A solenoid valve includes a housing, a valve element provided in the housing to open and close a valve port, and a resin-molded guide member that includes a support portion supporting the valve element to be slidable in an axial direction, and an attachment portion attached to and in contact with an inner side of the housing. The guide member further includes an intermediate joint portion connecting the attachment portion and the support portion. The attachment portion is larger in shape in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the axial direction than the intermediate joint portion. The support portion extends in the axial direction from the intermediate joint portion. The guide member has an injection-molding gate mark on an outer face of the attachment portion.

Solenoid valve

A control valve includes a housing, a valve body arranged in a valve chamber of the housing, and a support portion slidably supporting an outer surface of the valve body in the valve chamber. The valve body is slidable on the support portion between an open position at which an outlet port is open and a closed position at which a seat surface of the valve body closes the outlet port. The valve body includes a skin layer forming the outer surface of the valve body, and a core layer under the skin layer. The outer surface of the valve body, other than the seat surface and a slidable area, includes a core exposed portion where the core layer is exposed without being covered with the skin layer.

Control valve and method for manufacturing control valve

A control valve includes a housing, a valve body arranged in a valve chamber of the housing, and a support member fixed to the housing and supporting the valve body in the valve chamber. The valve body has a tubular shape into which the support member is inserted, and the valve body is slidable on the support member between a first position to close an inlet passage and a second position to close a drain passage. The valve body includes a skin layer forming an outer surface of the valve body, and a core layer under the skin layer. The outer surface of the valve body includes a core exposed portion where the core layer is exposed without being covered with the skin layer.

An electromagnetic valve includes a valve compartment inside an end tubular portion of a housing, a valve element provided in the valve compartment and movable to open or close a valve port, a guide member slidably supporting the valve element, a shaft contacting an end of the valve element to move the valve element, and a pressure release passage through which an inner compartment of the valve element communicates with the valve port in a closed state of the valve element.

Electromagnetic valve

An electromagnetic valve includes a valve compartment inside an end tubular portion of a housing, a valve element provided in the valve compartment and movable to open or close a valve port, a guide member slidably supporting the valve element, a shaft contacting an end of the valve element to move the valve element, and a pressure release passage extending through a part of the end of the valve element which does not contact the shaft. An inner compartment of the valve element communicates with the valve port through the pressure release passage in a closed state of the valve element.

An electromagnetic valve includes a valve compartment inside an end tubular portion of a housing, a valve element provided in the valve compartment and movable to open or close an inlet passage, a support member slidably supporting the valve element, a shaft contacting an end of the valve element to move the valve element, and a pressure release passage extending through a part of the end of the valve element which does not contact the shaft. An inner compartment of the valve element communicates with a drainage passage through the pressure release passage in an open state of the valve element where the inlet passage is open to allow a working fluid flows from an upstream passage to a downstream passage through the inlet passage.

In a solenoid of a hydraulic pressure control apparatus, a region adjacent to an oil flow guide portion of a stopper breathing passage is formed in a magnetism application region, through which a leakage magnetic flux leaking from a magnetic circuit at a time of turning on of a coil passes. Thereby, magnetic foreign objects made of iron or iron containing material are magnetically attracted to the leakage magnetic flux, so that intrusion of the foreign objects from an outside of the solenoid into a second volume variable chamber through the stopper breathing passage is limited.

Solenoid and hydraulic pressure control apparatus having the same

A solenoid device includes a plunger driven in an axial direction, a wall portion arranged to oppose the plunger in the axial direction, and a respiratory pore cover covering an opening of a respiratory pore of the wall portion. A volume variable chamber is defined between the plunger and the wall portion. The respiratory pore cover defines a communication space communicated to the respiratory pore, and an opening which causes the communication space to communicate with an exterior space. A volume of the communication space is larger than a predetermined volume of fluid that flows through the respiratory pore from or into the volume variable chamber by a predetermined movement of the plunger.
