Copper covered steel is used for metal terminalsin an antenna coil. Through holes penetrating in the Z direction and position restraining grooves that are formed continuous with these through holes are formed in a holder for holding the metal terminals. Proceeding from the situation in which the metal terminalshave been driven into, so as to be press-fit in, the through holes in the holder, by bending the first ends in the Y direction and the second ends in the X direction, the first ends and the second ends are respectively fitted into position restraining grooves such that the positions of binding partsand lead wire connection partsare restrained.

Antenna coil and antenna device

An illumination device includes a case, a lens body, an LED substrate, a stopper member, and a lead wire. The lens body is fixed in the case. An illuminating part of the lens body projects outward from the upper face opening of the case. The LED substrate is housed in the substrate housing part of the lens body, and the lower surface of the LED substrate is supported by the stopper member. The two lead wires are connected to the LED, led out of the case through insertion holes in the stopper member, and retained by one of lead wire retainers formed on the two side surfaces of the case.

Illumination device

A switch mounting device comprises: a resin seat having an upper surface and a lower surface; a switch mounted on the upper surface of the seat; and terminal members fixed to the lower surface. The seat has claw parts on the lower surface thereof. The switch has a main body part, which is operated by pressing in the X direction, and connection terminals extending downward from this main body part. With connection terminals led out to the lower surface of the seat, the connection terminals are electrically connected to the terminal members. The terminal members are fixed to the seat by the claw parts by way of being slid along the lower surface of the seat.

Switch mounting device and push switch

A control unit, including a circuit board and a switch unit, is arranged in a housing space in a door handle. The switch unit has a switch component, which is fastened to the circuit board, a hard switch case, which covers the switch component, a soft pushbutton, which operates the switch component, and a hard cover member, which is fastened to the switch case. The pushbutton has a pushing part in the shape of a cap, a flange, which extends from the bottom end of the pushing part, and an operation projection, which is inserted into an insertion opening in a roof. The switch case and the pushbutton are united by the cover member, and the flange is brought into close contact with the roof all the way therearound, by the cover member.

Door handle device

An antenna coil housed in a tubular case has a holder made from resin, which is fitted on a magnetic-material core. This holder has a core holding part, which holds the magnetic-material core, and a lead wire holding part, which holds lead wires. The lead wire holding part has first holding parts, which hold the lead wires in the X direction, near the ends, and second holding parts, which hold the ends of the lead wires in the Y direction, the ends of the coil being connected to conductors of the lead wires, which are led out via the second holding parts

Antenna device

Guide grooves are formed in a peripheral sidewall of a soft button, and a hard cap is separably connected to the button by fitting legs on the cap into these guide grooves. Furthermore, when a push-operation member on the cap is pushed, the legs are guided in the guide grooves, while the press stroke of the push-operation member is regulated by the bottom ends of the legs coming into contact with the top face of an inner flange on the case.

Push switch

A push switch is provided with a switch case, a push button, a switch component, a terminal member and a lead wire. The terminal member has a flat part and a first suspended part suspended from one end of the flat part. The flat part includes a first connecting part to which the connecting terminal is connected without soldering. The first suspended part includes a second connecting part to which the lead wire is connected without soldering. The switch case has first support part for supporting the lead wire which is inserted into the space, and second support part for supporting the flat part of the terminal member.

A push switch comprising: a switch disposed on a seat; a cylindrical case that accommodates the seat and the switch; and a soft button comprising a side peripheral wall mounted on top of the case, and an upper operating wall, wherein the switch comprises a main portion and an operating portion that projects up from the main portion; the upper operating wall comprises a pressing portion that presses the operating portion; the seat comprises a base on which the switch is placed, a cover that is positioned around the main portion, and an upper wall that is positioned on the upper portion of the cover and covers the switch; the upper wall comprises a through-hole in a position corresponding to the operating portion; and the operating portion and the pressing portion face through the through-hole.

A push switch is provided with a button (), a switch board (), a switch () provided on the switch board (), and a switch cover () disposed in the button () and covering the switch (). A corner portion () between a side wall () and a upper wall () of the switch cover () is formed in a curved shape. A protruding pressing portion () of the button () is inserted into a through hole () provided on an upper wall () of the switch cover (). A lower surface of the pressing portion () faces an operating portion () of the switch ().

A push switch () includes an internal button (), an external button (), a switch () disposed inside the internal button (), a casing () fixed to a side wall () of the internal button (), an inner collar portion () provided in the casing () and engaged with a groove portion () of the internal button (), an overhanging portion () formed in the external button (), and an outer collar portion () formed in the internal button () and located between the overhanging portion () and the inner collar portion () so as to define apart of the groove portion (). The overhanging portion () is disposed separately from the outer collar portion () by a gap. The overhanging portion () abuts against the outer collar portion () when the external button () is pushed to elastically deform the internal button () to thereby turn on the switch ().

A flexible button of a push switch includes a peripheral side wall having an opening at the bottom. A switch board is fitted in the opening of the peripheral side wall. A switch is provided on the switch board. A tubular case is fixed in place around the peripheral side wall. A stopper is disposed under the switch board, and latched on the inner face of the case. Filler fills the underside of the switch board, and fills at least an area that includes the entire peripheral length of the bottom periphery of the switch board and the bottom-end inner peripheral face of the peripheral side wall.

A pushbutton switch is provided with: a switch case; a switch body fixed to the switch case; an elastic sealing body that is formed of an elastic material and covers and seals the switch body; a cap member that is formed of a hard material and is detachably mounted at a top portion of the elastic sealing body; a pushbutton portion provided on the cap member and exposing from a switch exposure aperture on a switch mounting apparatus; and a stopper portion provided on the cap member and configured to interfere with a rear surface of the switch mounting apparatus at a peripheral area of the switch exposure aperture and to restrain the cap member from being detached from the switch mounting apparatus, in a state in which the switch case is fixed to the switch mounting apparatus.
