Provided is a slit lamp microscope capable of controlling irradiation of slit light and background illumination light interlockingly. Embodiment includes a main illumination system, background illumination system, observation system and controller. The main illumination system includes a first light source unit that outputs first light and slit forming unit that forms a slit with changeable width, and illuminates an eye with the first light having passed through the slit. The background illumination system includes a second light source unit that outputs second light, and illuminates a peripheral area of an eye area irradiated with the first light. The observation system includes an eyepiece lens, imaging device, and group of optical elements that guides reflected light of the first light and reflected light of the second light from the eye to the eyepiece lens and imaging device. The controller interlockingly controls the main illumination system and second light source unit.

Slit lamp microscope

Safety of ophthalmologic laser treatment is improved. A laser treatment apparatus of an embodiment includes: a photographing system that photographs an eye; an irradiation system that irradiates aiming light of a preset pattern and treatment laser light onto a fundus of the eye; an irradiation-pattern determining part that determines an irradiation pattern of the treatment laser light based on a photograph image of the eye acquired by the photographing system and the preset pattern; and a controller that controls the irradiation system so as to irradiate the treatment laser light of the determined irradiation pattern.

Laser treatment apparatus

An opthalmologic photographing apparatus which is used to observe and photograph a fundus oculi of an eye to be examined, includes an observation light source illuminating the eye to observe the fundus oculi of the eye, a photographing light source illuminating the eye to photograph an image of the fundus oculi of the eye, an aperture through which light illuminated from either the observation light source or the photographing light source and reflected on the fundus oculi of the eye is observed or photographed, and a control device which is configured to control an opening area of the aperture. The control device sets the opening area of the aperture to an opened observing opening area when observing the fundus oculi, and to a narrowed photographing opening area when photographing the image of the fundus oculi.

Ophthalmologic photographing apparatus

Disclosed is a slit lamp microscope capable of forming a slit superior in terms of parallelism. The slit lamp microscope includes casings (L andR) to the bottoms surfaces of which slit blades (L) and (R) are fixed and which are connected together so as to be rotatable around shaft members (), and an inter-casing distance varying member () adapted to change the distance between the casings (L andR) in correspondence with vertical movement of an ascent/descent shaft (). Coil-like portions of torsion springs () are wound around the shaft members () to which the casings (L andR) are connected. The torsion springs () urge the casings (L andR) so as to bring the slit blades (L andR) close to each other. Further, the casings (L andR) are equipped with U-shaped springs () urging protrusions (L' andR&#x2032;) thereof so as to press them against the shaft members ().

An ophthalmologic photographing apparatus including: an apparatus main body having an illumination system for illuminating an eye to be examined and an observation system for observing an image of the eye to be examined which is illuminated by the illumination system; a photographing device for taking a light flux from the eye to be examined from an optical path of the observation system, photographing the image of the eye to be examined and recording the image; a storage unit for storing a photographing condition related to the apparatus main body and a photographing processing condition related to the photographing device for each of plural kinds of photographing processing modes in photographing and storing the eye to be examined; a designating unit for designating a photographing processing mode for the eye to be examined; and a setting unit for reading out a photographing condition related to the apparatus main body and a photographing processing condition related to the photographing device for a corresponding photographing processing mode from the storage unit according to designation by the designating unit and setting the photographing condition related to the apparatus main body and the photographing processing condition related to the photographing device.

Disclosed is an ophthalmologic apparatus, such as a slit lamp microscope, which is improved in terms of cable routing when an imaging apparatus is used, thereby achieving an improvement in operability for the examiner, mitigating the bother or discomfort for the subject, and realizing an improved outward appearance. In a slit lamp microscope using cables for electrical connection between an imaging apparatus and an image processing system or a control system, there is provided a cable hole having an opening provided with at least two curved corners through which cables connected to the imaging apparatus come together and which is formed so as to enclose partially the near portion of the protrusive axle shell of the base, or there is provided a cable routing path in which the cables connected to the imaging apparatus are routed by way of an accommodating groove with a detachable cover provided on the front side of the support arm, a cable hole provided in a protrusive axle shell of a base protruding toward a chin rest stand from a pedestal, a cable hole of the chin rest stand, and a cable hole provided in a table, to be passed under the table.
