A vehicle includes: an electric device mounted on the vehicle; a functional component placed on the electric device to extend further rearward than the electric device in plan view when mounted on the vehicle; a cable connecting the electric device and a battery mounted on the vehicle; and a cable mount that is provided below and within a plane of projection of the functional component on the electric device and has a terminal port facing downward in a vertical direction when mounted in the vehicle. The vehicle reduces the risk of a human touching an electric terminal, improving safety.

Electric device arranged on the powertrain of a vehicle

An electrical connection structure includes a case in which a first electric motor and a second electric motor are housed, and electrical equipment that controls the first electric motor or the second electric motor. The first electric motor is electrically connected to a first three-phase terminal of the electrical equipment via a connecting member. The second electric motor is electrically connected to a second three-phase terminal of the electrical equipment via the connecting member. On the electrical equipment side, the first three-phase terminal and the second three-phase terminal are arranged in series. On the case side, a first electric motor side three-phase terminal, which is connected to the first electric motor, in the connecting member, and a second electric motor side three-phase terminal, which is connected to the second electric motor, in the connecting member, are arranged in parallel.

Rotary electric drive unit

A cable connection part structure includes a power control unit, a unit-side connector and a cable-side connector. The unit-side connector is connected to a power supply passage of an electric power control device and has a first connection terminal directed to a space below a unit case. The cable-side connector is connected to a power supply cable and has a second connection terminal connected to a first connection terminal from below the unit case. The cable-side connector has a connector case, and a bolt fixed to a connector case and having a shaft section passing upward through a part of the unit case from below. A nut is fastened to the shaft section of the bolt passing through the unit case from above.

Cable connection part structure of power control unit

A rotating electric machine unit includes a first and second rotating electric machine, a power control unit (PCU), a drive shaft, and a power transmission part. The first and second rotating electric machines have rotary shafts parallel to each other, and are disposed along a vehicle front-rear direction orthogonal to an axial direction of each rotary shaft. The PCU is disposed below the first and the second rotating electric machines in a vehicle up-down direction orthogonal to the axial direction of each rotary shaft. The drive shaft is disposed below the first rotating electric machine and behind the PCU. The power transmission part transmitting power between each rotary shaft and the drive shaft is disposed on the right side of each rotating electric machine and the PCU. A direction in which an outer shape of the PCU is longest is parallel to the vehicle front-rear direction.

Rotating electric machine unit

The disclosure provides a cable connection structure of a power control unit that can improve the work efficiency of assembling the power control unit. A power control unitis attached to an upper portion of a motor casethat houses a motor. The power control unithas a unit-side terminalconnected to a power supply passage inside the power control unit. The motor casehas a cable-side terminalconnected to a power supply cable. The unit-side terminaland the cable-side terminalare arranged to face each other in an up-and-down direction at an abutting portion between a lower surface of the power control unitand an upper surface of the motor case. The unit-side terminaland the cable-side terminalare connected to each other via a conductive spring member.

Cable connection structure of power control unit

An electric apparatus including a connector holding six connecting terminals is provided. Three one-side connecting terminals held by the connector are arranged side by side in a row substantially directly below conductive terminals of three phases of one DC-AC converter. Three another-side connecting terminals held by the connector are arranged side by side in a row at positions offset to a side away from the one-side connecting terminals in an axial direction. Upper-end side connecting parts of the three one-side connecting terminals are set to be lower than upper-end side connecting parts of the three another-side connecting terminals, and are connected to the corresponding conductive terminals above via busbars extending in an up-down direction. The upper end-side connecting parts of the three another-side connecting terminals are connected to corresponding conductive terminals via busbars extending along an arrangement direction of the conductive terminals.

Electric apparatus

A rotating electric machine unit including a connector holding six connecting terminals is provided. When viewed from an axial direction, respective one-end parts of first to third connecting terminals are arranged side by side in a row. When viewed from the axial direction, respective one-end parts of fourth and fifth connecting terminals are arranged to offset to a back side of a first row composed of the first to third connecting terminals, and the one-end parts protrude further inside a casing than the one-end parts of the connecting terminals of the first row. When viewed from the axial direction, a one-end part of a sixth connecting terminal is arranged to offset to a back side of a second row composed of the fourth and fifth connecting terminals, and the one-end part protrudes further inside the casing than the one-end parts of the connecting terminals of the second row.

