A vehicle control device using a semiconductor fuse, and enabling an increase in size of the semiconductor fuse to be suppressed and the occurrence of an abnormal current to be detected early to enable shut off of the abnormal current. The vehicle control device includes a shut-off unit that supplies and shuts off a supply of power to a plurality of load devices; a current detector that detects a current flowing to the plurality of load devices; and a temperature detector that detects the temperature of the shut-off unit. Furthermore, the vehicle control device includes a drive controller that, when the temperature of the shut-off unit detected by the temperature detector exceeds a predetermined value, controls and restricts operation of the load devices for which the priority is low, based on priorities set for each of the plurality of load devices.

Vehicle control device

An electronic control system includes first through third measurement units that measure current, temperature and current or temperature, respectively. An electronic control device controls an operation of a power semiconductor element by using measurement results of the first through third measurement units. At least a part of the power semiconductor element incorporates the first and second measurement units, and the electronic control device estimates temperature from a measured value of the current. Whether the first measurement unit, the second measurement unit, and the third measurement unit are normal or abnormal on a basis of a measured value of the first measurement unit is determined, and an abnormality is determined of at least one of the power semiconductor element and a wire harness through which an output current of the power semiconductor element flows according to a measurement result of the measurement unit determined to be normal.

Provided is a vehicle control system including a transmission unit that transmits energy to a driving wheel, a first control unit that controls the transmission unit, a first source that inputs energy to the transmission unit, a second source that inputs energy to the transmission unit, a second control unit that controls the first source, and a third control unit that controls the second source, wherein when the first control unit fails, the second control unit or the third control unit controls the transmission unit.

Provided is a solenoid valve drive device capable of accurately controlling a hysteresis value of a drive current for driving a solenoid valve. The solenoid valve drive device according to the present invention controls a set value of a hysteresis or a time width of the hysteresis based on a difference between an extreme value of the hysteresis in a peak hold period of a drive current and a set value of the extreme value.

Solenoid valve drive device

An electromagnetic valve control unit for detecting operation of an electromagnetic valve on the basis of a drive voltage or a drive current applied to the electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve control unit includes an A/D converter, a filter, and a detection unit. The A/D converter converts the drive voltage or the drive current into a digital signal. The filter has a gain of about zero at a predetermined frequency. The detection unit detects operation of the electromagnetic valve on the basis of an output of the filter upon input of the digital signal into the filter.

Electromagnetic valve control unit and internal combustion engine control device using same

A drive device capable of detecting individual variations of an injection quantity of a fuel injection device of each cylinder and adjusting a current waveform provided to an injection pulse width and a solenoid such that the individual variations of the fuel injection devices are reduced. The fuel injection device in the present invention includes a valve body that close a fuel passage by coming into contact with a valve seat and opens the fuel passage by separating from the valve seat and a magnetic circuit constructed of a solenoid, a fixed core, a nozzle holder a housing and a needle and when a current is supplied to the solenoid a magnetic suction force acts on the needle and the needle has a function to open the valve body by colliding against the valve body after performing a free running operation and changes of acceleration of the needle due to collision of the needle against the valve body are detected by a current flowing through the solenoid.

Drive device for fuel injection device, and fuel injection system

Provided is a fuel injection control device capable of improving detection accuracy of a singular point with respect to a characteristic of the fuel injection valve to be equal to or higher than an original time resolution of the A/D conversion, and capable of accurately detecting the singular point. A variable control partvariably controls a conversion timing of the A/D conversion partsuch that the conversion timing of A/D conversion for physical quantity data related to driving of the fuel injection valveis relatively changed, the A/D conversion partacquires a plurality of time series data by performing A/D conversion on the physical quantity data at a conversion timing before change and at a conversion timing after change by the variable control part, and a detection partdetects a singular point with respect to the characteristic of the fuel injection valvebased on the plurality of time series data.

