A driving evaluation apparatus configured to evaluate driving status of driver driving mobile body in preset determination area, includes: a microprocessor and a memory. The microprocessor is configured to function as: an information acquisition unit configured to acquire location information and travel speed information of the mobile body based on GPS signals; a speed excess determination unit configured to determine whether travel speed of the mobile body in the determination area exceeds predetermined travel speed based on the location information and the travel speed information; and a driving evaluation unit configured to evaluate the driving status of the driver in the determination area based on determination result of the speed excess determination. The speed excess determination unit is configured to stop the speed excess determination for predetermined time period when it is determined that the travel speed of the mobile body exceeds the predetermined travel speed.

A route subdivision apparatus configured to subdivide a travel route for conducting work that includes: an area setting unit configured to set a plurality of work areas on a map; a route setting unit configured to set a scheduled route from a start point to an end point so that the scheduled route passes through consecutive first to third areas of the plurality of work areas; an entry/exit point setting unit configured to set an entry point and an exit point of the scheduled route in each work area; a boundary setting unit configured to set a boundary point between the exit point of the first area and the entry point of the second area and between the exit point of the second area and the entry point of the third area; and a distance calculation unit configured to calculate a length of a distance of each section divided by the boundary point on the scheduled route.

Driving-evaluation-apparatus evaluating driving-status of driver driving mobile-body, includes: microprocessor and memory. The microprocessor functions as: information-acquisition-unit acquiring location/travel-speed-information of mobile-body based on GPS-signals received by driver's mobile-terminal; entry-direction-calculation-unit calculating entry-direction in which mobile-body enters determination-area based on location/travel-speed-information; entry-direction-determination-unit determining whether angle formed by entry-direction and predetermined-reference-entry-direction is predetermined-angle or smaller; state-determination-unit determining whether there is stop/deceleration-state in which travel-speed is predetermined-travel-speed or lower within time-period from time-point when mobile-body enters determination-area to time-point when mobile-body exits determination-area based on location/travel-speed-information when angle is predetermined-angle or smaller; and driving-evaluation-unit evaluating driver's driving-status in determination-area based on determination-result. The determination-area is area inside determination-circle centered on reference-point predetermined-distance before the predetermined-location and having predetermined-radius. The angle is angle formed by: straight-line along the reference-entry-direction and passing through the reference-point; and straight-line connecting plot representing location of the mobile-body before entering inside the determination-circle based on location/travel-speed-information and the reference-point.

Image selection apparatus includes: information acquisition unit and server information acquisition unit configured to acquire position information of plurality of moving objects; display unit; display stop unit configured to input an image stop command; display control unit configured to control the display unit so that a plurality of icon images corresponding to the plurality of moving objects whose position information is acquired by the information acquisition unit and server information acquisition unit is displayed on the display unit and, when the image stop command is inputted by the display stop unit, motion of the plurality of icon images displayed on the display unit is stopped; and collection destination assignment unit configured to select an arbitrary icon image from among the plurality of icon images in response to user operation during the motion of the plurality of icon images is stopped by the display control unit.

A portable terminal moves together with a moving body and includes a moving body photographing module for inputting a condition when the moving body is to be photographed to reserve photographing. A wireless communication section and a moving body communication section transmit information representing the inputted condition and representing a position of the portable terminal to a management apparatus and a photographing apparatus. The management apparatus and the photographing apparatus include a wireless position measurement section for measuring a position of the moving body moving together with the portable terminal. A camera apparatus is provided for photographing the moving body in accordance with a condition inputted to the portable terminal based on the position information of the moving body measured by the moving body position measurement means.

A collection and delivery support system for a saddle-ride type electric vehicle includes a managing terminal that outputs information of registered collection/delivery destinations of cargos and information on battery charging locations arranged within a collection/delivery range of the vehicle, a server that calculates a collection/delivery route passing through respective collection and delivery destinations in order based on a possible traveling distance of the vehicle, and a mobile terminal provided with the vehicle. The server calculates the route such that it includes a battery charging location in the middle thereof, as well as estimated collection/delivery times based on the possible traveling distance information. The display displays information of the calculated route and the estimated collection/and delivery times.
