A money handling apparatusfor handling money includes a storage and feeding unitconfigured to store the money and feed out the stored money, a dispensing unitconfigured to eject the money to an outside, a transport unitconfigured to transport the money fed out from the storage and feeding unitto the dispensing unit, and a control unitconfigured to perform dispensing process of the money by the dispensing unitby controlling at least one of the storage and feeding unitand the transport unit. The control unitperforms the dispensing process of the money at an arbitrary timing after certain process of the money is performed.

The change that has not been dispensed from the cash settlement apparatus can be dispensed from the change handling apparatus by using the change ticket.
