A reinforcing bar binding machine capable of reliably performing a wire gripping operation includes a first movable gripping member that is displaced in a direction to contact with and separate from one side of a fixed gripping member and a second movable gripping member that is displaced in a direction to contact with and separate from the other side of the fixed gripping member. A bending portion brings the first movable gripping member and the second movable gripping member into and out of contact with the fixed gripping member. The fixed gripping member includes a shaft that rotatably supports the first movable gripping member and the second movable gripping member. Further, the bending portion includes an opening and closing pin that pushes an opening and closing guide hole provided in the first movable gripping member, and an opening and closing guide hole provided in the second movable gripping member.

Binding machine

It provides a reinforcing bar binding machine that allows binding objects such as reinforcing bars to be bound by wires with end portions of the wires directed to the binding object side. The reinforcing bar binding machine (A) includes: a magazine (A) in which two wires (W) are housed in a drawable manner; a curl guide unit (A) that winds the juxtaposed wires (W) around the reinforcing bars (S); a wire feeding unit (A) that winds the wires (W) around the reinforcing bars (S) with the curl guide unit (A) in an operation of juxtaposing and feeding the wires (W) and winds the wires (W), which is wound around the reinforcing bars (S), around the reinforcing bars (S); and a binding unit (A) that twists crossing portions of one end side and the other end side of each of the wires (W) wound around the reinforcing bars (S). The binding unit (A) includes a bending portion () that bends the one end side and the other end side of each of the wires (W), which are wound around the reinforcing bars (S), toward the reinforcing bars (S).

A binding machine includes a first guide having an introduction part into which the wire to be fed by the wire feeding unit is to be introduced, and configured to curl the wire introduced from the introduction part, a second guide configured to guide the wire delivered from the first guide toward the binding unit, a main body part having one end portion at which the first guide and the second guide are provided, and, an entry regulation part provided in the main body part, provided at one side of the introduction part of the first guide at a downstream side of the binding unit with respect to a feeding direction of the wire to be fed toward the first guide by the wire feeding unit, and configured to prevent the wire from entering into one side of the introduction part of the first guide.

A reinforcing bar binding machine is provided with a pair of feed gears for feeding a wire from a wire reel mounted on a binding machine body; an electric motor for driving the feed gears; a partition plate provided between the feed gears and the electric motor to partition the feed gears and the electric motor; and first and second discharge portions for discharging wire shavings. The partition plate is surrounded by a wall except for portions of the partition plate being adjacent to the first and second discharge portions. The first and second discharge portions are disposed so that the partition plate positions between the first and second discharge portions.

In a reinforcing bar binder in which a wire reel around which a reinforcing bar binding wire is wound is rotatably housed in a housing chamber in a binder main body, the wire is pulled out from the wire reel and wound around reinforcing bars, and the reinforcing bars are bound by twisting the wound portion, an opening is formed through one of both side walls of the housing chamber at a position corresponding to a shaft receiving portion formed on the wire reel. On the one side wall, a reel receiver which is supported so as to come into and come out from the opening is fitted to the shaft receiving portion of the wire reel when it is pushed into the inside of the side wall. A reel stopper moves along the wall surface of the one side wall and can engage with the reel receiver fitted to the shaft receiving portion. A leaf spring urges the reel stopper engaged with the reel receiver to the pushing-in side.

Reinforcing bar binder

A wire reel containing portionof a reinforcing bar binding machineis provided with a rotation detecting leverand a photosensor. When a wire reel is rotated in starting to bind a wire, rotation thereof is detected by the rotation detecting lever switched ON/OFF by a projected portion formed at a side face of the wire reel, the photosensor detects a reflection mark of the wire reel to determine a kind of the wire from a number of the marks, and a twist torque or the like is controlled. Wire information is detected not in an initializing operation (in setting wire) of rotating the wire reel at low speed but in a binding operation of rotating at high speed and therefore, an amount of swinging the rotation detecting lever is large and wire information can firmly be detected.

A reinforcing bar binding machine is provided with: a main sleeve having a tip end on which a hook is pivotally mounted; a tip end shaft fitted in an inside of the main sleeve; a spiral screw groove formed on the tip end shaft; a fitting opening that penetrates from an outside to the inside of the main sleeve; a key fitted in the fitting opening and brought in mash engagement with the screw groove; a short sleeve provided on an outer periphery of the main sleeve and covering the key; and an engaging means formed on the short sleeve and controlling a rotation of the main sleeve.
