A method of manufacturing a steam turbine rotor which includes an ultra-high temperature side portion in which ultra-high temperature steam flows and a high temperature side portion in which high temperature steam flows, the manufacturing method including the steps of: preparing a first electrode having a chemical composition corresponding to a chemical composition of a heat resistant alloy making up the ultra-high temperature side portion and a second electrode having a chemical composition corresponding to a chemical composition of the high temperature side portion; tentatively joining together joints of the electrodes, with the joints of the electrodes made smaller in cross sectional area than other electrode portions; subjecting the tentatively joined first and second electrodes to an ESR process to obtain an ESR ingot and forging the ingot into a shape of a rotor to obtain a rotor forging; and heat-treating the rotor forging to obtain a rotor blank and manufacturing the steam turbine rotor from the rotor blank.

Steam turbine

A plurality of blades are studded in a rotor disc integrated with the rotor along the circumferential direction of the rotor, a plurality of vanes are attached to a casing covering the rotor along the circumferential direction of the rotor, and an internal diaphragm disposed on rotor-side surfaces of the vanes in such a way that the internal diaphragm faces the rotor disc. The vanes and the blades adjacent to each other in the axial direction of the rotor form a turbine stage. A rotor-side cooling path is formed through the rotor disc in the axial direction of the rotor, and a diaphragm-side cooling path is formed through the internal diaphragm in the axial direction of the rotor, and a cooling medium flowing through the rotor-side cooling path diverts into the diaphragm-side cooling path and a labyrinth flow path provided between the internal diaphragm and the rotor.

A steam turbineis comprised of a double-structured casing configured of an outer casingand an inner casing, a turbine rotordisposed through the inner casing and having a plurality of stages of moving bladesimplanted, and a plurality of stages of stationary bladesdisposed alternately with the moving bladesin the axial direction of the turbine rotorin the inner casing. A steam turbine includes a casing, a rotor arranged inside the casing so as to extend in an axial direction of the casing, a rotor disk integrally formed with the rotor, a rotor-side implanting portion formed in the rotor disk, a plurality of moving blades arranged on the rotor disk in a circumferential direction of the rotor, and a moving blade-side implanting portion formed in the moving blade, in which the moving blade-side implanting portions of the moving blades are engaged with the rotor-side implanting portions, respectively. A cooling medium flows through a gap formed at least on a blade portion side of the moving blade among gaps formed between the moving blade-side implanting portions and the rotor-side implanting portions.

Steam turbine and cooling method thereof

In one embodiment, a steam device includes a high-temperature member and a low-temperature member. One surface of the high-temperature member is exposed to high-temperature steam, and the other surface is cooled by cooling steam having a temperature lower than the high-temperature steam. The low-temperature member is disposed to face the high-temperature member with a passage for the cooling steam therebetween and is formed of a material having a heat resistance lower than that of the high-temperature member. The steam device has at least one high-reflectance film selected from a first high-reflectance film, which is formed on the surface of the high-temperature member which is exposed to the high-temperature steam and has a higher reflectance with respect to infrared rays than the high-temperature member, and a second high-reflectance film, which is formed on the surface of the low-temperature member facing the high-temperature member and has a higher reflectance with respect to infrared rays than the low-temperature member.

A microwave absorbing heater comprising a porous body containing silicon oxide and having a porosity of 40 to 95%. A microwave absorbing heater may be formed of a porous body having a porosity of 40 to 95% and composed of an inorganic electrical insulating material, and a silicon carbide film formed on the surface thereof. Since the microwave absorptivity is high, the dissipation of water from a heated object is easy and the heat dissipation is small, the heating efficiency is great. The thermal shock resistance is also high.
