There is provided a valve device including: a housing; and a float valve. The float valve includes a main float, a sub-float held at an upper portion of the main float to be able to ascend and descend by a predetermined distance with respect to the main float, and a sub-float biasing spring disposed between the main float and the sub-float and configured to bias the sub-float upward with respect to the main float. The sub-float includes a spring support portion configured to support an upper end of the sub-float biasing spring and a seal portion that is configured to come into contact with and separate from an opening portion. The main float is movable further upward with respect to the sub-float by compressing the sub-float biasing spring in a state where the float valve ascends and the opening portion is closed by the sub-float.

Valve device

To provide a fuel tank check valve making it easy to assemble a cap to a valve element housing. This fuel tank check valve has a body tube provided with a valve element housing, a valve element, a cap, and a spring, wherein the valve element housing has a base end side frame, a tip end side frame to which the cap is mounted, and a first coupling frame connecting the both frames, the tip end side frame is provided with a retraction portion having a shape in which a circumferential part is retracted from the tip end surface thereof to the base end side frame side, the cap is formed with a notch whose circumferential part is notched, and the cap is assembled to the valve element housing so that the notch is positioned in the retraction portion.

Fuel tank check valve

A manufacturing method for a head-stack assembly. The method includes preparing a head-stack assembly. The method further includes placing a connection pad forming surface of a connector tab formed on an end of the trace so as to be positioned opposite to an edge of a circuit board; sliding an elastic component along a backside of the connection pad forming surface; and, stopping the elastic component on the backside and pressing the backside with the elastic component so as to press the connection pad forming surface against the edge. In addition, the method includes metal-joining the connector tab and a connection pad of the circuit board by applying heat to a connection pad of the connector tab and the connection pad on the circuit board while pressing the connection pad forming surface against the edge with the elastic component; and, removing the elastic component after the metal-joining.
