A load circuit operates by power supplied from a power supply apparatus. A capacitive element is connected in parallel with the load circuit. A switching element is connected between the power supply apparatus and the load circuit in series with the power supply apparatus and the load circuit. A monitor section monitors voltage of the capacitive element and is connected in parallel with the capacitive element. An inrush current control section changes resistance of the switching element on the basis of the voltage monitored by the monitor section in order to control inrush current that flows at the time of an electronic device being plugged into or unplugged from the power supply apparatus. A breaker circuit prevents electric charges stored by the capacitive element from flowing into the monitor section at the time of the electronic device being unplugged from the power supply apparatus.

Electronic device

A power supply control apparatus includes a plurality of power supply units for supplying electric power to a plurality of electric circuits respectively. The power supply control apparatus receives pulse signals from the exterior. Each of the plurality of power supply units comprises a counter for counting the pulse signals. And a controller initiates to supply of the electric power to corresponding one of the electric circuits when the number of the pulse signals counted by the counter reaches the particular value which corresponds to an initiating timing of supplying electric power to corresponding one of the electric circuits.

Power supply control apparatus

A plurality of primary power supplies convert a primary power supply voltage into intermediate voltages. Secondary power supplies convert the intermediate voltages converted by the primary power supplies into supply voltages and output the same. A timing adjuster is inputted thereto plural sorts of power converted into the intermediate voltages from the plural primary power supplies to perform timing adjustment to absorb a difference in start timing between the plural primary power supplies, and causes the secondary power supplies to output the supply voltages. When the power is supplied from the plural power supplies to the load elements, stable power can be supplied to the load elements even if a difference in start time generates between the plural power supplies.

Power supply apparatus and electronic apparatus

The present invention is intended to prevent the flow of a large input current into a DC/DC converter, to which power is fed from a power supply, before a supply voltage delivered from the power supply reaches a rated output voltage. A control unit included in the DC/DC converter includes a steady state detection block that detects a condition in which an input voltage to be applied to the DC/DC converter has been stabilized, and inhibits the power feed from the DC/DC converter until the input voltage delivered from a power supply in a preceding stage is stabilized.

The voltage stabilizer for stabilizing a voltage of a circuit includes a first resistor, a second resistor, a voltage controller, and a current supply unit. The voltage controller keeps a voltage of the first resistor constant. The current supply unit supplies a first current to between the first resistor and the second resistor when a second current in the circuit becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined value.

Voltage stabilizer

An inrush current suppressing device capable of stabilizing inrush current suppression control to improve the reliability and quality of the control. A current limiting element limits an input current flowing to a power supply circuit in accordance with an input current limit value. A current detecting section detects the input current flowing through the current limiting element and converts the current to a voltage signal, and a sloping voltage signal generating section generates a sloping voltage signal proportional to a time elapsed after the start of power supply. An input current limiting section compares the voltage signal with the sloping voltage signal, and outputs the input current limit value for suppressing the inrush current while gradually increasing the limit value with rise in the sloping voltage signal during a period in which the voltage signal is higher in level than the sloping voltage signal after the start of power supply.

Inrush current suppressing device

A network management device for managing a plurality of network elements has a network element management data acquisition unit for acquiring, in stages, various management data possessed by the network elements when a session with a network element is resumed and when the network management device itself is started up, a rule management table for storing a dependence relationship between an operation and management data necessary to execute the operation, a feasible operation decision processing unit which, when an operation has been specified, refers to the dependence relationship to determine whether management data necessary to execute the operation has been acquired. If the necessary management data has been acquired, a network management execution unit executes network management conforming to the operation.

Network management device

A command file processing system includes a terminal which inputs a password and commands which are to be executed. A command table prestores command names in correspondence with information which indicates passwords authorized to execute the commands. A command made up of the commands are to be executed and are registered in the command file. A judging part judges whether or not the password input from the terminal has authority to execute an arbitrary command which is to be registered in the command file when registering the commands in the command file. The judging part controls the command file creating part to reject the registration of the arbitrary command in the command file when the password has no authority to execute the arbitrary command.
