An object of the present invention is to provide a liposome composition containing a liposome having an excellent leakage rate of a nucleic acid analog anticancer agent, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, there are provided a liposome composition containing a liposome which (1) contains a nucleic acid analog anticancer agent and in which (2) a content ratio of a lysophospholipid contained in a lipid forming the liposome with respect to a total amount of phospholipids other than the lysophospholipid contained in the lipid forming the liposome is 0.01 mol % to 5 mol % and (3) a nucleic acid analog anticancer agent/lipid ratio is 2 mass % to 10 mass %, and a method for producing the same.

An object of the present invention is to provide a tumor therapeutic agent and a kit which have superior antitumor effects as compared with gemcitabine, a taxane antitumor agent, and a combination therapy thereof which have been put on the market. According to the present invention, there is provided a tumor therapeutic agent obtained by combining a taxane antitumor agent with a liposome composition in which gemcitabine or a salt thereof is contained in a liposome.

The dental composition for oral use of the present invention can be suitably used for an oral cavity cleaning agent, including dentifrice agents such as a paste dentifrice agent, a powder dentifrice agent, and a liquid dentifrice agent, a mouse-wash agent, a troche, a tablet, a cream, an ointment, a bonding agent, a mouth spray, a coating agent to tooth surface or a dental prosthetic, a hypersensitive inhibitor, a therapeutic agent for periodontal diseases, that is applied to a periodontal pocket, wet tissue for oral cavity care, an oral refreshing agent, chewing gum, or a gargling agent, or the like.

A calcium phosphate composition comprising tetracalcium phosphate particles (A), calcium hydrogen phosphate particles (B) and at least one kind of inorganic particles (C) selected from silica particles or titania particles, wherein the mixing ratio (A/B) of (A) to (B) is from 45/55 to 55/45 in molar ratio, the inorganic particles (C) have an average particle diameter of from 0.002 to 0.5 &#x3bc;m, and the inorganic particles (C) are contained in an amount of 0.1 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of (A) and (B) in total. Thereby provided is a calcium phosphate composition such that when it is used as a material for bone repair, a formed bone has high mechanical strength and a high bone replacement rate is achieved.

A dental composition for oral use, containing a phosphorylated saccharide (a), a cationic bactericidal agent (b) and a solvent (c). By using the dental composition for oral use of the present invention, the adhesion of the bacteria in the oral cavity to the surfaces of the teeth can be suppressed for a long period of time; therefore, the dental composition for oral use can be suitably used for, for example, a mouse-wash agent, a dentifrice agent, a gargling agent, a mouse spray, a coating agent or a bonding agent to tooth surface or a dental prosthetic, a hypersensitive inhibitor, a therapeutic agent for periodontal diseases, that is applied to a periodontal pocket, or the like.

Oral composition for dental purposes

A composition for dental use containing a polymerizable monomer (a) having an aromatic ring and a hydroxyl group, a polymerizable monomer (b) having an aromatic ring without having any hydroxyl groups, and a polymerizable monomer (c) other than the polymerizable monomers (a) and (b), wherein the composition for dental use contains the polymerizable monomers (a), (b), and (c) in an amount of from 10 to 30% by weight, from 50 to 70% by weight, and from 10 to 30% by weight, respectively, of all the polymerizable monomers. The composition for dental use of the present invention can be suitably used as a product capable of substituting a part or all of a natural tooth in the field of dental therapy.

Dental composition

The present invention provides a composition suitable for a dental composition. The present invention is a composition containing: a polymerizable monomer (A) having an unconjugated carbon chain with at least four carbon atoms bonded continuously, at least two polymerizable groups, and at least two hydroxyl groups; and a polymerizable monomer (B) having one polymerizable group and at least one hydroxyl group. When a suitable component is added to this composition, the resultant composition can be used suitably for dental materials such as a primer, bonding material, composite resin, and cement.

Polymerizable monomer-containing composition

The present invention provides a polymerizable composition that imparts excellent adhesive properties with respect to tooth structure (particularly dentin) when applied as a dental material, and provides a polymerizable monomer that is used as a component of the polymerizable composition. The present invention is a compound (A) that is a compound represented by the following formula (1): where G indicates a polymerizable group, m indicates an integer of 2 or more, n indicates an integer of 1 or more, and the sequence order of m units having a polymerizable group and n units having a hydroxyl group is arbitrary. The present invention also is a polymerizable composition containing the compound (A).

A curable composition for dental use, containing a polymerizable monomer, inorganic particles (A) having irregular shapes and an average particle size of from 1.0 to 5.0 &#x3bc;m, wherein the inorganic particles (A) are surface-treated with a silane coupling agent (a) represented by the formula (I): wherein Ris a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, Ris a hydrolyzable group, Ris a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, X is an oxygen or sulfur atom, p is 2 or 3, and q is an integer of from 8 to 13, and inorganic particles (B) having irregular shapes and/or spherical or nearly spherical shapes, and an average particle size of from 0.01 to 0.10 &#x3bc;m, wherein the inorganic particles (B) are surface-treated with a silane coupling agent (b) represented in the same manner as in the silane coupling agent (a) except that q in the formula (I) is an integer of from 1 to 6, wherein the inorganic particles (A) and the inorganic particles (B) are contained in amounts of from 85 to 98% by weight and from 2 to 15% by weight, respectively, of the entire amount of the inorganic particles. The curable composition for dental use of the present invention can be suitably used as a material capable of substituting a part or all of a natural tooth in the field of dental therapy.
