[Object] To provide a method for manufacturing a touch sensor capable of concurrently forming routed circuit patterns on both surfaces of a base film and capable of aligning the routed circuit patterns on the top and bottom surfaces with each other with high accuracy. [Solution] A method for manufacturing a touch sensor includes forming electrode patterns on both surfaces of a base film through concurrent light exposure on both surfaces and development using photosensitive electrically conductive films each including a support film, an electrically conductive layer disposed on the support film and containing an electrically conductive fiber, and a second photosensitive resin layer disposed on the electrically conductive layer. Routed circuit patterns obtained by patterning the light-shielding metal layers are formed in advance on both surfaces of the base film.

Method for manufacturing touch sensor

A touch sensor with a circularly polarizing plate includes an electrostatic capacitance type touch sensor. A circularly polarizing plate is arranged on a visible side of the electrostatic capacitance type touch sensor. The sensor includes a transparent substrate and a plurality of first electrodes individually formed in a strip shape on the transparent substrate. The sensor additionally includes a plurality of second electrodes formed on a surface of the transparent substrate opposite to a surface on which the first electrodes are formed. The second electrodes have a strip shape in a manner of intersecting with the first electrodes. The first electrodes are made of a metal mesh. The second electrodes are made of a plurality of conductive nanowires, existing in a connecting state respectively so as to be conductively connected, and a binder resin holding the plurality of conductive nanowires on the second transparent substrate.

Electrode sheet for capacitance-type touch panel

A touch panel equipped with both a capacitive sensor and a piezoelectric sensor, wherein the touch panel solves the problems of increased panel thickness, changes in the optical properties, and increased manufacturing costs. This touch panel is provided with force measurement using a piezoelectric body and capacitive point detection. The force measurement uses a pair of electrodes arranged with the piezoelectric body sandwiched therebetween. The point detection uses one electrode and another electrode. At least one top electrode is disposed on the side of the top surface of the piezoelectric body, and at least one bottom electrode is disposed on the side of the bottom surface of the piezoelectric body. One electrode among the pair of electrodes used in force measurement is a bottom electrode, and at least one electrode among the two electrodes used in point detection is a top electrode.

A piezoelectric sensor that can perform position detection and load detection. The touch panel having press detection function can detect the pressing load inputted to the pressing surface. An upper electrode, an upper insert member, an intermediate electrode, a lower insert member, and a lower electrode are arranged away from the pressing surface in this order. Among the upper electrode, the intermediate electrode, and the lower electrode, capacitance detection electrodes Cx, Cy for detecting the pressing position, and detection electrodes S for measuring the electric charge according to the pressure when the operation is inputted to the touch panelhaving press detection function are included. The film sensor member includes a transparent base sheet having a &#x3bb;/4 phase difference film, transparent conductive films so as to form electrode pattern s on the central windows and fine line routed circuit pattern on the peripheral frames on both sides of the base sheet, and light-blocking conductive films laminated on the fine line routed circuit patterns of the transparent conductive film.

Capacitive type touch sensor with optical functionality

A method of manufacturing a narrow frame touch input sheet having very good anticorrosion properties and suitable for a narrow frame capacitance type touch sensor having a double-layer transparent conductive film pattern. The method uses an electrical conductivity sheet obtained by sequentially forming transparent and light blocking conductive films, and first resist layers, on both sides of a transparent base sheet, exposing and developing the resist layers on both sides simultaneously, etching the transparent and light blocking films simultaneously, removing the resist layers, laminating second resist layers with anticorrosion agent on the revealed light blocking films, etching the light blocking conductive films in center windows and terminal portions to reveal the transparent films, and side etching revealed end faces of the light blocking films at center window and terminal portion boundaries to create visor structured second resist layers that are heat softened as an anticorrosion layer on the revealed faces.

Narrow frame touch input sheet with good anticorrosion property and manufacturing method thereof

A method for manufacturing a narrow frame touch input sheet includes forming and stacking transparent conductive films, light-excluding conductive electrode films, and first resist layers sequentially on both surfaces of a transparent base sheet, exposing and developing the first resist layers simultaneously on the both surfaces, etching the transparent and light-excluding conductive electrode films on the both surfaces, and stripping the first resist layers to form a fine wiring circuit pattern with the stacked transparent conductive film and light-excluding conductive electrode film in an outer edge portion on each of the two surfaces. The method further includes forming a second resist layer to cover the fine wiring circuit pattern on each surface, and etching only the light-excluding electrode conductive film layer on which the second resist layer is not formed, to expose a circuit pattern of the transparent conductive film in a central window portion on each surface.

Narrow frame touch input sheet, manufacturing method of same, and conductive sheet used in narrow frame touch input sheet

[Object] It is an object to provide a mount structure of a touch panel with a vibration function which is superior in impact resistance, dust-proofness, and drip-proofness, and can effectively transmit a vibration of a vibration element. [Solution to Problem] The mount structure of the touch panel with the vibration function is characterized by including a touch panel body, a design sheet bonded to an upper surface of the touch panel body and having a transparent window part and a decorative part surrounding the transparent window part, a vibration element formed in a back surface peripheral part of the touch panel body and hidden by the decorative part, a casing dented so as to have a level difference to allow the above parts to be externally fitted in and having a recess part or an opening part for a display device, and a frame-shaped support part to support the back surface peripheral part of the touch panel body, in its bottom surface, an elastic member frame arranged on the support part and positioned on an outer edge side of the touch panel with respect to the vibrator, and a vibration control unit arranged inside the casing to apply a drive voltage to the vibration element.

The capacitance type film sensor has a second frame-like light-blocking layer made of an exposure/development product of color resist material formed on a periphery of the front surface. The capacitance type film sensor is attached to a rear surface of the cover glass. An inner edge of the second frame-like light-blocking layer is closer to the center than an inner edge of the first frame-like light-blocking layer.

A transparent thin plate including a transparent substrate in a sheet form, a mesh layer formed on a surface of the transparent substrate and made of an opaque material having a structure wherein an outline of meshes is made of bands that are very thin and have a substantially equal width, and having a light transmittance of 50% or more. The transparent thin plate also includes a colored layer that is arranged in a state in which the colored layer is laminated in a partial area of the mesh layer and on the surface of the mesh layer, and has a color different from that of the opaque material constituting the mesh layer.

A narrow frame touch input sheet, and a conductive sheet used in the narrow frame touch input sheet, are suitable for a capacitive touch sensor having a narrow frame and two layers of transparent conductive film patterns. The conductive sheet includes one or more transparent base sheets stacked into a layer, transparent conductive films, light-excluding conductive electrode films, and first resist layers, which are layered sequentially on the uppermost and lowermost surfaces thereof. The first resist layers are exposed simultaneously on both surfaces, and after development, the transparent and light-excluding conductive electrode films are simultaneously etched, the first resist layers are stripped away, then second resist layers are formed as coating on the both surfaces in an outer edge portion, so that the light-excluding conductive electrode films are etched only in the central window portions. Thus, circuit patterns of the transparent conductive films are exposed.

A gap between an upper transparent electrode base member () and a lower transparent electrode base member () is filled with a transparent adhesive layer () as a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, to eliminate an air layer.
