A RAN node () receives a message containing a Non-Access Stratum (NAS) security parameter from a radio terminal (), during a procedure in which the radio terminal () requests the RAN node to broadcast on-demand system information. The RAN node () sends an authentication request message containing the NAS security parameter to a core network node (), in order to request authentication of the radio terminal (). The RAN node () broadcasts the on-demand system information in response to receiving from the core network node () an authentication response message indicating successful authentication of the radio terminal (). This can contribute to, for example, preventing on-demand SI from being broadcast in response to a request from a malicious radio terminal.

Radio terminal, RAN node, core network node, and methods therefor

A control unit diagnoses a failure of a fuel storage unit that seals a fuel tank and a processing unit that processes fuel evaporative gas in the fuel tank. A first pressure detection unit of the fuel storage unit detects the pressure of the fuel tank. A second pressure detection unit of the fuel storage unit is disposed at a position different from the first pressure detection unit, and detects the pressure of the fuel tank. The control unit specifies a failure portion of the fuel storage unit and the processing unit based on a change in either one or both of a first pressure value detected by the first pressure detection unit and a second pressure value detected by the second pressure detection unit when the pressure of the fuel tank is changed.

When the mode is switched between the MPI mode and the DI+MPI mode, the former unit corrects the DI direct combustion rate or the cylinder vaporization rate to set the amount of fuel injection to a value different from that set when the fuel injection modes are maintained.

A wireless communication system includes a mobile terminal and a wireless base station that transmits to the mobile terminal notification information that is used for establishing a call between the mobile terminal and the wireless base station. The mobile terminal transmits identification information of predetermined notification information to the wireless base station. The wireless base station compares the identification information that was transmitted in from the mobile terminal and the identification information of the notification information of the current transmission, and based on the result of the comparison, transmits to the mobile terminal information for acquiring the notification information of the current transmission.
