To provide an Fe-based electroplated steel sheet that not only has excellent chemical convertibility or excellent coating appearance when subjected to hot-dip galvanizing, but also has excellent resistance to cracking in resistance welding. Disclosed is an Fe-based plated steel sheet including: a cold-rolled steel sheet having a chemical composition containing Si in an amount of 0.1 mass % or more and 3.0 mass % or less; and an Fe-based electroplating layer formed on one or both surfaces of the cold-rolled steel sheet with a coating weight per surface of 1.0 g/mor more, in which a thickness of an internal oxidation layer is 2.00 μm or less, and an average value of C concentration in a range of 10 μm to 20 μm in a thickness direction from the surface of the Fe-based electroplating layer is 0.10 mass % or less.

The high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet has a chemical composition including, by mass %, C: 0.10 to 0.30%, Si: 0.50 to 2.00%, Mn: 2.5 to 4.0%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.020% or less, Al: 0.10% or less, N: 0.01% or less, Ti: 0.100% or less, and B: 0.0003 to 0.0030%, with the balance being Fe and incidental impurities. N and Ti satisfy a specified formula, and the total area fraction of martensite and bainite is 95% or more. The number density of bainite grains having an area of 3 μmor more and a carbon concentration of less than 0.7C is 1200 grains/mmor less.

High-strength steel sheet and method for producing same

A method of manufacturing a high Mn non-magnetic steel sheet having low permeability at a cryogenic temperature suitable for use in large scale particle accelerators, the method comprises rolling a steel material containing, on the wt % basis, from 0.05 to 0.18% of C, from 26.0 to 30.0% of Mn, from 5.0 to 10.0% of Cr, 0.05 to 0.15% of N and, optionally, from 0.50 to 5.0% of Ni, in which a rolling start temperature is from 1050 to 1200&deg; C. and a rolling end temperature is from 700 to 1000&deg; C. Further, a cold rolled sheet is annealed at an annealing temperature for cold rolled sheet of from 1050 to 1200&deg; C. and cooled after annealing, the annealed sheet being preferably applied with temper rolling under control for the strength by varying a draft ratio.
