To provide a levitation air plate that can be easily manufactured and can float a substance being conveyed such as a glass while maintaining its high rigidity and controlling a floating amount in high accuracy. A levitation air plateprovided with: a top platein which a plurality of air ejection holesand suction holespenetrating from an upper surfaceto a lower surfaceare arranged in alternating fashion as viewed from the upper surface, the top platehaving a counter-bored portionon the lower surface side of each of the plurality of air ejection holes; an orifice sheethaving a plurality of orificespenetrating from an upper surfaceto a lower surfacein positions corresponding to the counter-bored portions of the top plate, and having communicating holescommunicated one-to-one with the suction holes of the top plate and penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface; and bottom side plateshaving an air supply channeland an air supply holefor supplying air to all of the orifices drilled in the orifice sheet, and an air suction channeland a suction holefor suctioning air from all of the communicating holes communicated with the suction holes.

Levitation air plate

In order to improve workability of an operation to adjust the interval between two members, leveling devices () support an air rail () on base frames (), and adjust the height of the air rail () with respect to the base frames (). The leveling devices () have: disc spring groups () which expand and contract in the height direction of the air rail () with respect to the base frames (); a columnar indenter (), in which a stepped through-hole () for inserting a bolt () is formed from one end face () to the other end face (), with a first edge part () formed outward on the one end face () side; a columnar spring guide (), in which a through-hole () for inserting the bolt () is formed from one end face () to the other end face (), with a flange part () formed outward on the one end face () side; and a tubular housing () in which a second edge part () is formed inward at one opening () thereof.
