Operating information (a pilot pressure, a pump pressure, a hydraulic oil temperature, an engine rotational speed, an hour meter and the like) of a hydraulic excavator and use environment information (operator information) of the hydraulic excavator are transmitted to a center server together with body information (for example, a model, a type, a type number, an identification number and the like) from the hydraulic excavator. For example, when a hydraulic hose as a replaceable component of the hydraulic excavator is replaced, the replaceable component information (a replaceable component name and a replacement date) is transmitted to the center server from a computer for maintenance. The center server predicts a replacement time of the replaceable component (hydraulic hose) using the use environment information of the hydraulic excavator in addition to the operating information and the replaceable component information of the hydraulic excavator.

An on-site system building support tool for assisting a user in building an on-site system by displaying a layout creation screen having an icon area for displaying icons, each of which represents any of various kinds of machines that can be used, and a canvas area in which a virtual system is built. The icons are displayed in the canvas area and connected to each other through an association line. A model setting screen is used to display the icons, and on the basis of setting conditions displayed on the model setting screen, a load on the virtual system built on the canvas area is calculated and displayed which applies to the environment. This enables checking of an environmental load on the basis of various kinds of conditions of the site.

The burden that is imposed on the environment by the on-site system is calculated in accordance with information concerning the fuel consumption of the specified machine and the amount of work and displayed. This makes it possible to flexibly support the construction of the on-site system and calculate a value of the expected environmental burden.

A vehicular automotive soil treating machine having a main frame structure provided on an automotive drive means to support thereon a soil feeding stage including at least a soil hopper and an additive hopper for feeding soil and an additive soil improving material, a soil processing stage including a soil processing trough which is internally provided with a mixing device for mixing soil and additive material while being transferred from one to the other end of the soil processing trough, and a processed soil discharging stage including a soil discharging conveyer for transferring processed soil of improved quality in a predetermined direction. The soil processing trough is provided with an inlet opening on the upper side of its fore end portion to receive soil and additive material therethrough, and an outlet opening on the bottom side of its rear end portion to discharge processed soil of improved quality toward the discharging conveyer.

Automotive soil treating machine

A vehicular soil treating machine having a base carrier with a crawler type vehicle drive, an upper rotary body rotatably mounted on the base carrier, and an excavation means mounted on the upper rotary body and equipped with a soil excavating bucket. Provided on the base carrier is an elongated continuous soil processing trough having a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction of the base carrier and internally provided with a tumbling/mixing means for uniformly mixing additive soil improving material into sand and soil which is fed from the excavation means. A soil hopper is provided over one end of the continuous processing trough, and an additive feed means is located behind the soil hopper to feed additive soil improving material to the continuous processing trough.

A multi-axis load sensor is composed of at least one of a parallel plate structure connecting two members to each other by means of a plurality of flexible beams arranged in parallel to one another and a radial plate structure connecting the two members to each other by means of a plurality of flexible beams arranged radially relative to a given point and equipped with detection means for detecting deformations of the associated flexible beams. The deformations are of the bending deformation mode and are developed by a load applied to the associated flexible beams. At least one of the associated flexible beams is provided with another detection means for detecting deformations of a deformation mode different from the bending mode. The multi-axis load sensor is simple in structure and easily machined.
