An optical element mounting and demounting device for bringing an optical element () into an optical path of an optical lens system and removing it from the optical path includes a holder frame () for holding the optical element () that is supported for pivotal movement on a stationary shaft () so as to move the optical element () between a rest position and a working position, an urging member () for applying urging force against the holder frame during pivotal movement of the holder frame () between the rest position and the working position, the urging member being secured to a stationary member so as to invert the direction of urging force against the holder frame between the rest position and the working position, and a manually operable member elements for causing pivotal movement of the holder frame between the rest position and the working position.

Device for mounting and demounting optical element

To provide a lens barrel having an optical filter at a low cost, a lens barrel is provided and has: an aperture between two lenses held in the lens barrel; and at least one optical filter disposed to rearward of one of the two lenses, wherein the one of the two lenses is situated closer to the camera body than the other of the two lenses, and the at least one optical filter blocks or passes light depending on a wavelength of the light.

In the zoom lens apparatus, a lens frame for a variable-magnification lens or a correcting lens is configured of an inner frame and an outer frame, and any focus blurring due to variations in wavelength of subject light can be compensated for accurately by shifting the inner frame holding the lens relative to the outer frame. The correcting lens frame for the correcting lens is configured of the inner frame and the outer frame, and the inner frame is shifted according to variations in wavelength of subject light. Any focus blurring can be thereby compensated for steplessly according to variations in wavelength of subject light.
