A method for recycling containers, including the following steps (1) to (4): a collecting step (1) of collecting containers, each of which is made of a sheet material including a plurality of layered film layers including a first resin film layer and a second resin film layer, is formed into a bag by attaching at least a part of a periphery of the sheet material to form a containing region for accommodating a content inside the second resin film layer, and includes, between the first resin film layer and the second resin film layer, a film attached portion and a filler enclosed portion; a shredding and washing step (2) of shredding the containers to obtain shreds, and washing the shreds; a recycled resin forming step (3) of forming a recycled resin by using the shreds; and a sheet material forming step (4) of forming at least a part of the sheet material by using the recycled resin.

Method for recycling containers

A sheet material container includes a container body that surrounds a containing portion for accommodating a content. The container body is formed of a container body-forming sheet member formed by layering a plurality of base material films. The container body-forming sheet member includes the plurality of base material films, an attaching layer by which the base material films are attached to each other, and a filler enclosed portion that is formed between the plurality of base material films and into which a filler is to be filled. The plurality of base material films are made from the same type of resins.

The present invention provides a sheet material container being made of a sheet material and including a body portion and a bottom portion that is to be disposed on a placement surface, and the sheet material including a plurality of film layers. A body portion sheet that constitutes the body portion includes a bonding portion where peripheral edge portions of the sheet materials are bonded. In a bottom surface sheet that constitutes the bottom portion, a non-adhesive region is provided in the plurality of film layers. The non-adhesive region forms a bottom filler-filled portion. A sheet container has, formed in the bottom face of the container body, a non-attached part where the film layers are left partially unattached to each other. An filled part is formed by enclosing a filler between the film layers at the non-attached part. A side part of the filled part is a side bulging part bulging toward the skirt part. The side bulging part presses a pressed part above the lower edge of the skirt part from the inside toward the sideward. The lower edge of the skirt part is disposed inwardly from the pressed part.
