A method of manufacturing a laminated core includes supplying a stator material to a punching device and obtaining an electromagnetic steel plate corresponding to a rectangular processed body by punching the stator material. To obtain the electromagnetic steel plate ES, a slit is formed outside a processed body forming area in the stator material along a long side of the processed body forming area, and a center portion of the processed body forming area is punched out in a circular shape. Additionally, the processed body forming area is punched out after the slit is formed and the center portion is punched out. The laminated core is obtained by laminating and fastening a plurality of the electromagnetic steel plates.

Method of manufacturing laminated core

A blanking die apparatus includes multiple machining stations having respective cutting tools operated simultaneously to perform predetermined blanking operations on a belt-shaped workpiece fed progressively in a longitudinal direction and finally to perform a contour blanking operation on the workpiece, thereby forming core pieces used for manufacturing a laminated iron core, and an auxiliary cutting tool that forms a disposal hole by partly blanking a scrap forming area of the workpiece simultaneously with the operations of the cutting tools of the machining stations.

Blanking die apparatus

There is provided a method for producing a rotor laminated core by laminating circular core pieces. The method determines a first blanking area, a second blanking area and a third blanking area in the magnetic steel board, wherein the first blanking area defines a shape of the core piece, the second blanking area defines a shape of a magnet-insertion hole, and the third blanking area defines a shape of an arbitrary part in the magnetic steel board. The method also forms a temporary aperture in the second blanking area, forms a thinning part which extends from the temporary aperture to the third blanking area, and blanks the first blanking area, the second blanking area and the third blanking area, thereby producing each circular core piece including the thinning part and magnet-insertion holes formed in a circumferential direction.

Method for producing rotor laminated core

A laminated iron core manufacturing method in a blanking die apparatus having multiple machining stations is provided. The method includes feeding a belt-shaped workpiece progressively in a longitudinal direction in the blanking die apparatus, operating cutting tools provided in the respective machining stations simultaneously to perform predetermined blanking operations on the progressively fed workpiece and finally perform a contour blanking operation on the workpiece so as to form core pieces, and laminating the core pieces within or outside the blanking die apparatus to thereby manufacture a laminated iron core. An auxiliary cutting tool is operated to form a disposal hole by partly blanking a scrap forming area of the workpiece simultaneously with the operations of the cutting tools of the multiple machining stations, to thereby secure a load balance of the blanking die apparatus in the feeding direction.

Method of manufacturing laminated iron core

An iron-core producing method is provided that blanks iron cores from an iron strip by guiding the iron strip sequentially through an iron core-producing apparatus having a plurality of workstations. The method includes guiding, by a guide, the iron strip to a first workstation having a punch that intrudes into caulking portion-forming holes, and simultaneously forming, by the first workstation, first plural sets of caulking portions at a predetermined pitch in the iron strip. The method also includes guiding the iron strip from the first workstation to a second workstation within the iron-core producing apparatus, and forming, by the second workstation, a first iron core from the iron strip by blanking, such that tooth portions of the first iron core are disposed at lower sides of respective yoke portions.

Method of producing iron core

An iron core-producing method of the invention includes at least the step of blanking an iron core T from a strip W in such a manner that a longitudinal direction of the substantially linear iron core T is inclined relative to a direction of a width of the strip W. An iron core-producing apparatus of the invention for blanking a substantially linear iron core T from a strip W includes at least a punch disposed such that its longitudinal direction is inclined relative to a direction of a width of the strip W, and a diewhich is provided beneath the punch, and is disposed such that its longitudinal direction is inclined relative to the direction of the width of the strip W.
