A vehicle with a capsule structure of a power unit includes the power unit and a transmission member. The power unit includes an internal combustion engine that combusts air-fuel mixture in an engine body and outputs a driving force, and a motor that outputs a driving force by using electric power of an electric generator or a battery. The transmission member transmits the driving force of the power unit. The capsule structure includes a heat-insulation casing having an internal space in which the power unit and the transmission member are accommodated, and a partition wall that divides the internal space of the heat-insulation casing into at least a first partition space and a second partition space which are separated from one another. At least the engine body is disposed in the first partition space, and at least the battery is disposed in the second partition space.

A shadow mask comprises a frame member, a mask body formed in a plate shape as a grid element and mounted to the frame member and a plurality of slits formed to the mask body. The mask body is composed of an iron-based alloy containing 31.0-38.0 weight % of nickel and 1.0-6.5 weight % of cobalt and the iron-based alloy contains 0.01-0.10 weight % of carbon.

A shadow mask for a Braun tube is composed of an iron-based alloy plate of a low thermal expansion structure containing nickel and cobalt, and the iron-based alloy plate has a crystal grain size of more than 6.0 and less than 9.0 measured by a grain size measuring method prescribed in JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) G0551, and 0.2% proof stress of more than 240N/mm and less than 320N/mm .

A shadow mask is composed of an iron-based alloy plate containing 31.0-38.0 weight % of nickel and 1.0-6.5 weight % of cobalt. The iron-based alloy has a crystal grain size number of 10 or more and 12 or less, has a crystal grain size of 50 &mgr;m or less in a cross section in a direction parallel and normal to a rolling direction of the iron-based alloy plate, and has an average crystal grain size of 30 &mgr;m or less in a cross section in a direction parallel to the rolling direction of the iron-based alloy plate.

A shadow mask for a color picture tube that is made of an iron-base alloy material containing nickel and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The iron-base alloy material has 0.2% proof stress of from 220 to 300 N/mm . The grain size number measured in conformity to JIS G0551 is not more than 7.5. The degree of texture in each plane measured by X-ray diffraction method is not more than 20%. The difference between the degree of texture in each plane and that in any other plane is not more than 20%. The shadow mask is produced by press forming without undergoing annealing before the press forming.

Shadow mask for color picture tube made of iron-base material having particular grain size number

An aperture grill for a cathode ray tube is formed with parallel slits by etching a cold-rolled low-carbon steel plate from the opposite sides thereof. Before carrying out the etching, the steel plate is subjected to an annealing step whereby the residual stress is reduced to 7.0 Kg/mm.sup.2 or less. The steel plate is also subjected to a tensile force for imparting a tension in the direction of the rolling of a hoop steel from which the steel plate is produced. Furthermore, the steel plate is so oriented that the direction of tapes of the aperture grill to be produced will coincide with the rolling direction. The above process makes it possible to prevent occurrence of 'streaks' and improves the quality of images generated on the cathode ray tube.
