A management system displays a plurality of elements detected from an information system according to a horizontal relation view (HRV) format which is a multi-column display format, based on information of the plurality of detected elements. In the HRV format display, the plurality of columns correspond to a plurality of types, and include a key column which is a column serving as a key for aggregated display and an aggregation target column subjected to aggregated display according to the key column. The key column includes key objects which represent information on elements belonging to the corresponding type and which are arranged vertically. A lateral area of each of the key objects in the aggregation target column includes aggregation objects indicating aggregation information of elements related to an element represented by the key object, whereby the key objects and the related aggregation objects are arranged on the same row.

A server computer is communicably connected to a client computer and has a first and a second execution environment for executing a program for performing information processing in accordance with a processing request transmitted from the client computer. The server computer stores a condition for judging whether a predetermined processing efficiency can be assured for the information processing performed by the first execution environment according to the processing request. The server computer receives the processing request transmitted from the client computer. The server computer judges whether the predetermined processing efficiency can be assured according to the condition. The server computer allocates the processing request to the second execution environment if it is judged that the predetermined efficiency cannot be assured.

Even if business processing is transaction, a standby-type cluster system copes with double faults in a short time while holding down the standby computer cost to the minimum. An execution server monitoring thread in a standby server periodically monitors an operation state of an execution server. Upon detecting time-out as a result of the monitoring, the thread resets the execution server, stops load balancing to an IP address of the execution server, recovers transaction of the execution server, and returns to monitoring of the operation state. If normality of the execution server is detected as the result of monitoring and an operation state in an execution server management table is 'stop,' the thread starts the load balancing to the execution server and returns to the monitoring of the operation state.
