A clutch apparatus includes a clutch drum and a band. The clutch drum includes spline large-diameter portions protruding outward in a radial direction of the clutch drum and spline small-diameter portions protruding inward in the radial direction. The spline large-diameter portions and the spline small-diameter portions are arranged alternately in a circumferential direction of the clutch drum. The band is wound around an outer peripheral portion of the clutch drum, and is made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The spline large-diameter portions are provided with a protrusion protruding outward in the radial direction. The band includes a recessed portion with which the protrusion is engaged. The recessed portion is provided at a position at which the recessed portion faces the protrusion.

Clutch apparatus of transmission for vehicle

In an attachment structure for an oil guide plate including an oil guide plate and a seal member, the seal member is disposed at an edge part of the oil guide plate along an outer peripheral end portion, the seal member is an elastic body element protruding from both sides of the oil guide plate in a plate thickness direction, a pair of facing surfaces facing each other and pinching the edge part from both sides of the edge part in the plate thickness direction is disposed in a fixing portion in the case where the oil guide plate is attached, and the fixing portion pinches and compressively deforms the seal member with the pair of facing surfaces and supports the oil guide plate via the seal member.

In an oil passage structure for a power transmission device including a case provided to accommodate a power transmission device, a baffle plate attached to an inner wall of the case, and an oil pump, the oil passage structure includes a supply oil passage through which oil is pumped from the oil pump to an oil supply destination via the baffle plate. A plate oil passage, which constitutes a portion of the supply oil passage, a supply port, which allows the oil discharged from the oil pump to flow into the plate oil passage through the supply port, and a first discharge port, which allows the oil supplied to the oil supply destination to be discharged through the first discharge port, are formed in the baffle plate.

Oil passage structure for power transmission device

In an oil passage structure for a power transmission device including a case provided to accommodate a power transmission device, a baffle plate attached to an inner wall of the case, and an oil pump, the oil passage structure includes a supply oil passage through which oil is pumped from the oil pump to an oil supply destination via the baffle plate. The baffle plate has a structure in which two members of a plate body and a plate-shaped auxiliary member are superposed and integrated with each other. The baffle plate is provided with a plate oil passage that constitutes a portion of the supply oil passage and passes through the inside of the baffle plate. The plate oil passage is formed by a recess provided in at least one of a surface of the plate body and a surface of the auxiliary member which face to each other such that the auxiliary member is interposed on the plate body.

A meshing-type engagement device includes a first member, a second member, a pressing mechanism, and a reaction force mechanism. The first member is provided with a plurality of first dog teeth. The second member is provided with a plurality of second dog teeth. The pressing mechanism is configured to press the first member to the second member side. The reaction force mechanism is configured to generate a reaction force with respect to a pressing force pressing the first member for the first dog teeth and the second dog teeth to mesh with each other such that the amount of increase in the reaction force with respect to a movement of the first member is larger at a position further on the second member side than a predetermined position compared to the amount of increase to the predetermined position when the first member is pressed.

Meshing-type engagement device

A translational force Fh to one side in a rotational axis direction is caused to act from a hydraulic piston to a sleeve when an engaged stage between an engagement tooth and an engaged tooth is maintained, so that translation of the sleeve to the other side in the rotational axis direction and consequent disengagement of the engagement tooth and the engaged tooth can be prevented. Therefore, the engaged state between the engagement member and the engaged member can be stably maintained regardless of the condition of the torque acting from the drive source to the engagement member.

Engagement device and automatic transmission

A control system for a meshing type engagement mechanism includes a meshing type engagement mechanism and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to allow a fluid chamber to be filled with a fluid by putting a switching valve into a cut-off state after respective dog teeth mesh with each other by a second member reaching a predetermined position determined in advance in response to a fluid pressure of the fluid chamber such that the second member is pressed in the direction in which the second member is separated from a first member by a release force depending on the torque transmitted between a surface of a first tooth and a surface of a second tooth, the fluid pressure of the fluid chamber is increased, and an engagement state between the first member and the second member is maintained by the fluid pressure which is increased.

