A direct-fluid-supply writing implement has a pentip, an ink occlusion body connected to a rear end of the pentip, an ink tank that directly stores ink and is arranged at a rear of the ink occlusion body, a plurality of communication tubes that connects the ink tank to the ink occlusion body and a partition wall provided between the ink occlusion body and the ink tank. Forward end portions of the communication tubes are protruded forward from a front face of the partition wall, and are located inside the ink occlusion body. At least one of the communication tubes is provided such that a rear end of the communication tube is protruded backward from a rear face of the partition wall and is located inside the ink tank.

Direct-fluid-supply writing implement

A direct-fluid-supply writing implement has a pentip,

Ink and a follower advancing with consumption of the ink are stored directly in the inside of a barrel having a pen point at its forward end. An outer tail plug constituted by a closed-end cylinder is fitted to a rear outer surface of the barrel. An air course is formed between the rear outer surface of the barrel and an inner surface of the outer tail plug to communicate with the inside of the barrel through a rear end aperture portion of the barrel. At least one air hole is provided ahead of the rear end aperture portion of the barrel to make the air course communicate with the outside air.

Writing implement

The cap for writing equipment comprises an air vent in the top portion, means installed on the inner peripheral surface for providing airtightness, a miniature cap movably enclosed in the axial direction in a space formed with the top face, the inner peripheral face and an annular boss for providing airtightness, a resilient seal positioned on the outside of the top of the miniature cap for blocking the ventilation between the air vent and the inside of the cap when the tip of the pen body is fitted into the cap and rebounders for pressing the miniature cap against the pen body. The annular boss for providing airtightness is so positioned as to block the ventilation in the longitudinal direction by forcing itself to contact the trunk of the pen when the tip of the pen body is fitted into the cap.

Cap for writing equipment

A writing pen having good ink flow control to a tip suitable for fine writing over a wide range of atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature. The pen has a flow-regulator composed of first, second and third ink supply rods connected in series. The flow-regulator has a plurality of fins around its circumference which cooperatively define a labyrinth groove. The spacing between fins varies from the front end to the rear end of the flow-regulator, with the widest spacing occurring at the front end, towards the writing tip of the pen.

Writing pen holder with three wicks

A writing pen wherein a valve element is operated to supply a writing nib held in a pen holder with ink from an ink reservoir is disclosed. The pen is characterized by having an ink guide stem between the writing nib and the valve element and a small ink-retaining space that is provided at least between the rear end of the nib and the front end of the ink guide stem.