A power conversion apparatus includes a power module, a capacitor unit, and a first connection portion. The first connection portionconnects a first power conversion circuit portionof the power module and the capacitor unitto each other. The first connection portionincludes a first positive electrode bus bar extending portionand a second positive electrode bus bar extending portionwhich extend along a first module caseand a first positive electrode bus bar stretching portionand a second positive electrode bus bar stretching portionwhich extend in a Z axis direction. The first connection portionincludes a first negative electrode bus bar extending portionand a second negative electrode bus bar extending portionwhich extend along the first module caseand a first negative electrode bus bar stretching portionand a second negative electrode bus bar stretching portionwhich extend in the Z axis direction.

Power conversion apparatus

A refrigerant flow channel includes a first flow channel extending in a first direction and a plurality of first branching flow channels extending in a second direction by branching from the first flow channel. Three element arrays corresponding to a first motor for driving and three element arrays corresponding to a second motor for power generation are respectively disposed side by side in the first direction on a mounting surface. The element array of the first motor in each phase and the element array of the second motor in each phase face each other in the second direction, and are disposed at positions overlapping the first branching flow channel in a plan view. The element array of the first motor is located on an upstream side of the first branching flow channel with respect to the element array of the second motor.

Power conversion device

A power conversion device includes a first power conversion circuit portion and a second power conversion circuit portion delivering power to and from first and second motors of which shaft centers are disposed along a first direction, three first connection terminals connecting the first power conversion circuit portion and the first motor, and three second connection terminals connecting the second power conversion circuit portion and the second motor. The first power conversion circuit portion and the second power conversion circuit portion are configured such that, when seen in radial directions of the first motor and the second motor, at least a portion thereof overlaps at least any of the first motor and the second motor. Three first connection terminals are disposed along the first direction on one side in a second direction. Three second connection terminals are disposed along the first direction on the other side in the second direction.

There is provided an element unit including high side arm and low side arm transistors, a conductor set formed by disposing a positive bus bar and a negative bus bar to face each other while spaced apart in a Z axis direction, and a first bus bar. The first bus bar extends in the Z axis direction between a first insulating substrate and a second insulating substrate and is electrically connected to copper plates of the first insulating substrate and the second insulating substrate.

Element unit

A power conversion apparatus mounted in a vehicle includes a semiconductor stack in which a plurality of semiconductor modules and a plurality of coolants including coolant passages are disposed by being alternately stacked, and a retaining unit which presses the semiconductor stack in a stacking direction to retain the semiconductor stack. The semiconductor modules and the coolants are attached to each other by a plate-shaped insulating resin adhesive member, and a roughened area on which a roughening treatment has been performed is formed in at least a part of the outer surface of the coolants to which the resin adhesive member is attached.

An electric power conversion device includes an element-side first electrode conductor and an element-side second electrode conductor extending from a semiconductor element section toward one side in a first direction, and a capacitor-side first electrode conductor and a capacitor-side second electrode conductor extending from the capacitors toward the other side in the first direction, wherein a connecting surface of the element-side first electrode conductor and a connecting surface of the capacitor-side first electrode conductor overlap with each other and are electrically connected to each other, and a connecting surface of the element-side second electrode conductor and a connecting surface of the capacitor-side second electrode conductor overlap with each other and are electrically connected to each other.

Electric power conversion device

A power converter () includes: planar semiconductor modules () each having a resin sealing part () in which a semiconductor element (), conductive members (, and), and a signal terminal () are sealed with a resin; a cooler () that holds the plurality of semiconductor modules () in a laminated manner; and a cover () that covers the semiconductor modules and the cooler, wherein at least a part of the resin sealing part () and the cooler () are supported by support media (and) that extend from the cover () so that facing parts of the resin sealing part and the cooler with respect to the cover () is positioned in proximity to the cover, and the conductive members and the signal terminal protrude from the resin sealing part in a direction away from the cover.

Power converter

A power converter includes: a refrigerant flow channel member in which a refrigerant cooling an electronic device flows; a flat refrigerant pipe portion stacked with a power module, provided for a refrigerant cooling the power module to flow therein, and including a contact surface portion contacting the power module to exchange heat; an inlet pipe portion that is disposed at one end of the refrigerant pipe portion and through which the refrigerant flows to the refrigerant pipe portion; an outlet pipe portion that is disposed at the other end of the refrigerant pipe portion and through which the refrigerant flows from the refrigerant pipe portion; an inlet connection portion connecting the inlet pipe portion to the refrigerant flow channel member and formed of a tubular elastic member; and an outlet connection portion connecting the outlet pipe portion to the refrigerant flow channel member and formed of a tubular elastic member.
