A vehicle includes a driving device unit, a frame member supporting the driving device unit, a pair of first mounting portions provided on the frame member and positioned on one side of the driving device unit, and a second mounting portion provided on the frame member and positioned on the other side of the driving device unit. The driving device unit includes a drive device accommodating therein an electric motor, and an electric motor control device which controls the electric motor. The drive device and the electric motor control device are arranged in a horizontal direction. An electrical connection portion electrically connecting the drive device and the electric motor control device is disposed at a joining portion between the drive device and electric motor control device and inside a virtual polygon connecting the at least one pair of first mounting portions and the at least one second mounting portion.

Vehicle

A vehicle includes a vehicle interior, a battery provided below the vehicle interior with a floor panel in between, a front room provided in front of the vehicle interior with a dashboard in between, a charging port disposed in the front room, and a junction box which electrically connects a first power line extending from the charging port and a second power line extending from a power line connection portion of the battery. The junction box is disposed on a virtual line connecting the charging port and the power line connection portion in a side view.

A vehicle includes an electrical device, a frame member configured to hold the electric device, and a bracket connecting a vehicle structural member and the frame member. The frame member includes: a frame main body having an electrical device accommodation portion configured to accommodate the electrical device and a bracket attachment portion to which the bracket is attached; and an upper frame which is attached to the frame main body and covers the electric device accommodated in the electric device accommodation portion. The bracket attachment portion is attached to the bracket in a direction from the bottom to the top. The upper frame is attached to the frame main body in a direction from the top to the bottom.

A vehicle includes an electrical apparatus comprising an electric circuit unit, a cooling unit that cools the electric circuit unit, a housing that accommodates the electric circuit unit and the cooling unit, a refrigerant introduction unit that supplies a refrigerant to the cooling unit; and a refrigerant discharge unit that discharges the refrigerant from the cooling unit. The refrigerant introduction unit and the refrigerant discharge unit are provided on opposite sides with the electric circuit unit being interposed therebetween in a horizontal direction. The housing is provided, on an inner side of an outer edge of the housing, with a connector connecting portion that is connected to a connector, and the connector connecting portion is provided below the cooling unit and closer to the refrigerant introduction unit or to the refrigerant discharge unit than the electric circuit unit in the horizontal direction.

Vehicle having improved transmission of torque and suppression of rotation of driving device unit

A vehicle includes a compartment, a front room located in front of the compartment, and a drive device unit provided behind the compartment and below a floor panel. The drive device unit includes a drive device accommodating a motor, and a motor controller which controls the motor. The vehicle includes a first cooling device located in the front room and cooling the motor controller, and a second cooling device located below the floor panel and cooling the drive device.

A vehicle includes an electric equipment and a cable connected to the electric equipment, a cable connection portion of the electric equipment is disposed on one side of the vehicle in a front-rear direction, and the cable connection portion is disposed closer to the other side in the front-rear direction than an end surface on the one side in the front-rear direction of the electric equipment and at a position lower than an uppermost surface of the electric equipment. The cable includes a first wire portion extending from the cable connection portion to one side of the vehicle in the width direction; a second wire portion continuously extending to the other side in the front-rear direction, and a third wire portion continuously extending to the other side in the width direction, and the cable is disposed along an upper surface of the electric equipment.

Vehicle power cable system

A driving device unit includes an electric motor configured to drive a vehicle, a drive device accommodating the electric motor, and an electric motor control device configured to control the electric motor. The drive device and the electric motor control device are arranged side by side in a horizontal direction, and an electrical connection portion electrically connecting the drive device and the electric motor control device is disposed at a joining portion between the drive device and the electric motor control device, and the drive device and the electric motor control device include a first fixing portion that directly fixes the drive device and the electric motor control device in the vicinity of the electrical connection portion, and a second fixing portion that fixes the drive device and the electric motor control device via a stiffener at a position away from the electrical connection portion.

A joint disposed on a power transmission path between an electric motor that drives a vehicle and a battery includes a first connector portion to which a first cable connected to a battery side is connected, a second connector portion to which a second cable connected to an electric motor side is connected, a joint box including the first connector portion and the second connector portion, a positive electrode bus bar provided inside the joint box and connects a positive electrode of the first connector portion and a positive electrode of the second connector portion, and a negative electrode bus bar provided inside the joint box and connects a negative electrode of the first connector portion and a negative electrode of the second connector portion. The positive electrode bus bar and the negative electrode bus bar are disposed to be spaced from each other in an upper-lower direction.

Joint and vehicle

To provide a power unit structure for an electrically driven vehicle which can decrease design man-hours, as well as raise the rigidity of the unit. A control device unit for an electrically driven vehicle includes: a first mounting part which is a mounting part of a power supply unit that supplies electric power to an electric motor, and a second mounting part which fixes the control device unit to an electric motor unit; and the control device unit is mounted from a transmission case side of the electric motor unit towards an electric motor case side, the first mounting part being mounted to a central case, and the second mounting part being mounted to the transmission case.

Power unit structure for electrically driven vehicle

A fuel cell electric automobile includes a fuel cell stack, a traction motor, a first control device for controlling output of the fuel cell stack, and a second control device for controlling electrical energy supplied to the traction motor. The first control device is provided vertically above the fuel cell stack, and the second control device is provided vertically below the fuel cell stack and on a lateral side of the traction motor.
