Provided is a thermoplastic resin film having at least one of film surfaces being excellent in printability, having sufficiently low internal haze, and exhibiting a favorable matte appearance. A thermoplastic resin film according to the present invention composed of a thermoplastic resin composition (C) including at least one kind of a thermoplastic resin (R) and fine particles (P) having a volume average particle diameter of 0.5 to 15 &#x3bc;m and a refractive index different from that of the thermoplastic resin (R) by 0.02 or more. At least one of film surfaces satisfies formulas (1) and (2).&#x2265;60&#x2003;&#x2003;(1),&#x2212;35&#x2264;&#x2212;10&#x2003;&#x2003;(2)(In the formulas (1) and (2), Gis 60&#xb0; gloss (%) at 20&#xb0; C., Gis 60&#xb0; gloss (%) when the thermoplastic resin film is heated at a temperature 10&#xb0; C. higher than a glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin composition (C) for 30 minutes, then cooled to 20&#xb0; C.).

Thermoplastic resin film, its manufacturing method, and laminated body

Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition that can be firmly bonded to an adherend with an active energy ray-curable adhesive provided therebetween, and provided are a molded product and a film each including such a thermoplastic resin composition. Also provided are a thermoplastic resin composition that is less likely to be whitened even when the adhesive permeates thereinto and a molded product and a film each including such a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition according to the present disclosure contains 70 to 95 mass % of a thermoplastic resin and 5 to 30 mass % of a multilayer structure polymer (C) having a multilayer particle structure, and the multilayer structure polymer (C) has a median diameter Da of no less than 200 nm and less than 500 nm when the median diameter Da is measured through a laser diffraction/scattering technique with the thermoplastic resin composition dissolved in acetone.

Thermoplastic resin, molded product, film, and layered product

A film obtained by molding a methacrylic resin composition, the methacrylic resin composition comprises: a methacrylic resin having a triad syndiotacticity (rr) of not less than 50% and a weight average molecular weight of 80000 to 200000 and comprising not less than 92% by mass of a structural unit derived from methyl methacrylate, and a polycarbonate resin having a melt volume-flow rate of 130 to 250 cm/20 min at 300&#xb0; C. and 1.2 Kg, in which a mass ratio of the methacrylic resin to the polycarbonate resin is 91/9 to 99/1, and the total content of the methacrylic resin and the polycarbonate resin is 80 to 100% by mass. The film is layered to at least one surface of a polarizer to give a polarizing plate.

Film

An acrylic polymer powder obtained by coagulating and drying a latex containing acrylic polymer particles, in which acrylic polymer powder, the average particle size of the powder is 5 to 10 &#x3bc;m, the percentage of void is 70% or less, and the integral void volume on voids having a pore diameter of 1 &#x3bc;m or more is 0.9 mL/g or less. Acrylic sol obtained using the powder is excellent in storage stability and fluidity. The storage stability and fluidity of the acrylic sol can further be heightened, or it is possible to give different effects (enhancement of mixing properties of the powder with a plasticizer; lowering of the viscosity of the acrylic sol, enhancement of particle destruction resistance; enhancement of the bleed-out resistance, film uniformity and flexibility of moldings obtained from the acrylic sol, formation of smooth film; etc.), by adjusting the macropore diameter and micropore diameter of the acrylic polymer powder, the ratio between the pore volume of macropores to the pore volume of micropores per gram of the powder or the particle size ratio between the length and breadth of the powder in a specific range; incorporating a water soluble macromolecule in the latex; making a reactive surfactant a constituent of the acrylic polymer particles; or using as the latex a mixed latex of two kinds of latexes containing mutually different acrylic polymer particles. Further, the molding of the invention never generates hydrogen chloride gas when incinerated, which is different from moldings formed from polyvinyl chloride sol.

Acrylic polymer powder, acrylic sol and molding

This invention relates to multiphase structured polymer particles comprising at least two rubber component phases (I) formed by copolymerization of monomer mixtures comprising an acrylate ester and a polyfunctional monomer, a thermoplastic resin component phase (II) formed by copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising a methacrylate ester and other monomers, and satisfying the following conditions (1)-(5). (1) The number average molecular weight of the thermoplastic resin component forming the outermost phase is 30,000 or less. (2) The weight ratio of phase (I)/phase (II) is 30/70-80/20. (3) Of the adjacent phases (1), a specific relation holds regarding the solubility in water of the monomer mixtures forming the nth and n&plus;1th phases. (4) A specific relation holds between the refractive index of phase (I) and the refractive index of phase (II). (5) The average particle size is 150 nm or less. When the multiphase structured polymer particles according to this invention are used alone to form molded products, molded products having excellent transparency and elastic recovery properties can be obtained.
