A client terminal displays, on a display device, a visual feature of each of a plurality of vehicles passing through an intersection at a location where an incident occurred and map data indicating a passing direction of each of a plurality of vehicles passing through the intersection and sends, in response to a designation of any one of the plurality of vehicles, an instruction to set the designated vehicle as a tracking target vehicle to the server. When the instruction is received, a server specifies a camera of the intersection at which the tracking target vehicle is highly likely to enter next based on at least a current time and a passing direction of the tracking target vehicle at the intersection and sends camera information of the specified camera to the client terminal. When the camera information is received, the client terminal displays, on the display device, a position of a camera corresponding to the camera information to be superimposed on the map data identifiably.

Vehicle detection system and vehicle detection method

An investigation assist device includes a processor and a storage that records information on a road map including a plurality of intersections and captured videos of a plurality of cameras respectively in correlation with a capturing time, camera information, and intersection information. The processor retrieves a vehicle satisfying a retrieval condition based on a captured video of the camera specified by camera information corresponding to designated intersection information specifying at least one intersection of the plurality of intersections. The processor superimposes a traveling direction of a selected vehicle at the time of passing through an intersection corresponding to the designated intersection information on a position of the intersection on the road map in response to selection of the information on the vehicle.

Investigation assist system and investigation assist method

An investigation assist device includes a processor and a storage that records information on a road map including a plurality of intersections and captured videos of a plurality of cameras in correlation with a capturing time, camera information, and intersection information. The processor retrieves at least one vehicle satisfying a retrieval condition and extracts a traveling direction of the vehicle when passing through each of the plurality of intersections based on the captured videos of the plurality of cameras in response to a designation of the retrieval condition including information on time when an incident occurs and feature information on a vehicle causing the incident. The processor superimposes a traveling route of the vehicle on the road map based on the traveling direction extracted for each of the intersections and outputs the traveling route to an output unit.

A camera transmits a captured image of a surveillance area to a server. A microphone receives a sound of the surveillance area and transmits the sound to the server. The server detects a warning sound starting based on a harming behavior on a vehicle in a surveillance area and arriving from the vehicle using the sound of the surveillance area, determines an occurrence position of the harming behavior based on the detection of the warning sound, acquires a captured image of the occurrence position, determines the vehicle on which the harming behavior is executed using the captured image of the occurrence position, acquires information regarding the vehicle, and records the information regarding the vehicle and the captured image of the occurrence position in association with each other in an accumulator.

Surveillance camera system and surveillance method

A vehicle detection system includes a server connected to be able to communicate with a camera installed at an intersection and a client terminal connected to be able to communicate with the server. The client terminal sends, in response to input of information including date and time and a location at which an incident occurred and a feature of a vehicle which caused the incident, an information acquisition request relating to a vehicle which passes through the intersection at the location at the date and time to the server. The server extracts vehicle information and a passing direction of the vehicle passing through the intersection at the location in association with each other based on a captured image of the camera of the camera installed at the intersection at the location at the date and time in response to a reception of the information acquisition request and sends an extraction result to the client terminal. The client terminal displays a visual feature of the vehicle passing through the intersection at the location and the passing direction of the vehicle on a display device.

An investigation assist device includes a processor and a storage that records road map information including a plurality of intersections and captured video of each of the cameras in association with camera information and intersection information. The processor retrieves a vehicle based on the captured video of each of the cameras installed at one or more intersections within a predetermined distance range from the intersection where the event has occurred, based on input information including date and time information when the event has occurred, the intersection information where the event has occurred, and feature information of the vehicle having caused the event. The processor updates detection date and time information of the vehicle from reception date and time information on a report indicating an occurrence of the event to detection date and time information of the vehicle.

A plurality of fixed cameras installed in a driving area on a highway and a server device are connected via a network NW. The server device displays the captured images of the fixed cameras on the fixed camera monitor and requests camera position information and zooming position information to respective fixed cameras in response to occurrence of a traffic accident or the like in the driving area. In response to this request, the fixed cameras transmit the camera position information and the zooming position information to the server device. Based on camera position information and zooming position information, the server device derives the occurrence position of a traffic accident or the like, instructs a predetermined drone to capture the image around the occurrence position such as a traffic accident, and displays the captured image transmitted from the drone on a drone monitor.

The investigation assist device has a processor and a storage that records road map information including the plurality of intersections and captured video of each camera in association with camera information and intersection information. The processor extracts camera information of intersections adjacent to a first point where an event occurred according to an information input including information on the first point and feature information of a vehicle having caused the event. The processor retrieves a vehicle satisfying the feature information of the vehicle using a captured video of a camera specified by the extracted camera information. The processor analyzes feature information of the retrieved vehicle. The processor updates feature information of the vehicle by adding the analyzed feature information of the vehicle to the feature information of the vehicle input by the information input, and stores the updated information in the storage. The processor updates detection point information of the vehicle from the information on the first point into detection point information of the retrieved vehicle, and stores the updated information in the storage.

An investigation assist system includes an investigation assist device that acquires captured video of cameras installed at a plurality of intersections respectively; and an operator terminal that is connected to the investigation assist device so as to communicate with the investigation assist device. The investigation assist device detects an occurrence of an event at a first point based on the acquired captured video of the camera, and transmits the captured video of the camera to the operator terminal, the captured video being acquired at a time when the event is detected. The operator terminal records the captured video of the camera transmitted from the investigation assist device, and transmits report contents information based on the report indicating the occurrence of the event to the investigation assist device. The investigation assist device extracts a captured video satisfying the report contents information transmitted from the operator terminal, and transmits the extracted video to the investigation assist device. The operator terminal displays the captured video transmitted from the investigation assist device on the display.

The processor retrieves a vehicle using the captured video of each of the cameras installed at one or more intersections within a predetermined distance range from the intersection where the event has occurred, based on input information including date and time information when the event has occurred, the intersection information where the event has occurred, and the feature information of the vehicle having caused the event, the captured videos corresponding to the date and time information. The processor updates the detection date and time information of the vehicle from reception date and time information on a report indicating an occurrence of the event to detection date and time information of the vehicle, updates detection point information of the vehicle from the intersection information on the intersection where the event has occurred to intersection information on another intersection where the vehicle is detected, and stores the updated information in the storage.
