An industrial vehicle includes a vehicle body, a driver compartment provided in the vehicle body, an obstacle detector configured to detect an obstacle existing behind the vehicle body, a warning generator configured to generate a warning, and a control device configured to control the warning generator. The warning generator is positioned at least in front of the driver compartment. The control device actuates the warning generator when the obstacle detector detects an obstacle behind the vehicle body that is moving rearward.

A cap nut to be enveloped in a casting made of casting material includes a substantially cylindrical body. The body has a first end and a second end adjacent to a top end surface of the body. The body has a hole and an outer peripheral surface to be enveloped in the casting material. The body has an exposed surface adjacent to the hole at the first end thereof, and the exposed surface is exposed to an outside of the casting. The body has formed in the outer peripheral surface thereof a tapered surface that broadens from the second end of the body toward the first end. The body has formed in the tapered surface a retaining means for preventing the cap nut from falling off from the casting. The body is installable in and removable from a pattern for forming a sand mold at the tapered surface.

An axle supporting structure for supporting an axle beam for an industrial vehicle includes a center pin, a pair of axle supporting units and a counterweight. The center pin protrudes from the axle beam. Each axle supporting unit has formed therethrough an insertion hole in which the center pin is inserted. The axle supporting unit has an upper axle supporting member and a lower axle supporting member which is detachably connected to the upper axle supporting member. The pair of axle supporting units is spaced from each other in a traveling direction of the vehicle. The center pin is rotatably supported between the pair of axle supporting units. The upper axle supporting members of the axle supporting units are cast in the counterweight.
