contact surface have sharp-pointed tips which can break an oxide film or the like if it is formed on the contact surface, thereby achieving stable contact.

Switch and manufacturing method thereof

According to the switch of the present invention, a lubricant containing a base oil, a soft resin polymer, and a surface active agent is applied between a fixed tab and a contact strip that undergo sliding operation in response to vertical movement of an operating part. The soft resin polymer of the composition works effective in minimizing wear of the contacting surfaces of the fixed tab and the contact strip. At the same time, including the surface active agent in the composition can prevents the lubricant from flowing to an undesired section. The lubricant with the composition above can provide a switch with a reliable switch-on/off operation.

Switch

A seat sensor includes a top sheet made of insulating film; an upper insulating layer with insulating particles partially protruding from the surface of the upper insulating layer; and an upper resistor layer formed over the upper insulating layer. The seat sensor further includes a bottom sheet made of insulating resin film disposed under the top sheet; a lower insulating layer with insulating particles partially protruding from the surface of the lower insulating layer; a lower resistor layer formed over the lower insulating layer, and an insulating spacer layer formed between the top sheet and the bottom sheet. The above construction provides a seat sensor that has stable resistance properties even after repeated loading and a detection device using the seat sensor.
