A pipe coupling is constructed such that: a pressing member is supported by an inner collar and presses an inserted pipe body in a state in which the pressing member contacts an inclined surface of an outer collar; the inclined surface of the outer collar causes the pressing member to be moved in a radial direction thereof when the pressing member moves toward a deep portion within the pipe coupling, and restricts the movement of the pressing member in the radial direction when the pressing member moves in a direction of an exit; the inner collar is urged toward the exit by an elastic member; and the outer collar is relatively movably coupled to a housing of the pipe coupling. In the case of any type of rigid pipe body, the pipe coupling can be freely and easily connected to and removed from the same.

Pipe coupling

A hose fitting for sealed connection to a hose, comprising: a first cylindrical member having a small diameter bore portion and a large diameter bore portion connected to the small diameter bore portion; a second cylindrical member axially slidable within the large diameter bore portion and having a radial flange portion and an axial tubular portion extending from the radial flange portion, the radial flange portion being provided with a sealing member and the axial tubular portion being provided with a sealing member; a sleeve provided within the large diameter bore portion and having an inclined surface; a collet provided within the large diameter bore portion and having an outer surface engageable with the inclined surface of the sleeve and radially constrictible when moving axially within the sleeve, the hose being firmly fixed between the collet and the axial tubular portion of the second cylindrical member by axial outward movement of the collet; and a stop member received in the large diameter bore portion and adapted to limit axial movement of the sleeve and collet.

Hose fitting

A hose fitting comprising a first cylindrical member having a small diameter bore portion and a large diameter bore portion connected to the small diameter bore portion, a second cylindrical member axially slidable within the large diameter bore portion and having a radial flange portion and an axial tubular portion extending from the radial flange portion, a sleeve provided within the large diameter bore portion and having an inclined surface, a collet provided between the second cylindrical member and the sleeve and having an outer surface engageable with the inclined surface of the sleeve, the collet being further formed at its inner circumferential portion with an inner circumferential edge, the inner circumferential edge being adapted to bite on the hose when no internal fluid pressure is applied within the small diameter bore portion and when the hose is pulled out axially outwardly, the hose being firmly fixed between the collet and the second cylindrical member by axial outward movement of the collet when an internal fluid pressure is applied within the small diameter bore portion, and a stop member received in the large diameter bore portion and adapted to limit axial movement of the sleeve and collet.

A hose fitting for sealed connection to a hose, comprising: a first cylindrical member having a small diameter bore portion and a large diameter bore portion connected to the small diameter bore portion the large diameter bore portion having at its axially outer end an axially outwardly narrowing portion; a second cylindrical member axially slidable within the large diameter bore portion and having a radial flange portion and an axial tubular portion extending from the radial flange portion, the radial flange portion being provided with a sealing member and the axial tubular portion being provided with a sealing member; and a collet provided within the large diameter bore portion and having an outer surface engageable with the axially outwardly narrowing portion of the first cylindrical member and radially constrictible when moving axially within the sleeve, the hose being firmly fixed between the collet and the axial tubular portion of the second cylindrical member by axial outward movement of the collet.

A hose end fitting for sealed connection to a hose, comprising: a first cylindrical member having a reduced diameter bore portion and an enlarged diameter bore portion connected to the reduced diameter bore portion; a second cylindrical member axially slidable within the enlarged diameter bore portion of the first cylindrical member and having a radial flange portion and an axial tubular portion extending from the radial flange portion, the radial flange portion being provided with a sealing member, and the axial tubular portion being provided with a sealing member; hose end gripping means provided within the enlarged diameter bore portion of the first cylindrical member and radially expandable and constrictable, the hose being gripped by the hose end gripping means which is radially constricted by axial outward movement of the second cylindrical member; and stopping means received in the enlarged diameter bore portion and adapted to limit axial movement of the second cylindrical member and the hose end griping means.

Hose end fitting

A hose fitting for sealed connection to a hose includes: a first cylindrical member having a small diameter bore portion and a large diameter bore portion connected to the small diameter bore portion. A second cylindrical member is axially slidable within the large diameter bore portion and has a radial flange portion and an axial tubular portion extending from the radial flange portion, the radial flange portion being provided with a sealing member and the axial tubular portion being provided with a sealing member. A sleeve is provided within the large diameter bore portion and has an inclined surface. A collet is provided within the large diameter bore portion and has an outer surface engageable with the inclined surface of the sleeve and radially constrictible when moving axially within the sleeve, the hose being firmly fixed between the collet and the axial tubular portion of the second cylindrical member by axial outward movement of the collet. A stop member received in the large diameter bore portion is adapted to limit axial movement of the sleeve and collet; and means for permitting the sleeve and the collet to rotate about an axis of the first cylindrical member, the means being disposed between the sleeve and the stop member.

A hose fitting for connecting a hydraulic hose to a hydraulic system including an axially inner reduced diameter bore portion and an axially outer enlarged diameter bore portion formed with an inner circumferential groove, comprising: a cylindrical member axially slidable within the enlarged diameter bore portion and having a radial flange portion and an axial tubular portion extending axially outwardly from the radial flange portion; a sleeve mounted on the enlarged diameter bore portion and having an inner inclined surface; a collect arranged between the cylindrical member and the sleeve and having an outer surface engageable with the inner inclined surface of the sleeve and radially inwardly constrictible when moving axially outwardly within the sleeve, the hydraulic hose being crimped by axial outward movement of the collet; and a stop member received in the circumferential groove and adapted to limit axial outward movement of the sleeve and collet.

A hose fitting for connecting a hydraulic hose to a hydraulic system including an axially inner reduced diameter bore portion and an axially outer enlarged diameter bore portion formed with an inner circumferential groove, comprising: a cylindrical member axially slidable within the enlarged diameter bore portion and having a radial flange portion and an axial tubular portion extending axially outwardly from the radial flange portion; a collet having an outer surface; a sleeve arranged between the cylindrical member and the collet and having an inner inclined surface engageable with the outer surface of the collet, the collet being radially inwardly constrictible when the sleeve is moving axially outwardly, the hydraulic hose being crimped by axial outward movement of the sleeve; and a stop member received in the circumferential groove and adapted to limit axial outward movement of the sleeve and collet.
