An electro-optical apparatus includes an electro-optical panel having a first end portion, a first connector that is flexible, and a reinforcement member on the first connector. The first connector has a second end portion and a third end portion opposite to the second end portion. The second end portion is connected to the first end portion. The first connector has a first surface connected to the electro-optical panel, and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The reinforcement member is located on the first surface, and extends from an end surface at the first end portion of the electro-optical panel to the third end portion. The first connector has first and second side edges, at least one of which has a first cutout depressed inward. The first and second side edges connect the second and third end portions to each other.

Electro-optical apparatus

A centrifugal compressor includes: a scroll housing including a scroll flow path; a shroud piece attached to the scroll housing at a position radially inside the scroll flow path and including a shroud portion that faces a compressor impeller in a radial direction; and a throttling portion arranged in a gap formed between the scroll housing and the shroud piece.

Method for manufacturing semiconductor device

A centrifugal compressor includes: an impeller (compressor impeller); a main flow passage, which has the impeller arranged therein, and extends in a rotation axis direction of the impeller; an auxiliary flow passage formed on a radially outer side of the impeller with respect to the main flow passage; an upstream communication passage configured to allow the auxiliary flow passage and the main flow passage to communicate to each other; a downstream communication passage configured to allow the auxiliary flow passage and the main flow passage to communicate to each other on a side closer to the impeller with respect to the upstream communication passage; and a partition portion (rib or fin) configured to partition the auxiliary passage in a circumferential direction while maintaining a gap larger than a flow passage width of the downstream communication passage in the auxiliary flow passage.

In a compressor, a scroll includes a winding end portion, a discharge potion connected to the winding end portion, a winding start portion connected to the discharge potion, and a flow passage inner surface and when a projection plane is assumed for the scroll in a case in which a viewing point is located on a rotation axis of a compressor impeller and on a fluid suction side, and the flow passage inner surface on the projection plane includes a curved protrusion portion protruding outward in relation to the reference line.

A centrifugal compressor includes a compressor and a scroll which is disposed around the impeller and in which a flow passage including a scroll flow passage is formed in a rotation direction of the impeller, in which the scroll includes a discharge portion connected to a winding end portion of the scroll flow passage&#x2014;and a winding start portion connected to the discharge portion and the winding start portion on a fluid suction side in a direction along a rotation axis of the impeller is connected to the discharge portion at an obtuse angle.

A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device according to the present invention includes a step of forming an opening portion in a resist coated on a substrate, a step of coating a thermally-shrinking shrink agent on the resist to fill the opening portion with the shrink agent, a shrinking step of heating and thermally shrinking the shrink agent to reduce a width of the opening portion, a removing step of removing the shrink agent after the shrinking step, a step of forming a metal layer on the resist and in the opening portion after the removing step and a step of removing a portion of the metal layer above the resist and the resist, wherein in the shrinking step, a side surface of the resist forming the opening portion forms a curved surface protruding toward a center portion of the opening portion.

Method of manufacturing semiconductor device

An electrooptic display device includes a TFT substrate, a touch panel superimposed and placed on the TFT substrate, a circuit board spaced apart from the TFT substrate and the touch panel, one side of the circuit board facing the TFT substrate and the touch panel, a plurality of first FPCs each including one end electrically connected to one side of the TFT substrate, and the other end electrically connected to one side of the circuit board, and a second FPC that is electrically connected to the touch panel and extends in parallel to the first FPCs. A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: coating a first resist containing a photoacid generator or a thermal acid generator on a semiconductor substrate; forming a first opening portion in the first resist by optical exposure; subjecting a shrink agent containing an acid to a crosslinking reaction by the heat treatment to form a thermoset layer on an overall surface of the first resist; coating a second resist on the semiconductor substrate and the thermoset layer; and forming a second opening portion located above the first opening portion and larger than the first opening portion in the second resist by optical exposure.

A liquid crystal display apparatus includes a conductive paste, which connects a connection pad in a TFT array substrate and a transparent conductive film in a color filter substrate, and a ridge which is disposed adjacent to a conductive paste in a surrounding region of the TFT array substrate. A sealing member located between the color filter substrate and the TFT array substrate convexly extends in a direction from a display region to a surrounding region to form the ridge.

Liquid crystal display device

A liquid crystal display device includes a TFT substrate, a color filter substrate, liquid crystals, a transparent conductive film, a panel identification pad, and conductive paste. The color filter substrate is opposed to the TFT substrate and has a color filter. The liquid crystals are sealed between the TFT substrate and the color filter substrate. The transparent conductive film is located on a front surface side of the color filter substrate including a periphery of the color filter substrate. The panel identification pad is located on a terminal area that is a portion of the TFT substrate extending beyond the color filter substrate. The panel identification panel is conductive and connected to a ground potential. The conductive paste electrically connects the panel identification pad with the transparent conductive film located on the periphery of the color filter substrate.
