To provide an antifogging agent composition having excellent sustainability of antifogging performance. An anti fogging agent composition includes a copolymer (A), a polyfunctional blocked isocyanate compound (B), and a surfactant (C). The copolymer (A) is formed of 35 to 90 parts by weight of the monomer (A-1), 5 to 60 parts by weight of the monomer (A-2), and 5 to 30 parts by weight of the monomer (A-3) per 100 parts by weight of the copolymer (A). An NCO/OH ratio obtained by dividing an isocyanate group content (NCO) of the polyfunctional blocked isocyanate compound (B) by a hydroxyl group content (OH) of the copolymer (A) is within a range from 0.1 to 1.5. The surfactant (C) includes 1.00 to 10.0 parts by weight of the anionic surfactant (C-1) and 0.01 to 3.00 parts by weight of the cationic surfactant (C-2) per 100 parts by weight of the copolymer (A).

Antifogging agent composition and antifogging article using same

Provided is an anti-fog coating composition that rarely suffers from blushing when applied and dried even under high-humidity conditions and that can be heat-cured even at low temperature in a short time and form a coating film that exhibits excellent tight adhesion to a substrate and excellent heat resistance and anti-fog properties. The anti-fog coating composition comprises (A) a copolymer prepared from a monomer mixture of a monomer (A1), a monomer (A2) and a monomer (A3); (B) a basic compound such as amines; and (C) a surfactant such as anionic surfactants. The monomer (A1) is a vinyl monomer that has an N-methylol group or an N-alkoxymethylol group. The monomer (A2) is a vinyl monomer that has a sulfonic acid group. The monomer (A3) is an alkyl(meth)acrylate monomer.

Anti-fog coating composition

Disclosed is a thermoplastic elastomer composition obtained by dynamically crosslinking a composition composed of a component (A), a component (B) and a component (C) with 0.05 to 5 parts by mass of a crosslinking agent per 100 parts by mass of the component (A). The component (A) is 50 to 85 parts by mass of an acrylic rubber prepared by copolymerizing a monomer mixture mainly containing an alkyl acrylate and also containing 0.5 to 15% by mass of an epoxy group-containing monomer. The component (B) is 15 to 50 parts by mass of a thermoplastic polyester resin. The component (C) is 1 to 35 parts by mass of a graft copolymer or a precursor thereof per 100 parts by mass of the total of the components (A) and (B), and the graft copolymer is composed of an olefin polymer segment and a vinyl copolymer segment.

Thermoplastic elastomer composition

An olefinic thermoplastic elastomer with improved properties can be obtained by melting and kneading a graft copolymer, acrylic rubber, a crosslinking agent, and a co-crosslinking agent. The graft copolymer is composed of an olefin polymer segment formed from a nonpolar &#x3b1;-olefin monomer and a vinyl polymer segment formed from a vinyl monomer, with particles of one segment being dispersed in the other segment. The particle diameter is 0.01 to 1 &#x3bc;m. The acrylic rubber can be obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing methoxyethyl acrylate.
