A mounting member mounts an imaging apparatus on a projection optical apparatus that projects image light. The mounting member includes a first plate part to which the imaging apparatus is fixed, the first plate part having a shape of a planar plate, and a second plate part having a shape of a planar plate and extending from the first plate part, the second plate part being fixed to the projection optical apparatus. The first plate part has a first surface and a second surface opposite from the first surface. The second plate part is disposed on the side facing the second surface. The first surface is a placement surface where the imaging apparatus is placed.

A projection optical apparatus includes a first housing, a second housing accommodated in the first housing, and a projection system accommodated in the second housing. The projection system includes a first reflector deflecting the optical path of the projection system. The fixing portion has a first opposing portion and a second opposing portion that are disposed opposite to each other with the cable that protrudes from the insertion hole, interposed therebetween, and the elastic portion includes a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion, and the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion are pressed against each other with the cable interposed therebetween and are disposed so as to surround a vicinity of the cable.

An optical path changing device includes: a reflective member that reflects a light beam incident thereto, in a predetermined reflection direction; and a housing holding the reflective member. The housing has a first surface and a second surface with the reflective member interposed therebetween in a direction orthogonal to the reflection direction. The first surface and the second surface have openings, respectively, and a cooling gas is circulated from the opening in the first surface to the opening in the second surface.

A lighting device includes a supporting section configured to support a light source device unit, a fan housing section in which an outflow port for causing the air discharged by a cooling fan to flow out is formed, and a circulating device supported by the light source device unit. The outflow port is opened in a direction along a second direction. The light source device unit includes an inflow port opened to a side opposed to the outflow port and a channel for leading the air flowing in from the inflow port to a light source. The circulating device includes a moving section disposed between the light source device unit and the fan housing section in a predetermined position, a ventilation hole for causing the outflow port and the inflow port to communicate being formed in the moving section, and an urging section configured to urge the moving section.

A light source device includes a light emitting tube having a light emitting section configured to emit light, a first reflecting member configured to reflect the light emitted from the light emitting section, and a rectifying member disposed between the light emitting section and the first reflecting member, and configured to rectify a cooling fluid configured to cool the light emitting tube, and the rectifying member includes a rectifying surface configured to guide the cooling fluid flowing toward the rectifying member to the light emitting section, and a pair of standing surfaces standing from both ends of the rectifying surface.

In one embodiment, a light source device comprises a container with a duct unit disposed above an arc tube and extends along the center axis of light reflected by a reflection surface such that cooling air can flow in a direction opposite to the traveling direction of light reflected by the reflection surface. The duct unit includes a first opening disposed at a position shifted toward the traveling direction side from an opening end of the first reflection mirror, a wall portion which forms the edge of the first opening on the side opposite to the traveling direction side as a final end of the duct unit, and an inclined portion disposed in the vicinity of the edge of the first opening on the traveling direction side to bend the flowing direction of the cooling air toward an upper surface opposite to the surface having the first opening.

A light source device includes: an arc tube having a light emission portion; a first reflection mirror having a substantially concave surface for reflecting light emitted from the light emission portion; and a container which accommodates the arc tube and the first reflection mirror, wherein the container has a duct unit disposed above the arc tube. The duct unit includes a first opening open to the arc tube and disposed at a position shifted toward the traveling direction side from an opening end of the first reflection mirror, a wall portion which forms the edge of the first opening on the side opposite to the traveling direction side as a final end of the duct unit, and an inclined portion disposed in the vicinity of the edge of the first opening on the traveling direction side to bend the flowing direction of the cooling air toward the surface opposite to the surface having the first opening.