Control system for meshing type engagement mechanism

A belt-driven continuously variable transmission adapted to prevent an occurrence of belt slippage is provided. The continuously variable transmission comprises a hydraulic actuator formed on a back side of a movable sheave to change a belt groove between a fixed sheave and a movable sheave, and a torque cam assembly adapted to convert a torque into an axial thrust force by a relative rotation between a pair of cam members contacted to each other. In the belt-driven continuously variable transmission, a piston fitted onto a shaft of the driven pulley while allowing to rotate relatively therewith and to reciprocate thereon is integrated with one of the cam members of driven side and with an output gear for outputting torque of the pulley. The cam member of drive side is fixed in an axial direction on a driven shaft to be rotated integrally therewith.

Belt-driven continuously variable transmission

A lubricating device of an automatic transmission includes a partitioning member that partitions an oil chamber, to which a lubricating oil of a first oil chamber is introduced; a second oil chamber partitioned by the partitioning member and to which lubricating oil to supply to a forward clutch is introduced; and a third oil chamber partitioned by the partitioning member and to which lubricating oil to supply to a pinion unit such as a pinion gear coupled with one engagement unit of the forward clutch is introduced; wherein a clutch oil path that introduces the lubricating oil of the first oil chamber to the second oil chamber and a pinion oil path that introduces the lubricating oil of the first oil chamber to the third oil chamber are formed in a clutch drum interposed between the first oil chamber and the oil chamber.

Lubricating device of automatic transmission

A vehicle drive device includes an oil pump, a first one-way clutch, a first transmission path configured to transmit a driving force generated in an engine to the oil pump via the first one-way clutch, a second one-way clutch, a second transmission path configured to transmit a driving force from an output shaft of a transmission portion to the oil pump via the second one-way clutch, and a power transmission interruption device configured to interrupt transmission of the driving force generated in the engine to a drive wheel. A speed ratio between the engine and the oil pump in the first transmission path is set to be smaller than a speed ratio obtained by multiplying the smallest speed ratio of the transmission portion by a speed ratio between the transmission portion and the oil pump in the second transmission path.

Vehicle drive device

A sheave positioning device is provided. A valve element is arranged on a flow path to close the flow path when pushed in a direction against a pressure from hydraulic chambers, and a valve closing mechanism is also arranged on the flow path to generate a thrust force for pushing the valve element in the direction against a pressure from the hydraulic chambers. The valve closing mechanism is adapted to generate the thrust force, which is larger than a load to be applied to the valve element to push the valve element in a direction to open the valve element in case a predetermined speed change ratio is being set, but smaller than a load to be applied to the valve element to push the valve element in a direction to open the valve element in case the pressure in the hydraulic chambers is raised to the maximum pressure.

Sheave positioning device

A belt-driven continuously variable transmission having a downsized torque cam assembly for creating forward thrust to push a movable sheave toward a fixed sheave. The belt-driven continuously variable transmission is adapted to output a torque while changing a speed ratio continuously by altering an effective diameter position of a driving belt. The belt-driven continuously variable transmission is comprised of: an output gear, which is fitted onto the rotary shaft of the driven pulley to output the torque while being allowed to rotate relatively; a piston, which is fitted onto the rotary shaft of the driven pulley between the movable sheave and the output gear while being allowed to rotate integrally with the movable sheave and to reciprocate in an axial direction of the rotary shaft, and which increases an internal pressure of the hydraulic chamber by moving toward the movable sheave; and a torque cam assembly, which is interposed between the piston and the output gear, and which pushes the piston toward the movable sheave when the torque transmitted through the driven pulley is increased.

If it is determined that a malfunction has occurred in an electrical hydraulic pump and the hydraulic fluid is not supplied to a high hydraulic pressure supplied portion from the electrical hydraulic pump, the hydraulic fluid is supplied to the high hydraulic pressure supplied portion from a mechanical hydraulic pump that usually supplies the hydraulic fluid to a low hydraulic pressure supplied portion. In this case, the hydraulic pressure that is generated by the mechanical hydraulic pump is increased by increasing the output from the engine that drives the mechanical hydraulic pump.

Hydraulic control apparatus and hydraulic control method

A shift controller for an automatic transmission mechanism is configured such that when the engine is in a driven state in which the engine is driven by a travel inertia force or the like and an accumulated pressure amount of the accumulator is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold, the excessive engine brake force, which is generated due to the accumulation of at least a portion of the hydraulic pressure generated from the mechanical hydraulic pump in the accumulator, is inhibited or reduced by conducting upshifting that relatively decreases the gear ratio of the automatic transmission mechanism. Therefore, the generation of the excessive engine brake force can be inhibited or reduced even when the engine is in the driven state and pressure accumulation is performed.
