A vehicle and a camera bracket include a lens hood which surrounds a detection space of an external environment detection camera, the lens hood includes a bottom surface forming part which forms a flat-shaped surface (a bottom surface) facing the detection space, the bottom surface extends to spread radially in the detection direction from the lens side and includes a reflected wave reducing structure on this bottom surface, and the bottom surface forming part includes a partition part that partitions the reflected wave reducing structure into a plurality of regions.

Transport equipment and sensor bracket

A connector includes a first housing, a second housing and a fitting assuring member. The second housing includes a first locking protrusion portion having a first slope. The fitting assuring member includes a first assuring locking portion that gets over the first locking protrusion portion to be thereby locked to the first locking protrusion portion when the first housing and the second housing are fitted to each other. The first assuring locking portion begins to slide on the first slope before completion of the fitting, and stays on the first slope until the completion of the fitting.

A sensor hood () includes a bottom surface-forming section () that forms a flat bottom surface () facing a detection space (K). When seen from a height direction (Z) perpendicular to a surface width direction (X) and a surface forward/rearward direction (Y) of the bottom surface (), a split section (P) between a fixed body () and a split body () divides the bottom surface () into a first range (H) including an optical axis (CL) in the surface width direction (X) and a second range (H) that avoids the optical axis (CL). The first range (H) is disposed at the same height as the second range (H) in the height direction (Z) and disposed closer to the optical axis (CL) than the second range (H).

Sensor bracket

A vehicle and a camera bracket include a lens hood which surrounds a detection space of an external environment detection camera, in which the lens hood includes a reflected wave reducing structure on at least a portion of a surface facing the detection space, and a bottom surface forming part which forms a surface (bottom surface) having the reflected wave reducing structure on the lens hood includes a fixed body having a portion (a fixed-side structure portion) of the reflected wave reducing structure and fixed to a vehicle main body, and a segment body having the other portion (a segment-side structure portion) of the reflected wave reducing structure and configured to be separable from the fixed body.

A connector includes a housing having a terminal receiving chamber having an opening on one or both of opposite sides in a preset direction crossing an insertion direction of a connection terminal; and a side retainer having a pair of opposed plate portions disposed in positions to sandwich the housing from the opposite sides in the preset direction. The side retainer is attached laterally to the housing and movably supported on the housing to move between a temporary locking position to temporarily lock the connection terminal and a formal locking position to formally lock the connection terminal. One or both of the opposed plate portions of the side retainer covers one or both of the opposite sides of the terminal receiving chamber when the side retainer locates at the formal locking position.

A position detecting device used for positional adjustment of a radar sensor serving as an object detector mounted in a vehicle includes a connecting structure connected to the radar sensor, and a position reference holder that is supported by the connecting structure in a state in which a biasing force toward an initial position is applied, that is displaced against the biasing force in a state in which the connecting structure is connected to the radar sensor and that is pushed against a position reference of the radar sensor in a floating support state.

Position detecting device

A member locking structure includes: a first locking portion provided in a first member; and a second locking portion provided in a second member. The first locking portion and the second locking portion have a first locking face and a second locking face. The first locking face has a first inclined face and a first abutment portion. The second locking face has a second inclined face and a second abutment portion. The first inclined face contacts the second abutment portion and then the first abutment portion contacts the second inclined face, during a relative movement of the first member to the second member in an opposite direction to the locking direction from the locking state, to elastically deform the first locking portion in a direction opposite to lock on the second locking portion by the first inclined face and the second inclined face to release the locking state.

Member locking structure

A connector includes a housing; and a fitting assurance member slidably attached to an outer side of the housing. The housing has a locking portion to be locked to the locked portion during a movement of the housing in a fitting direction to the counterpart housing. The fitting assurance member slides and moves relatively to the housing in the fitting direction from a temporary locking position to a formal locking position. The housing has an unlocking operation portion to apply unlocking force to the locking portion. The fitting assurance member has a pair of side walls on the outer side of the housing and a coupling portion connecting end portions of the pair of side walls. The coupling portion is located between the unlocking operation portion and the housing and separated from the unlocking operation portion.

A sensor bracket includes a plate-shaped bracket, a front surface of which is attached to an inner surface of a windshield of a vehicle, the plate-shape bracket having a camera that detects a state around a vehicle mounted on a back surface, reference surfaces provided on a back surface of the plate-shaped bracket, the reference surfaces being parallel to each other.

A sensor bracket includes a bracket on which a camera detecting a state around the vehicle is mounted, a planar portion that holds the camera to the bracket by engaging with an engagement protrusion of the camera, a flat spring that biases the camera in a direction that maintains an engaged state of the camera by abutting against the camera when the camera is mounted on the bracket, a projecting structure of the bracket that restricts a defamation range of the flat spring displaced in an engagement direction of the engagement protrusion within an elastic deformation range when the engagement protrusion is engaged with the planar portion while the camera is abutted against the flat spring.

A sensor bracket includes a bracket on which a camera that detects a state around a vehicle is mounted, a flat spring that abuts against the camera and biasing in a direction that maintains a mounted state of the camera when the camera is mounted on the bracket, and a recess that receives a portion of a tool and restricts a displacement range of the tool when the flat spring is pressed by the tool and is mounted on a projection for the spring of the bracket.

A sensor bracket includes a bracket on which a camera that detects a state around a vehicle is mounted, and a planar portion of the bracket that holds the camera to the bracket by engaging with an engagement protrusion of the camera. The camera is detached by being slid against the bracket. The bracket is provided with a vertical rib that prevents the camera front proceeding in a sliding direction by having a portion of the camera abut thereagainst in the course of the camera moving from a mounted state to a separated state.

A sensor bracket includes a bracket on which a camera (a sensor) that detects a state around a vehicle is mounted, a flat spring that abuts against the camera in a direction that maintains a mounted state of the camera when the camera is mounted on the bracket, and a stopper restricting, in between a space where a tool is positioned and an inner surface of a piece of glass, a displacement range of the tool from the space to the inner surface of the piece of glass when the flat spring is dismounted from a projection for the spring of the bracket with the tool.

A casing for housing an occupant protection device unit is composed of a metallic base with its plate surfaces facing upward and downward, respectively, and a main body that is put on and mounted on the surface of the base. A bracket formed integrally with the base is composed of a plate-like leg extending laterally from the edge in the base and a fastening member that is integrally formed at an end of the leg and is bolted to the vehicle body. The leg is composed of a through-hole vertically passing therethrough and the two weak portions. The two weak portions are composed of two branching portions separated by the through-hole in the leg. If an excessive collision load is exerted on the bracket from the vehicle body, the two weak portions are torn off, thereby allowing the occupant protection control unit to be protected.

Mounting structure for casing of occupant protection device control unit

A casing for housing an occupant protection device control unit is mounted to a vehicle body. The casing is composed of a metallic base mounted on the vehicle body with its plate surfaces facing upward and downward, respectively, and a main body that is put on and mounted on the base. The base has a lock portion that is deformable according to a deformation of the vehicle body caused by a collision load from a vehicle front. The lock portion, when deformed, causes a front portion of the base to be locked with at least a part of a front wall of the main body.
