In a riding-type mower, a vehicle body includes a rear portion in which a pair of right/left vehicle body frames extend in a front-rear direction relative to the vehicle body, with a gap therebetween in a lateral width direction. A mowing device is configured to discharge mown grass rearward relative to the vehicle body such that the mown grass falls onto the ground. A cover is provided in a bottom portion of the vehicle body, at a position that is rearward of the mowing device, and covers a gap between the pair of right/left vehicle body frames.

Riding-type mower

A lawn mower includes a pair of left and right main frames, an engine E mounted to the pair of left and right main frames, a radiator for cooling water that cools the engine E, a cooling fanfor feeding cooling air to the radiator, and a hoodaccommodating the engine E, the radiator and the cooling fan. An air deflector plateis provided between the pair of left and right main framesand configured to change direction of cooling exhaust air flowing toward a ground surface.

Lawn mower

A mower includes: a driver's seat provided to a vehicle frame. A transmission is arranged at least partially below the driver's seat. An engine arranged rearward of the transmission such that a bottom end of the engine is positioned higher than a bottom end of the transmission. An exhaust gas purification device is arranged rearward of the engine. An air cleaner is arranged forward of the exhaust gas purification device and above the engine. A radiator extends from an area between the transmission and the engine so as to project further upward than the air cleaner through an area between the driver's seat and the air cleaner.

Mower with improved exhaust gas component cooling

A work vehicle in which a cooling fan is arranged forward of an engine and an exhaust gas purification device is arranged rearward of the engine. An inlet-side exhaust passage connects an exhaust manifold and the exhaust gas purification device. An outlet-side exhaust passage connects the exhaust gas purification device and the exhaust end portion. A first exhaust passage is coupled to the exhaust gas purification device and passes over the exhaust gas purification device to reach beside a first end portion. A second exhaust passage is coupled to the first exhaust passage and extends in a transverse direction and below the exhaust gas purification device.

Work vehicle with improved exhaust component cooling

A work vehicle includes a cooling fan, an engine, and a diesel particulate filter (DPF) purifying exhaust gas of the engine, placed under a hood in that order, beginning at the front. Exhaust gas from the engine is exhausted through an exhaust passage after passing through the DPF. The cooling fan supplies cooling air to the rear. The DPF is placed such that a length direction thereof follows a width direction of a vehicle body. The exhaust passage includes a first passage, a second passage, and a third passage. The first passage extends forward and upward from the DPF before extending along the length direction thereof on a front side of the DPF. The second passage extends downward from a downstream portion of the first passage. The third passage extends to the rear from a downstream portion of the second passage and also includes an exhaust outlet.

Work vehicle with diesel particulate filter

A work vehicle has a ground-work unit that is mounted under a frame supported by front wheels and rear wheels and disposed forwardly of the front wheels. The work vehicle includes a steering wheel supported to a steering post and consisting of spokes and a ring. A man-machine interface face formed in the steering post downwardly of the steering wheel and around a rotational axis of the steering wheel includes a display face having a flat panel display and an operation face having an operation input device. The steering wheel is greater in size than the flat panel display as seen in the direction of rotational axis of the steering wheel, and the operation face is greater in length than the flat panel display in the direction of vehicle width.

Work vehicle with a ground-work unit

A mower unit includes a mower deck mounting therein in parallel layout first, second and third rotary blades rotatably driven about vertical axes and a washing device. The mower deck includes a top wall, side walls and first, second and third auxiliary side walls for evacuation. The washing device includes a single water supplying unit disposed upwardly of the top wall for supplying washing water and first, second and third water discharging units disposed through the first, second and third auxiliary side walls for discharging water to the first, second and third rotary blades respectively. The washing device includes also a water supplying pipe unit interconnecting and communicating the water supplying unit to the first, second and third water discharging units. The water supplying pipe unit is disposed within a mower deck rear space delimited by outer faces of the first, second and third auxiliary side walls.
