Double-layered container

A container with separable laminated layers includes an outer layer body, an inner layer body separably laminated on an inner surface of the outer layer body and capable of undergoing volume reduction and deformation, and an ambient air inlet extending between the outer layer body and the inner layer body. The container has a bottle shape with a tubular mouth, a shoulder that is continuous with the mouth, a trunk that is continuous with the shoulder, and a bottom that is continuous with the trunk. The trunk includes a squeeze area. The squeeze area has a substantially polygonal tubular shape with three or more panel-shaped portions, and three or more corner portions that each connect adjacent panel-shaped portions.

Delamination container

A container with separable laminated layers includes an outer layer body, an inner layer body separably laminated on an inner surface of the outer layer body and capable of undergoing volume reduction and shape change, and an ambient air inlet continuously extending between the outer layer body and the inner layer body. The container with separable laminated layers has a bottle shape including a tubular mouth, a shoulder continuous with the mouth, a trunk continuous with the shoulder, and a bottom continuous with the trunk. The trunk includes a squeeze area that is continuous with the shoulder via a circumferential step portion or a circumferential rib portion. The step portion or the rib portion is provided with a recess that is concave toward an inner side of the container.

A preform assembly includes: an outer preform that includes an outer mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the outer mouth portion and in which a recess extending in a vertical direction is provided on an inner surface of the stretch portion; and an inner preform that includes an inner mouth portion and a stretch portion connected to the inner mouth portion, wherein an outside air introduction port communicating with a part between the outer preform and the inner preform is provided in a mouth portion composed of the outer mouth portion and the inner mouth portion located on an inner side of the outer mouth portion.

In the mouth, the inner body includes a large-diameter portion provided at an upper end thereof, and a small-diameter portion continuously extending below the large-diameter portion via a connecting portion. In the mouth, the outer body is provided with an ambient air introduction hole passing through the outer body, and a neck ring positioned within a height range of the small-diameter portion. The inner body is made of a crystalline resin, and a crystallized region is formed in part of the inner body, the crystallized region having a higher degree of crystallization than other regions.
