An information storage system and an information storage method allow necessary information to be stored in the proper amount with a simple operation for people to share the information. The system includes an input unit including a plurality of press-type switches each of which accepts input for an on-signal or an off-signal and a data server storing pieces of identification information each identifying a corresponding one of the switches and messages in association with each other and outputs, in response to input accepted by each of the switches, a corresponding one of the messages. The input unit transmits an on-signal or an off-signal and a piece of identification information to the data server. The data server receives the on-signal or the off-signal and the piece of identification information and extracts and outputs a message associated with the piece of identification information received together with the on-signal.

Information storage system and information storage method

Provided is a technique capable of improving isolation characteristics between a plurality of signal paths through which RF signals pass, without using ground electrodes or the like. Wiring electrodesandthrough which RF signals do not pass simultaneously are formed so as to be adjacent to each other in a central region of a component mounting surfaceof a circuit board, and wiring electrodesandthrough which RF signals pass simultaneously are formed so as to be distanced from transmission pathsand. Accordingly, the RF signals do not simultaneously pass through the transmission pathsand, which are disposed near each other, and thus there is no risk that the RF signal passing through one of the signal paths will interfere with the RF signal passing through the other signal path.

Composite module

An RF module includes a multi-layered substrate. A base-band IC, a memory IC, a quartz oscillator and surface-mount components are mounted on the upper surface of the multi-layered substrate. A metallic cap also is attached to the upper surface of the multi-layered substrate. A cavity is formed in the lower surface of the multi-layered substrate substantially at the center thereof. A first RF-IC and a second RF-IC are embedded in the cavity. Wiring patterns for providing connections between the base-band IC and the memory IC, through-holes, RF passive components, and the shield ground electrode pattern are disposed inside of the multi-layered substrate.

The invention provides a composite high frequency component constituting a part of a microwave circuit having plural signal paths corresponding to their respective frequencies, comprising: a diplexer for coupling transmitting signals from the plural signal paths for transmission and distributing receiving signals into said plural signal paths for reception; plural high frequency switches for separating the plural signal paths into a transmission section and a reception section, respectively; plural filters introduced in the signal paths; said diplexer, said high frequency switch, and said filters being integrated into a ceramic multi-layer substrate formed by lamination of plural ceramic sheet layers. According to the above described composite high frequency component, the diplexer, the high frequency switches, and the filters which constitute the composite high frequency component are integrated into the ceramic multi-layer substrate formed by lamination of plural ceramic sheet layers. Thus, the matching and adjustment between the diplexer and the high frequency switches can be easily performed. It is unnecessary to provide a matching circuit for matching and adjusting the diplexer and the high frequency switches, and moreover, the high frequency switches and the filters.

Composite high frequency component and mobile communication device including the same

A high frequency switching component for being connected to a transmission circuit, a reception circuit, and an antenna to be used for switching to either a state in which the transmission circuit is connected to the antenna, or a state in which the reception circuit is connected to the antenna, comprising: a multilayer circuit board, on which there is formed a circuit including: a transmission circuit terminal to be connected to the transmission circuit; a reception circuit terminal to be connected to the reception circuit; an antenna terminal to be connected to be the antenna; a ground terminal; a first diode whose anode is connected to the transmission circuit terminal and the cathode thereof is connected to the antenna terminal; a second diode whose anode is connected to the reception circuit terminal and the cathode thereof is connected to the ground terminal; a signal line for connecting the transmission circuit terminal, the reception circuit terminal, and the antenna terminal via the first diode; and an inductor or an LC filter disposed between the signal line and the ground terminal to reduce noise on the signal line; in which the transmission circuit terminal, the reception circuit terminal, the antenna terminal, the ground terminal, the first diode, and the second diode are disposed on a surface of the multilayer circuit board; at least a part of the signal line being disposed inside the multilayer circuit board; and the inductor being disposed either inside or on the surface of the multilayer circuit board.

High frequency switching component with electrostatic surge elimination

A high-frequency module includes first to fifth terminals, a high-pass filter, a high-frequency switch, a transmitter-side balun, and a receiver-side balun. The high-pass filter is connected to the high-frequency switch, and the high-frequency switch is also connected to the transmitter-side balun and to the receiver-side balun. The first terminal is connected to an antenna, the second and third terminals are connected to a transmitter circuit, and the fourth and fifth terminals are connected to a receiver circuit.

High frequency switching component

A composite high frequency component and a mobile communication apparatus incorporating the same which needs no matching circuits and can easily be miniaturized. The composite high frequency component is constituted of a diplexer, high frequency switches, high frequency filters, and surface acoustic wave filters. The diplexer is formed by first inductors and first capacitors. The high frequency switches are formed by diodes, second inductors, and second capacitors. The high frequency filters are formed by third inductors and third capacitors.

Composite high frequency component and mobile communication apparatus incorporating the same

A composite filter, with a laminated body formed by laminating a dielectric layer and an electric conductor layer; a concave portion provided on at least one major surface of said laminated body; external terminals provided on at least a side surface of said laminated body; an LC filter made of an inductance element and a capacitance element respectively formed by said electric conductor layer of said laminated body; a surface acoustic wave filter arranged in said concave portion of said laminated body; a cover sealing said concave portion; two of said external terminals constituting the input terminals of said surface acoustic wave filter and of said LC filter respectively and two of said external terminals constituting the output terminals of said surface acoustic wave filter and of said LC filter respectively; and said surface acoustic wave filter and said LC filter are independent without being connected to each other in said laminated body. The above composite filter has a reduced number of parts and a simpler assembly process. A radio communication apparatus can advantageously use the disclosed composite filter.

Composite filter comprising LC and saw filters and radio communication apparatus using the filter

A high-frequency component which requires no shielding electrodes and in which there are no limitations upon the places where plural sets of filter components can be formed. In one embodiment, a high-frequency component has first to third ports, and includes a BPF connected between the first port and the second port and a BRF connected between the first port and the third port. The BPF and BRF comprise transmission lines and capacitors formed on a plurality of laminated dielectric layers. In another embodiment, the component comprises an HPF and an LPF formed on a plurality of dielectric layers. In both cases, the passbands of the respective filters are predetermined not to substantially overlap one another.

Multilayer duplexer with no shielding electrodes

An impedance stabilizing unit including an input port; an output port connected to the input unit; an inductance matching circuit connected to ground and at least one of the input port and the output port, the value of the impedance of the inductance matching circuit being adjusted in accordance with a change of the impedance on the side of said output port. The above unit can be made small, realizing a lowered insertion loss.
