The hybrid electric vehicle includes an engine, a motor, a clutch, an accelerator operation amount detecting unit, and a control device. The control device is configured to include: a determination unit configured to determine whether or not the accelerator operation amount is equal to or greater than a threshold value when there is a start request for the engine; and an ignition timing control unit configured to advance an ignition timing of the engine, when an affirmative determination is made by the determination unit, than when a negative determination is made by the determination unit.

Hybrid electric vehicle

A control device for a hybrid electric vehicle includes an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to perform a start-up control of shifting the connection and disconnection clutch to a coupled state at the time of starting the internal combustion engine to rotate the internal combustion engine by the driving torque of the electric motor, and starting the first fuel injection mode using the direct injection injector. The electronic control unit is configured to switch from the first fuel injection mode to a second fuel injection mode for using the port injector prior to an end of the start-up control when the number of times of combustion cycles of the internal combustion engine with the first fuel injection mode reaches a predetermined first target number of times.

A cooling device is employed in a vehicle including an internal combustion engine provided with a forced-induction device and an intercooler. The cooling device includes a circulation circuit configured to circulate coolant supplied to the intercooler, an electric pump configured to operate to circulate the coolant in the circulation circuit, and processing circuitry configured to control a discharge amount of the coolant of the pump. The processing circuitry is configured to execute a control amount deriving process of deriving a control amount of the pump based on a requested flow rate and a coolant temperature, and an operation process of causing the pump to operate based on the control amount when the requested flow rate is larger than 0.

Vehicle cooling device

The structure for mounting a seat rail includes a floor panel constituting the floor of a cabin; a seat rail disposed on the upper surface of the floor panel; and a retainer for supporting the floor panel at a position where the seat rail is present thereabove with the floor panel in-between. The seat rail, the floor panel, and the retainer are attached to one another with a bolt and a nut (a first attachmenting portion) at a position where the seat rail, the floor panel, and the retainer are placed overlapping one on the other. The floor panel is welded on the retainer at a position (a second attachmenting portion) away from the first attachment portion. The retainer has a bead formed between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion. The bead extends along the longitudinal direction of a seat rail.
