A CPAP apparatus according to the present disclosure includes a housing, a hose whose one end communicates with a connection portion, a fan configured to expel air flowing in from an intake port, from another end of the hose, a motor and a motor driving unit configured to rotationally drive the fan, a control unit configured to control the motor driving unit, and a flow rate sensor. The control unit includes a command generation unit configured to generate a command value of a rotation number of the fan such that a pressure to be expelled from the other end of the hose becomes a target pressure, and a command correction unit configured to correct the command value based on a flow rate value obtained by the flow rate sensor.

A biological information measurement device includes a photoplethysmographic sensor that detects a photoplethysmographic signal, an envelope detection processor that generates an envelope of the photoplethysmographic signal, and an amplitude normalization processor that normalizes amplitude of the photoplethysmographic signal to a desired amplitude value based on amplitude of the envelope. The device further includes an adaptive line spectrum enhancer that is capable of varying a filter coefficient, suppressing an aperiodic component contained in the normalized photoplethysmographic signal, and outputting a periodic component. A biological information obtainment unit is provided to obtain biological information such as a pulse rate based on an output signal from the adaptive line spectrum enhancer.

Biological information measurement device

A biological sensor capable of improving the signal to noise ratio of a detection signal obtained by a light-receiving element and amplified by an amplifier is provided. The biological sensor includes a microcontroller that generates a driving signal, a light-emitting element that emits light in accordance with the driving signal, a light-receiving element that outputs a current detection signal based on an intensity of received light, and an amplifying circuit that converts the current detection signal into a voltage detection signal, amplifies an alternating current component of the voltage detection signal, and outputs an amplified detection signal. Furthermore, the microcontroller generates an offset signal that is applied to an offset circuit to offset the direct current component of the voltage detection signal and to obtain biological information by processing the amplified detection signal.

The left wheel driver rotates the left wheel. The right wheel driver rotates the right wheel. The left wheel rotary encoder detects a rotational angle of the left wheel. The right wheel rotary encoder detects a rotational angle of the right wheel. The pushcart performs feedback control on angular velocities of the left wheel and the right wheel at least using an integral operation. The control unit calculates a weighted average of an integral element with respect to the angular velocity of the left wheel and an integral element with respect to the angular velocity of the right wheel, and then separately controls the left wheel driver and the right wheel driver based on the weighted average.

A biological information measurement apparatus includes a phase/frequency comparison unit that outputs a deviation signal based on a phase difference between a biological signal and an oscillation signal; a loop filter; and a voltage controlled oscillation unit that generates the oscillation signal in accordance with the deviation signal that has passed through the loop filter. The apparatus further includes a CPU that estimates a SN ratio of the biological signal and analyzes a phase difference/frequency difference between the biological signal and the oscillation signal. A variable low pass filter is provided that selectively blocks a signal of a predetermined frequency band contained in the deviation signal that has passed through the loop filter and the CPU changes a cutoff frequency of the variable low pass filter based on the SN ratio and the phase difference/frequency difference.

A biological information measurement apparatus includes a phase/frequency comparison unit that outputs a deviation signal based on a phase difference between a biological signal and an oscillation signal; a variable loop filter that varies a cutoff frequency and a phase margin and that selectively blocks a signal of a predetermined frequency band contained in the deviation signal; and a voltage controlled oscillation unit that generates the oscillation signal in accordance with the deviation signal that has passed through the variable loop filter. The apparatus further includes a CPU that estimates a SN ratio of the biological signal and analyzes a phase difference/frequency difference between the biological signal outputted from the comparison unit and the oscillation signal. The CPU further changes a constant of the variable loop filter based on the SN ratio and the phase difference/frequency difference.
