Provided is a current sensing device including: a laminate having a plurality of insulating layers laminated therein; a current sensing element provided in an inner layer of the laminate; a current wire configured to flow current to the current sensing element, the current wire being provided with respect to the current sensing element via an interlayer insulating layer; a plurality of current vias configured to connect the current sensing element and the current wire so as to penetrate through the interlayer insulating layer; and a voltage sensing via configured to obtain a voltage drop in the current sensing element, the voltage sensing via being electrically connected to the current sensing element.

Current sensing device

Provided is a current sensing resistor including a plate-shaped resistive element containing a resistive material, and plate-shaped electrodes joined to opposite sides of the plate-shaped resistive element, each plate-shaped electrode containing an electrode material. Each electrode includes an upper electrode portion that is substantially flush with the resistive element, a lower electrode portion to be mounted on a wire pattern, and a step portion located between the upper electrode portion and the lower electrode portion. The upper electrode portion is wider than the resistive element and the lower electrode portion in the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the electrodes are arranged.

Current measuring device and current sensing resistor

Provided is a current measuring apparatus including a current measuring resistor that includes a resistive element and first and second electrodes fixed to the resistive element, the current measuring resistor being adapted to measure a current, and an electronic circuit component including a plurality of terminals. One of the first electrode or the second electrode is used to short at least two of the terminals of the electronic circuit component.

Shunt resistor

Provided is a jumper or current detection resistor element having suppressed occurrence of connection defects resulting from the electromigration. The element () of the invention comprises a main body () consisting of a metal plate-shaped body, and terminal sections () provided at both ends of the main body; the terminal sections protruding from the main body, and both terminal sections provided with a mounting surface; and curved or cut surfaces (A, B, C, D, E) formed at periphery of the mounting surface. Both terminal sections are further provided with opposing surfaces at inside in direction of disposition of both terminal sections, and thickness of the opposing surfaces decreases from the mounting surface () to the main body ().

Jumper or current detection resistor element

Provided a light guide () including side surfaces on which light is incident, a reflection prism surface having plural prisms () on which light is reflected, and a light emitting surface from which the light is emitted, in which the reflection prism surface includes a first region (PA) in which a pitch of the prisms () varies and a second region (TA) in which a depth of the prisms () varies. In the light guide (), the first region is arranged in the side surface on which the light is incident, and a second region (TA) is arranged adjacent to the first region and in an inward side of the light guide ().

Light guide

A light guide plate includes an incident surface on which light outputted from point light sources is incident and an outgoing surface for outputting light incident from the incident surface. A reflection-and-propagation surface for reflecting light toward the outgoing surface is formed in a back surface opposite to the outgoing surface. The outgoing surface is made up of a propagation region adjacent to the incident surface, a propagation auxiliary region adjacent to the propagation region, a first diffusion-and-propagation region adjacent to the propagation auxiliary region, and a second diffusion-and-propagation region adjacent to the first diffusion-and-propagation region. The propagation region, the propagation auxiliary region, and the first diffusion-and-propagation region control hot spots and bright/dark lines in vicinities of the incident surface, while the second diffusion-and-propagation region controls viewing-angle characteristics of the light guide plate.

Light guide plate and surface light source device

A light guide plate having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface receives light in a first direction parallel with the second surface and emits the light towards the first surface in a third direction perpendicular to the first surface. The light guide plate includes a light receiving portion which receives the light; a light guiding path which guides the light in the first direction; and an emitting portion which emits the light by reflecting the guided light towards the first surface in the third direction. The emitting portion includes a plurality of V-shaped grooves extending on the second surface in a second direction crossing the first direction. Each V-shaped groove extends in the first direction and is formed so as to be deepest in the center in the second direction and become shallower as a distance from the center increases.

Light guide plate, die, and die processing method

A light guide plate includes an incident surface on which light outputted from point light sources is incident and an outgoing surface for outputting light incident from the incident surface, wherein a reflection-and-propagation surface for reflecting light toward the outgoing surface is formed in a back surface opposite to the outgoing surface. The outgoing surface is made up of a propagation region adjacent to the incident surface, a diffusion-and-propagation auxiliary region adjacent to the propagation region, and a diffusion-and-propagation region adjacent to the diffusion-and-propagation auxiliary region. Hot spots and bright/dark lines in vicinities of the incident surface are controlled primarily by curved portions of prism upper ends formed in the diffusion-and-propagation region, and viewing-angle characteristics of the light guide plate are controlled primarily by linear portions of the prisms.

To provide manufacturing method for resistor that uses metal plate as resistance body, which can obtain desired accurate resistance value without trimming resistance body even if product becomes small. The method comprises; in method for manufacturing an unit resistor that has a pair of electrodes separated by insulation film, from resistor material that is provided with a metal plate consisting of resistance material, an insulation film pattern formed on the metal plate, and an electrode region formed besides area where insulation film pattern has been formed, by piercing predetermined piercing area, wherein length E of insulation film pattern is longer than width w of piercing area, wherein width L of insulation film pattern extends or narrows along direction of length E of insulation film pattern, and wherein position X of piercing area is adjusted in extent and in direction of length E of insulation film pattern.