Fuel injection control device

Provided is an electronic control device capable of performing abnormality diagnosis of a digital input circuit without modifying the circuit configuration. Included are: an external connection terminal to which an external power supply is connected; a first capacitor having one end connected to the external connection terminal and the other end connected to circuit ground; a microcomputer having a D/I port which is an input/output port and to which a voltage of the external connection terminal is input; an RC filter provided between the D/I port and the first capacitor, the RC filter including a first resistor and a second capacitor; and a second resistor for dividing an output voltage of the D/I port together with the first resistor and applying the divided voltage to one end of the first capacitor, in which the microcomputer outputs a predetermined voltage from the D/I port and diagnoses a connection condition of the external connection terminal on the basis of a voltage input to the D/I port after the first capacitor is charged with the predetermined voltage.

Electronic control device

To protect a switching element to be used in a boost circuit for an in-cylinder injection type internal combustion engine or the like from damage caused by overheating without using a temperature detection element. In a control circuit that switches a switching element between a conductive state and a non-conductive state, the switching element is controlled or a temperature of the switching element is estimated based on a potential difference between an input terminal and an output terminal of the switching element and a voltage applied to a control terminal of the switching element in the conductive state.

Control Circuit

Provided is a control device for an internal combustion engine which can suppress a relative variation in the fuel injection amount for each cylinder. A drive pulse width to drive the fuel injection valve for injecting the fuel is calculated according to a driving state of the internal combustion engine, any one or both of a valve-opening response delay time and a valve-closing response delay time with respect to a drive pulse signal of the fuel injection valve for each fuel injection value are calculated, and the drive pulse width is corrected to make an injection amount of each fuel injection valve matched to a predetermined injection amount based on any one or both of the valve-opening response delay time and the valve-closing response delay time calculated for each fuel injection valve.

Control device for internal combustion engine

An internal-combustion-engine fuel injection control device which can accurately control a boosted voltage applied to a fuel injection valve during fuel injection and can control a variation in a fuel injection amount without increasing a size or a cost of the fuel injection control device even when a width of a fuel injection driving pulse to drive the fuel injection valve is small is provided. A fuel injection control device includes a boosting operation control unit configured to start a boosting operation at predetermined timing regardless of an amount of a detected voltage when the detected voltage is higher than a threshold voltage for starting boosting and is lower than a threshold voltage for stopping boosting.

Internal-combustion-engine fuel injection control device

A booster circuit installed in a fuel injection device of an internal combustion engine, wherein malfunctions and characteristic changes of the booster circuit are detected, among which the detection distinguishes between decreases in capacity caused by deterioration or broken wires in a booster capacitor, and failures of a current monitor circuit, coil, externally connected fuel injection valve, and other components. The range of decrease in boost voltage when the fuel injection valve is opened is monitored, as is the range of increase per switch performed in order to restore the boost voltage. This makes it possible to detect malfunctions and characteristic changes of the booster circuit.

Fuel injection system for internal combustion engine

Provided are an electromagnetic valve control unit and a fuel injection control device using the same that can precisely detect a change of an operating state of an electromagnetic valve, that is, a valve opening time or a valve closing time of the electromagnetic valve, precisely correct a drive voltage or a drive current applied to the electromagnetic valve, and appropriately control opening/closing of the electromagnetic valve, with a simple configuration. In an electromagnetic valve control unit for controlling opening/closing of an electromagnetic valve by a drive voltage and a drive current to be applied, the drive voltage and the drive current applied to the electromagnetic valve are corrected on the basis of a detection time of an inflection point from time series data of the drive voltage and the drive current when the electromagnetic valve is opened/closed.

A fuel injection control system for an internal combustion engine includes a plurality of first energy storage elements each for supplying a high voltage to a fuel injection solenoid valve, boosting circuits each for boosting a battery voltage and electrically charging one of the first energy storage elements, a second energy storage element for accumulating electrical energy of the battery voltage, and a switching circuit for transferring the electrical energy between the plurality of first energy storage elements via the second energy storage element. This configuration enables the fuel injection control system for an internal combustion engine to implement stabilized supply of a fuel by obtaining within a short time the high voltage needed to operate the fuel injector both accurately and reliably, and to contribute to cost reduction by, for example, alleviating capability requirements and part performance requirements of the individual boosting circuits.
